Food: I really don’t understand how this place has a 4.4 rating. It’s literally the best Italian restaurant I’ve been to since moving to Huntsville. Everything was so well prepared. The mussels were delicious and I don’t know of any place that does them like this. Also, the carbonara was delicious and gluten-free was available.
Service: Mason was amazing! He was so attentive and the sweetest!
Overall: 10/10

Great, as always. Really enjoyed their gluten-free pizza. Didn't have a reaction at all, not even a little, which is a first, even for gluten-free pizza.

Had dinner with a friend who lives in Huntsville while visiting. We ended up picking the place because of the extensive GF options, including a GF baguette you can get with the charcuterie!
I'll start with the fact that our food was wonderful. The meatballs are gluten free! They were honestly big enough for a meal in themselves. We also ordered the duck fat frites, and I need to just buy a jar of curry ketchup for the house. I always forget how wonderful it is, and it perfectly complemented the fries, which were hot and crisp up on arrival at the table.
We also ordered the Farmers market plate, which is just a whole bunch of roasted vegetables and absolutely delicious. It's a great balance to the heaviness of the apps we got. We ended the evening with the flourless chocolate torte, and it was superb. My Hugo spritzer was also crisp and refreshing.
But here's where I shift to the service...
The place was pretty busy, so our only options were at the bar or outside on the patio. We chose the patio because it's finally cooling off a little bit and we love to eat outside!
As others have said, the patio service was not great. Very long gaps between visits from our server and poorly timed food delivery.
When we sat down, we needed a moment to look at the menu. We got water and decided and then waited. And waited. And waited.
We actually ordered all three items and I believe our drinks other than water at the same time because it had been so long since we had seen our server.
We sort of expected from a nicer restaurant that the timing would be spaced, especially given the very very tiny table we were sat at, but all of our food came out at the same time. Even the food runner struggled to help us fit everything on the table, and we still had not seen our server really since he had taken our order.
When the food was deposited at the table, we discovered that we were missing the chicken we asked for on the farmers plate. We made the decision to just leave it off because all of the other dishes were so large, and I'm glad we did. We left full and were able to eat dessert because of it haha.
Our server came back a while after that ordeal was settled and then asked if we were missing some chicken. We had to go through the whole thing again saying that it was fine to leave it off. But we were already halfway done with the appetizers when he came by.
A different food runner cleared our empty plates, and we were honestly about to walk inside to find our check and leave when our server finally came back and asked us if we wanted dessert. We had just enough time and decided to get some dessert but definitely asked for the check when he dropped off the dessert because we were not sure when we would ever see him again. We didn't even really look at the check; we just handed him our cards and asked him to split the check down the middle.
We had a reservation at 8 we didn't want to miss.
Honestly, a place she and I will definitely return when I'm in Huntsville; however, we will definitely get a reservation and sit inside where the service will hopefully be much much better.
A fresh salad bar and a cozy vibe make this a must-visit spot, perfect for a quick, satisfying meal that leaves you wanting more.

Visiting from the Little Rock area. We had a reservation for another restaurant and didn't want to wait, so we came here. I'm so glad we did! I had a great gluten free club and the salad bar was all fresh. The staff was SO friendly! I'm kinda sad I don't live here!

My wife and I must eat gluten-free. We heard from someone that Red Robin had gluten-free buns, so we went by to see. Not only do they have GF burgers but also a host of other dishes. Destiny was our server, and she was great. She was very knowledgeable about the GF items. I had a Monster Burger, and Barbara had a RR Cheese Burger. We both had fries. All was well cooked and fresh. We will return to try some more GF dishes.

I travel for work frequently and one advantage is having my wife with me on my business trips. With her gluten allergy it can be difficult but we have found ways around this. When we find a place that can make virtually anything gluten free, some of her favorite items that she can't have other places, she was able to find here - I call this a success. The food is delicious and the service was fantastic. I don't think I have ever seen anyone tear up over being able to have a spring roll. We will be back as many times as we can.

