10/10 do not recommend if you’re celiacs. There was a lot of confusion over what I could eat and what I couldn’t. They came up and told me what I ordered wasn’t gluten free 20 minutes after we ordered it, then proceeded to tell me it “actually was” 2 minutes later as they handed me our food. I took the chance and that’s on me, but the cross contamination has been brutal.

Workers are always very kind and helpful. Very aware of gluten allergies. Do wish the cross contamination with the toppings specifically for dairy were better (ex, cheese being in with other toppings, not good for a dairy allergy)

Our server, Hunter, was very attentive, personable and thoughtful. Felt like we were at a backyard cookout with an old friend. All gluten and dairy allergies were taken care of perfectly.

Without a doubt the best dining experience we have had at a theme park and our new favorite restaurant at the parks. My wife had the roasted chicken which features a Moroccan inspired flavor profile. It is served on a potato cake with root vegetables. Each element was cooked perfectly. The menu did not indicate it was gluten free but the chef was kind enough to assure us that it was (so either the menu had not been updated with the new item or it was modified). I had the seared tuna noodle bowl. It is served cool and has a higher spiciness so maybe not for everyone. This was truly an elevated meal that we would have been happy with at any restaurant. We honestly felt that the meal was a bargain for its quality and portion. How often can you say that about a restaurant inside a theme park? Don't sleep on Confisco.

Happy hour flatbread and glass of wine for $12.50, and it was so GOOD! I have to be gluten free, and the rest of the table never knew the flatbread was GF, went back 2 days later with more people, even better than, the regular dinners were clean plates!

The pizza was delicious. Jess was very helpful explaining the style of pizza that they serve, wood-fired neapolitan, and the regular and gluten-free crusts that they have. Tae brought our food quickly and was attentive to anything that we might need. We will definitely be back when we're in the area.

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

This was one of the best food experiences I've had since being diagnosed with Celiac disease. The chef personally took my order and answered all of my questions, despite the language barrier. The staff were all knowledgeable about Celiac disease and the food options were plentiful. The portions were generous and delicious. My family even started ordering gluten-free food because of the portion sizes. I am very happy with my experience!

We came to eat the gluten free pizza it was amazing lots of toppings the sauce was amazing perfectly cooked and our server Alyssa was amazing and told us to come back to dry their gluten free pasta, so we did can’t wait to enjoy it.

Today while on vacation me and my family decided to eat lunch at this establishment. We looked online and saw that it had great reviews and being that we are gluten free eaters (celiac) we wanted to try their gluten free pizza. To our dismay the poor service greatly overshadowed the pizza. We waited for over an hour a half for our pizza and it was only 3 customers in the restaurant who were almost done when we arrived. We never were told that it would be a delay in service or even checked on. We only received 1 refill after sitting there for an hour and then asked do I want a refill. Several other customers came in after us and also had to wait for at least an hour to receive their food as well and it brought the atmosphere way down as everyone all looked visibly annoyed and confused. No one thought to tell anyone why they were waiting for hours in an empty restaurant simply communicating to their customers would’ve allowed for people to understand and feel comfortable waiting. Several people ended up leaving.

Great pizza place, pizza here is just amazing. That proper American, thick, stringy cheese... yummy! Staff were all lovely here, and very accommodating for gluten free requirements. They charge extra for a gluten free pizza base (which I don't mind), and was pretty tasty!

The music is as good as the pizza, Strombolis and the combos!! The gelato is artisan and incredible, try the passion fruit. Sergio and Naleana welcomed us in, fed us extremely well and shared their passion for pizza and gelato and more. Can tell that this lovely family LOVES serving the greater Orlando community, with three stores around town. Will definitely be back for more straight cut fries, with steak and cheese! And the gluten free crust Philly cheesesteak pizza (add pineapple!) was divine, maybe give it a try. Big hit at our table!! Super owners, super location near our AirBnB within walking distance, highly recommend this small family-run location. They love making it and that always makes it taste better. 🙏🏼 🙌🏼

