Our server, Megan, was super helpful with Celiac disease accommodations, especially with double checking with the kitchen to make sure everything was safe for me. Also when we left we realized we forgot our extra fries in a to go container at the table, and came back 3 minutes later to them being gone. We were ready to accept our reality, but Megan came over and made us a new box right away. Thank you to Megan and the staff at this location for an amazing meal!

I LOVE Scoops! I’m a Celiac (must eat gluten-free medically) and go to Niagara probably twice a year if not more and I always make this a stop! Sometimes going two days for breakfast! They’re accommodations and understand of cross contamination and it’s one of the only places I can have breakfast safely! But they’re also super friendly we’ve enjoyed every time my husband and I have went and really can’t believe I’ve waited this long to review them! I have def told people on various GF sites to go there for breakfast! YUM! I’d give you 10 stars if I could 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 - we were there this past Monday the 20th and although quieter than a weekend day our waitress was delightful and even when I used the washroom prior to leaving the gentlemen (staff?) sitting at the employee table was super nice and wished us a great day! I hope they’re there forever!

I had a fantastic experience at Turtle Jack’s Niagara Falls! From start to finish, everything was spot on. I tried the Bang Bang Shrimp (crispy and flavorful), tomato soup (comforting and rich), baby back ribs (fall-off-the-bone tender), wings (perfectly sauced), and the 10oz California Cut New York Striploin juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The atmosphere gives cozy cottage vibes right in the heart of Niagara Falls, and the menu has something for everyone, including gluten-free and vegetarian options. Special shoutout to Olivia, our server she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Her service was exceptional! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Niagara Falls and looking for great food, great service, and a welcoming vibe.

I came in looking for gluten free and vegetarian options. While the options are slightly limited, the food was AMAZING. Mile the server was so kind to customize our order so that I had a delicious meal. He knew exactly when to check in on us and when to give us some time to enjoy our food. It was such a beautiful experience. The cocktails were also amazing! The options and the taste made me feel like I was in Mexico again.

Just Wow! What an experience to stay and play at Great Wolf Lodge. We just went for my daughter's Birthday and she can't stop talking about how wonderful her time there was. Staff was so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We loved our room but the activities were what it was all about. My daughter loved the Paw Pass and being able to have choices within the pass. I have to highlight the Barnwood Restaurant, what a beautiful dining experience. The decor transports you to a different place and is so relaxing. The Chef was incredible and the second we mention that my husband had Celiac Disease, he came out to speak with us. The food was delicious. All in all, we highly recommend it.

Our waitress Felicia was soooo helpful and kind . I have celiac disease and am very cautious about eating out at restaurants that aren’t fully gluten free . But she was so great at letting me know what on the menu was and was not gluten free . They have many options . All of the beef options are gluten free also the cheese balls we’re soo good . Anyways I’m thrilled with the service .

Amazing service, good and atmosphere. We enjoyed our family dinner here. My daughters said it was the best pastry they have ever had! The fact that they had Gluten Free Mac and cheese made my entire day!

My wife and I visited this restaurant while on vacation because it was recommended as being a great place for both vegan and gluten free options. Excited that we found a place to eat we ordered a variety of items off the menu having a conversation with the server about us both being vegan and my wife also having a gluten sensitivity. When the food came we were trusting and just dug in. Midway through I started to not feel great and questioned the poutine with the server as I had never seen a vegan cheese with such great pull before. She took a look and said it didn't even look like the vegan gravy. She took the dish to the kitchen and came back apologizing because it was indeed not vegan. Our day, ruined. The planned hike in the Niagara Glen was interrupted by stomach pains and a sudden need poop due to being lactose intolerant and being fed cheese. At least they didn't make us pay for the GF wrap with Vegan Poutine that was neither GF nor Vegan. My star rating is reflective of what probably would have been our experience had this mistake not happened. Everyone is entitled to a bad day.