The food pictures and rating is why I decided to try this place. It did not disappoint! Food was fresh and well seasoned. I had the Harvest bowl and if you struggle with gluten or wheat or have diet restrictions...I feel they do a great job of accommodating! The place was clean and the guests and servers were nice. This was my first visit to Alabama and Huntsville and I will be back. Thank you, you have a pleasant establishment.

I rarely share reviews of places unless it’s exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case, it was bad. It was around 9:30 on a Sunday night so maybe that would be a reason? Servers were nice, the appetizers were half off and they were good, but the part that churned my stomach was the stack of plates they brought out with the appetizers. The whole stack had standing water and small particles of food on every single one of them! We just had to eat with paper towels.
The actual meals was not good. My patty melt was dry and just unimpressive, I didn’t even eat it all. My husband’s heat wave burger had burnt bacon and he said it just was terrible overall. Our gluten free friend had the gluten free bun burger and it came out with burnt bacon also and on sliced bread? They didn’t even say anything about it until they heard her comment about it and they just said yeah, we are out of the buns and walked off.
For $150+ for 2 small families, we got dirty dishes and just burnt, tasteless food. I won’t be back unless it’s a have to situation.
Plus side is they have a gluten free menu! I thought that was good!
Expect a lively atmosphere with delicious cheesecakes and a menu that can get busy, so be prepared for a wait during peak times!

Sweet potato fries with honey mustard dip/sauce is so good!
It seems like Red Robin is understaffed weekdays before dinner thus food took a little long. That being said food was good and our bar server was great.

I've eaten here twice. I had the honey pecan gluten free chicken schnitzel, not sure if that's the name but it was really great. I tried both the slaw and potato salad, both have a little too much vinegar for my preference but are really good. I also had some kind of sausages that were great as well. The staff ate kind and the deserts are good too. There's a gluten free chocolate torte available. So great!

Great food but it seems like they don’t have the best customer service. I ordered gluten free pasta for my husband and I and when we picked up our order they included breadsticks? That is kind of inconsiderate in my opinion someone that is avoiding gluten and orders two gluten free pastas and you are going to add gluten infested breadsticks? Wow.
Family-owned gem serving standout dishes and offering a cozy, personalized dining experience that keeps everyone coming back for more.

Meat was good. They give you a thimble of sauce and want you to pay extra for more. My boys didn’t like the boiled peanuts. Unfortunately, I don’t return to places that batter their fries. There is no reason to put breading on a perfectly good potato. It soaks up more oil, adds gluten, and ruins the flavor. I hope they change this menu item. I will be happy to return when they do.

My absolute favorite location for I Love Sushi. The perfect date night spot or a get together with friends. They have a wonderful grilled chicken salad with really good dressings. I’m pleased that they can make alterations to food to accommodate for food allergies. They were super careful with my meal and I was happy to be able to enjoy it just the same as anyone else. I stuffed myself silly on those spicy crab rolls 🤣 it was so worth it! I love it that they can actually take out the crunch from them, as other locations won’t do that for me. They even have a gluten free soy sauce to try too!

My wife and I visited during a work trip to Huntsville. Our server was Nyree and we couldn’t have asked for better! My wife has a dairy and gluten allergy and she made sure everything my wife ordered was going to be safe. She’s warm and welcoming and made the visit enjoyable. Also two thumbs way up for the Manager, Sarah who made sure that we knew where to go so that Nyree could be properly recognized. The food was great, the service made it even better!

Great service. Our waiter was friendly and attentive without bothering us. The gluten free food was delicious. The lobster and filet was so good. My favorite was the fontina pork chop with mashed potatoes. The brownie dessert is melt in your mouth perfection 😋
Cute little cafe with great breakfast, latte, and tea options. Someone mentioned that this cafe has options for everyone (vegan, gluten free etc.) which is not quite true. There are meatless breakfast entrees but if you are a meat eater minus pork, the options are a little limited. Because Egg Daddy sound so tempting, I ordered it as it and removed most of the bacon strips and it was pretty good. My mocha latter was ok, not as sweet as I anticipated but still not bad. The staff was very friendly and eager to provide great customer service.
I would return to this location if Im ever in that area.

