I had a wonderful experience here last weekend! With Celiac disease it's sometimes hard to find a place that's safe for me to eat, but the server and the manager of Proof On Main both assured me of how seriously they take food allergies. It meant the world for the manager to take the time to speak with us. My meal was delicious and it was even better knowing that they care about food allergy safety!