I was excited to try this place because it is one of the few that offers gluten free pizza. The gluten free bbq chicken pizza didn’t disappoint, it was delicious. We also got the one called “the works” and that one wasn’t great. Green peppers and some of the mushrooms on top seemed raw which you normally don’t find on a pizza. We also weren’t served any complimentary bread. My husband asked for some hot sauce and was told they didn’t have any, then he decided to ask another staff member and they said they had some Cholula, which was fine. They brought it out on a tiny plate already poured out which was weird and inconvenient considering we don’t wanna dip our pizza in the sauce but just wanted to have some on top. Overall I wouldn’t rate CPK high but I’m giving them 4 stars because of the gluten free option.

So grateful of this restaurant. It was Christmas Eve and my wife who had celiac disease / gluten allergy was very hungry. I called and asked if they could do gluten free pizzas. They said yes and was so understanding when I explained the allergy saying they had a different area to prepare gluten free pizzas and were very nice about it. Pizza and salad were great and caused no allergic reaction at all. Thank you so much!

This pizza shop is a weekly order for my family. The prices are great and the quality is as well. Being vegetarian, it’s really important that the dough tastes great as well as the sauce. Mario’s does not disappoint. They also have a gluten free and dairy free option for my one son with sensitivities. We have been here every weekend for 10 months. I will continue to come back. Eventually I’ll try other menu items other than pizza, but for now I’ll stick with what I know!

I love coming to Flippers! This location always has the best service & gluten-free pizza (cauliflower crust) I have come here several times and Jas Min was my server. She is very kind and always gives amazing service! I always struggle finding good gluten-free pizza, and the one here is always delicious because if the delicious and fresh toppings.

I wanted to try a cauliflower pizza but wasn't sure about it here because not everyone knows how to make them. I’ve tried their regular pizza and lasagna, and they’re delicious, but I can hardly consume gluten. Today, I gave the cauliflower pizza a shot, and it's the best cauliflower pizza I've ever had! The key to a good pizza is the sauce and cheese, and when it's cauliflower-based, it has to be well-toasted so it doesn't get soggy. Honestly, this one was incredible! The sauce is simply homemade; it feels so natural, and the cheese is amazing! I highly recommend it.

Recommended by some friends for the gluten-free crust. It was pretty good, a little heavy on the onions, so I will order light onions next time. Definitely good value/size for the price, still working on my leftovers! service was great, very friendly servers! The whole atmosphere was a little loud for my taste, but if you like somewhere hopping, that's the place to be.

The new owners are doing such a fantastic job of continuing the Papa D’s legacy. So much heart and excellence in this place. The pizza was delicious, very fresh and the ingredients were high quality. They also had gluten free dough my wife needed and enjoyed. My 7 year old got the Spaghetti and Meatballs and ate it all, she loved it. We had the best time, love this place!

Tall young kid on the front counter was playing with dough throwing it around when I entered. The dough ended on floor and was then discarded. I asked for gluten free dough and once the polite shorter man instructed the tall one to retrieve it from the back there was an eye-roll...that was sufficient for me not to ordered however, I did allow the rest of the party to order to the tune of over $75.00. The table was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. We approached the counter once the pies were picked up and asked for parmessan, red peppers, and some ranch. It was provided by the cook but with an additional side of attitude in the form of annoyance sigh. This place would benefit from professional management intervention. Let's not talk about the touching of the face with the gloves on, the no hat or cover while on the line, and no aprons....🤷🏽‍♂️

Loved this place! Had the pleasure of coming here last week with a group of friends. This was my first time and I’ll definitely be back! A very fun and elevated pizza experience. Service, food, and drinks were all excellent. I even had the pleasure of meeting their General Manager (I unfortunately can’t remember her name), but she kindly and patiently helped me navigate different gluten-free options. If you’re in the area, this is a must visit!

Honestly, the best dominoes I’ve been to. Very nice staff. Clean facility. Quality pizza. The only place I can rely on a good gluten free pizza. Wondering what the negative comments are from? Fake 5 star reviews? Couldn’t be me. The owner was so sweet. I’ll be back for sure!!