Overall, my experience at this coffee shop, and at the Madison location, have been very good. The staff are helpful, friendly, and respectful. They are attentive to allergy needs and accommodations for my lack of site. I wish they had more allergy friendly options on their food menu, though. There’s only one thing on the menu that someone With a gluten and dairy allergy can eat, and you have to ask for half the toppings off of it. Additionally, most of the chairs would be uncomfortable for bodies of most sizes.

Fabian our server was awesome, took care of us well. I am gluten free and Ryan the manager came over to the table and has the chef make a great modified gluten free dinner.
Wonderful service. Great atmosphere. Excellent food.
We had an ideal dining experience. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly; she answered every question about gluten-free options without missing a beat. I highly recommend dining here.
BJ’s is like my favorite restaurant ever, but they definitely missed the mark this time! I went there October 23 with my family for my 21st birthday celebration. When we got there they were kind and made us a special table, but that was about it. It took 20 minutes to get drinks, which I understand it can get busy. We ordered our appetizers which took another 20 minutes to get there. Finally after about 90 minutes our food gets there, and only 3/7 meals were correct. I have celiac disease and was ordering their gluten free options which was one of the things wrong. When we asked to have our incorrect dishes be fixed the waitress took them back and said the manager would be with us momentarily. When the manager on duty came out he was very unhappy that we said there was issues but brought us new dishes anyway. After we were done eating they said we could have a dessert for free because of all the issues. We of course accepted it but made it very clear I have celiac and it needed to be the gluten free cookie. They brought out the cookie and we ate it without thinking, assuming they would have gotten the message that I had celiac and can not have gluten under any circumstance. Unfortunately they didn’t and I got gluten poisoning. The last thing that happened was a little girl sitting next to our table threw up all over the floor, which is not anyone’s fault, but instead of cleaning it up the waitress said that is disgusting and told us to step over it after covering it with a cloth napkin. All in all was not a great experience and not something I would like to do again.
We moved here from out of state March 2018. On the recommendation of our pastor we went to Terranova’s and have been going ever since. We’ve gotten to know the servers and the managers and they are top-quality! They are the kindest and nicest restaurant people in the area. My husband, myself and our daughter all have gluten and wheat issues and they have accommodated us. The gluten-free spaghetti pasta, and their different salads are wonderful! We love Italian food and this is the place to be if you want authentic! Terranova’s also has a restaurant branch in Athens and it is equally as excellent as the Madison branch! Through the Covid they have managed to continue the excellent service we’ve so come to enjoy and still enjoy. The food is still excellent & top notch. And their ability to keep themselves and the customers safe has been top notch as well! Thank you Terranova’s for treating us customers like family!

My wife is celiac so purported “gluten free friendly” places give much apprehension. So I called and as soon as the employee said owner was celiac herself, we were on our way.
Excellent place, excellent food, and a place my wife could relax and eat like a “normal” person. Highly recommended.

Ordered juicy Lucy burgers, pretzel bites, sushi roll and fries. Good food but service was very slow. Hard time getting drink refills and our food was delivered by runners who never came back to check on us to make sure we had everything and missed part of our food order. Our waitress was hard to track down and that made our dining experience not the greatest. Place was virtually empty when we were there.
Maybe service is better when it's a busy night so would go back to try it again. They had gluten free options for sushi and mains so that was a plus.
Experience exceptional service with attentive staff who prioritize your needs, ensuring a stress-free visit every time.

