This dish is served with bread, and said I had to have gluten-free. I ordered a gluten free Margherita pizza, but after 25 minutes I got a pizza with pork - completely unacceptable. When I complained, a surly and unprofessional employee said they would make a new one. I waited over 20 more minutes, but the pizza never came. I cancelled and left. This place is completely chaotic and disorganized. Definitely not recommended.

We unfortunately only stayed one night at this charming hotel, but if I was to return to Norway would make it my base!
I upgraded to a waterside view, which was 100% worth it, Because the only downfall of the hotel was the rooms with disabled facilities had the most awful views! However, there was enough to hold onto for mobility impaired in the bathroom to manage for one night in a really lovely room! The bed was really comfortable. The view was amazing. The staff on reception and in the restaurant were really On point.
What a phenomenal breakfast, There was something for everyone there was gluten-free and dairy free products easily available a selection of hot food, cold food, herring fish cheese, fruit yoghurts so no one could Ever go hungry! It was in an ideal situation to explore The town, Walking distance to absolutely everything. We went on a Cruise of the fjords, Explored the fish market and took the vernacular railway up to the highest point to have a drink and look at the views.
The hotel added to making this a very memorable stay, thank you!

My partner and I had dinner here today, the staff were nice, but we reacted to poor training. My partner has coeliac disease, which means he can't eat gluten etc. When we were going to order it turned out that the waiter didn't know what this was, which is a bit strange, but we can explain it, the waiter takes you to the one who prepares the food and it turns out that they have gluten-free burger bread, great we think. We order and everything is absolutely great. We ordered a milkshake and they put biscuits in my partner's drink which wasn't supposed to have any topping, they fixed it. What we see is that despite us making it clear that my partner is allergic, they just scrape off the cream and put it back in. We feel very embarrassed so we don't say anything, but we are very doubtful about how the food will be. When the food arrives they have forgotten that my partner is supposed to have gluten-free burger bread, but they fix it. I start eating my food and see that my chicken is not cooked through. It's red inside, I ate a few bites before I got to the obvious red, and I hope I don't get sick. We of course let them know, they blame it on the chicken, make me a new meal and bring extra dressing as compensation. It seems like the training here is very poor, and I really hope you address this, it seems like you have nice employees who want to make it a nice experience, but you as a company need to make it possible for your employees to do just that.
