I had messaged Rhombus Guys in Fargo through the form on their website to inquire about vegan options.
The assistant manager responded quickly and told me that they "have Daiya cheese, a vegan option thin or gluten free crust,vegan marinara, and a homemade Seitan sausage."
They also have a lot of veggie toppings to choose from... including pickles! (My son tried it and really liked the pickles on his pizza. Who knew? )
The pizzas were on the pricier side but the quality and taste were worth it IMO.

This place is hit or miss for me unfortunately. The last time I went it was horrible for food and service. I ordered a gluten free buffalo chicken pizza (a usual order for me) and they put half of a bottle of buffalo sauce on my pizza & was extremely burnt and brought it to my table laughing. Yesterday was the second visit here. The first was about 4 months ago. I had never had sushi before this. I have to order off the gluten free menu as I have celiac. While there are less options and you can't do the all you can eat, there's still a pretty big list of things and variety to try different types of sushi/sashimi and rolls. I was super impressed with the food. The service was fairly fast and the food is very good. I have had no issues with any cross contamination as they take precautions for my order. We were passing through Fargo on our way to Glacier NP and camping at Lindenwood Park Campground. Luna Fargo was walking distance from the campground and sounded interesting. The food was excellent, the heirloom tomato panzanella was so fresh and the chef was excellent in avoiding a food sensitivity that I have. We both had the Wagyu Beef Zebuton, it was perfectly cooked and the veggies were excellent. Good choices in wine. Lorna, our server was great, we shared that we were traveling from NC and this was our first time in Fargo. She asked if it was a special occasion and it was almost our 44th wedding anniversary. We were offered a complementary dessert but we declined, undeterred, Lorna sent us back to the campground with delicious cheese and gluten free crackers in hand. What a great fine for a memorable evening!

When our family travels across North Dakota, we have to stop at Lucky's 13. They not only have gluten-free options (like buns), but they also have the Juicy Lulu. It is the best burger we have ever had.

Let me back up a little, and wipe the drool off my face...we walked in, were greeted by friendly staff, and were taken to a seat (booth, hightop, or bar). They bring out popcorn! A lovely, light snack!
Our server was very attentive, heard our concerns about gluten contamination, answered our questions about which sides would be gluten-free, and when serving us, made it a point to keep our (our youngest son's and my) food separate from my husband's and our oldest son's.
Three of us had the Juicy Lulu, one had a hamburger (he is dairy-free also, poor kid!) They were all cooked to perfection, with incredible flavor. Here I go, drooling again.
I had the coleslaw, which is made fresh, and is the only coleslaw, in a restaurant, that I can eat without having tummy issues within an hour! (I love coleslaw and I am bit by every place except Lucky's!)
One kid had fruit, and the other two had fries, which, according to them, tasted amazing (I smelled them—they smelled heavenly, too!)
The other two also shared the tots, which were a mixture of potatoes, cheese, and other yumminess that I could only smell and drool over. (They are fried in a fryer that also fries items with gluten, so they (and the fries) are not safe for my tummy.)
While I would love to go on about how amazing everything was, including how clean the bathroom was, but, I need to go hydrate now that I have drooled all over myself! 😆