Amazing and outstanding service!! As a mom with a son who has celiac, I often find service difficult when asking about gluten around the area. Chris made sure to verify ingredients and asked if we would like new utensils to be used to avoid cross contamination. We will definitely be coming back.
I'm picky about my bbq, but I'm very happy with my sandwich from Beast Mode. The bbq and the gluten-free bun were superb! Will be on the lookout for this truck again!

llent food, service and atmosphere. Highly recommend. Gluten friendly chips and entrees and outstanding service in the South Huntsville location. Cannot wait to visit again.
TL;DR: Friendly staff, great service, excellent food except for the overcooked ribeye. Expensive, so only for special occasions. Gluten sensitivity friendly.
Went tonight with my wife for an early Valentine's celebration. The service staff are very friendly, and Cedric did an excellent job waiting on us. My wife is gluten sensitive, and all the staff did a great job ensuring no problems in that regard. If you have a gluten sensitivity, don't worry there are plenty of delicious options and the staff are knowledgeable.
We each had a salad (ceasar and chopped) and both were great. My wife ordered the bone in filet medium and I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye (bone-in 22oz) medium rare. We got asparagus, Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. Do NOT miss out on the Brussels sprouts, they're incredible. My wife's steak was cooked well, slightly under but she was on the fence between medium rare and medium, and was happy with it. Mine was medium, and honestly on it's way to medium well. I had to send it back. Obviously mistakes happen, but such an expensive steak house should be able to cook a ribeye medium rare in one try, and if they get it wrong I would expect them to catch it before sending it out. The redo was actually closer to rare, but I have no problem with that, would much rather have it slightly under done then WAY over. Once it was done right, it was of course fantastic, as you would expect for the price.
My wife decided to try the sinful chocolate cake (which is flourless and thus friendly for gluten sensitive eaters) and thought it was excellent.
All things considered it was a fine meal, well worth the cost for special occasions (not budget friendly). They lost a star for the overcooked ribeye. Hopefully that was a fluke. I would be willing to give it another try, but not anytime soon, for budget reasons.

They offer a gluten-free bun for sandwiches. But beware, they will always forget to give your sauces and condiments for your bunless or gluten-free sandwiches, and you will have to make a second trip back to get it every time. They need better training regarding this. Some of their workers are rude regarding missing sauces and condiments for your gf or bunless sandwich and others are understanding.

4 and a half stars.
I love everything about Biscuit Belly except the price. The food is excellent. By its name, it obviously advertises good biscuits, and I can't say that's true...the biscuits are outright addictive and probably some of the best I've ever had in my life! If you visit, be sure to order an extra biscuit to go, even warmed up. They're excellent! As far as the menu goes, it has something for everyone. Even my friend, who's gluten-free, can order a delicious breakfast/brunch here. Yes, they specialize in both breakfast and brunch as they're open till 2 or 3 pm, usually.
A lady waiting with me in line the other day asked if I had been there before wanting recommendations. I told her I was a regular, but giving a recommendation is almost impossible as everything on that menu is a hit! It all comes down to your preferences. If you like a certain something, they've got it or something like it!
The only real downsides I can say about the Carl T Jones location in Huntsville is the parking in that area of the strip mall has limited parking so you may have to walk a tad to get parking on really busy days but it's not that far a walk. They seriously need to remove that little grass grass area that makes the parking lot inconvenient, in my opinion. They can have more space if they do. You'll know what I'm talking about and why it's a design flaw when you visit.
The other downside is price. Although the food portions are plentiful, they're on the high side. I got a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit & a small soft drink last time I went, and it came out to $17 (with or without a $5 tip, I can't remember). However, again, you won't leave hungry as portion sizes are very generous.
Those are the only things I can really find to complain about lol. It's really great, and I highly recommend you try them!
*they do serve limited alcoholic beverages. Most are liquor and additions to drinks like hot cocoa or iced coffee type drinks.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Subway in Huntsville! Nice decor, clean throughout, food great! But the greatest thing about this Subway, is the people!!!