We called ahead and asked about gluten free options and our server Emily answered everything perfectly! When we got to our table, she (Emily) was so personable, funny and kind and made the experience so much better. She personally confirmed everything with the kitchen to ensure our meal was gluten free. The table next to us was giving her a hard time for no reason, so Emily, you rock! We will definitely be coming back here because of your stellar service. Give this girl a raise y’all!

Our tour group of 10 women (from the US) had a wonderful time at this excellent restaurant. The food was delicious, and our server (RENA) was great. She was patient, friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our experience very positive. My only suggestion would be to have gluten free bread available for those of us with allergies. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was fine, nothing crazy. They did upcharge for a gluten free bun which isn't a huge issue but a lot of restaurants in the area don't, so it's something to keep in mind. Service was fine but he stood over our shoulders while paying so that was kind of awkward. View is great from the patio!

I give it 4 stars only because of the wonderful view of the falls. But you only get the best views at the tables on the lower level. The menu is very limited for people who are gluten free like myself. My wife and I had the Roasted Ontario chicken Supreme and it was dry with a sauce that did not have a lot of flavor.

My sister and I have been coming to Weinkellers for the last 4 years. We have never had a bad food or service experience, also taking into consideration their ability to cater the menu to my multiple food allergies( gluten, dairy and eggs), which is no easy feat. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, the atmosphere is warm and intimate. I Throughly enjoy this restaurant experience, on repeat.

Unique items like wild mushroom omelettes, super cute place. Great selection of gluten bread, waffles, and pancakes if you are health oriented Highly recommend. Even the coffee and cream was good. 1950s like old fashioned diner

Food was hot, fresh and delicious, excellent quality. We have had the opportunity to try several Indian restaurants in the area and found The Guru to be the best. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had some food sensitivity’s, gluten and egg, and they were able to detail ingredients in each dish. There were many options. A must if you are in the Falls and you like Indian food.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price We visited on a Tuesday morning and were let down across the board. Despite it being a weekday, the atmosphere was very loud and our waiter could barely hear us. We waited a long time to be served, were never offered or even brought water, and at one point our server spent about 10 minutes chatting with another table about school while we sat waiting. The food was just as disappointing. The gluten-free bread was dry and flavorless (non edible), the home fries were bland and clearly a cheap deep-fry, and the "steak" skillet had barely more than 30 grams of steak. When I brought up these concerns, the only response was an apology with no effort to improve the experience. For the price, this restaurant fails to deliver the quality or service you'd expect. There are plenty of better options in the area!

Had a burrito bowl and burrito. Delicious. Service was great, lovely guy that runs it. They offer meat and vegan options, as well as gluten free. All allergens easy to see. Really yummy and reasonable in price. Around $14-$16 per meal. You get A Lot both wrap and bowl are large.

We had a wonderful time at Kaashi with our family! The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was truly fantastic—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. They accommodated Jain and Celiac dietary restrictions so well. The food was delicious! We especially loved the Tandoori Chicken, Seabass Porichathu, Coconut Rice, and Chicken Biryani with a great drink selection. Highly recommend Kaashi for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience at Niagara Falls with loved ones. We’ll definitely be back!

Great restaurant with a great view. I went jn for dinner with no rsvp, and we were treated very well. The staff went the extra mile to figure out what was gluten free for our friend and stayed after opening hours. The food was high quality and wait very reasonable. Wine list had some great wines at very decent prices. The Ontario lamb racks, which I had, were absolutely amazing and just rare enough. I would definitely recommend this place for a special occasion.

They made up gluten free chicken Alfredo for me and it took a little long so they offered a free slice of pizza without me even saying anything. Best Gluten free options (also have pizza in addition to pasta) and the cashier was so sweet and helpful from the get go! Best service I've had in a while!

We went there for the gluten free poutine and were told their fries aren't gluten free anymore. It's still marked that way on the menu though. I was told the only thing I could get was gluten free penne with red sauce or gluten free pizza. Those were not on the menu either but the server told us. Thankfully, we ordered the pizza and it was delicious so that somewhat made up for the poutine being mislabeled. The service was terrible for the most part. She rarely came by despite there being hardly anyone there and was neutral at best, never friendly. It worked out but I wouldn't go again.
