Excellent food, great atmosphere! Burger in a bowl was a much better version than any other restaurant's bunless burger that I can think of. I'm not sure why no burger places have low-carb buns. They all seem to cater to gluten-free, but there are way more people low carb than gluten-free out there.

Was informed that the items on the gluten free menu are not gluten free even though it says that. I got sick off their appetizer and the owner proceeded to tell me how my allergy should take 2-3 hours to cause symptoms - which is absolutely not true. They brought out the main meal while I was in the bathroom sick as anything even though I took my allergy meds to try to counteract it. I didn’t eat my meal but the owner said since they made it I need to pay for it. They also brought out my gluten free dish and put it in front of the other family member and put the gluten dish where I was sitting. The final thing was a female employee or manager tried stopping me from leaving accusing me of not paying even though I paid and even left the server a tip. Would never go here again.

Well, this a happy review. We have generally avoided this place since our first visit, but my Celiac daughter is in town from UT, and she had a hankering for a burger. We just realized that Rodeo Goat has a gluten free bun, so we tried it again. First of all, easy to find a seat. Open, warm, and inviting with several available seating options inside and outside. Seat yourself. Our waiter was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and respectfully attentive. Drinks came out on time, and the appetizer followed nicely along. Our main dishes were served at the exact same time, and they were hot and fresh. Lots of places have gluten-free buns, but very few have one that is worth going to. Bean, gave her bun a 9 out of 10! So, good job. The rest of the meals were very good. Chips and salsa were great, but I am not sure if they do free refills. All of the burgers were cooked to order, and special orders were respected and fulfilled. I particularly enjoyed my Cheese Fries Surprise with brisket chili. I substituted fries for tater-tots. That's my thing. They got all of the minor menu requests done exactly. We walked out with 4 enthusiastic thumbs up and left overs.

I am gluten free. The chef personally came to my table to make sure my meal would be cooked in such a way to not make me sick. He altered the recipe just slightly to allow me to eat something on the menu not normally gluten free. What a great experience.

We have come to this restaurant a few times but this was by far the best. Diego was very knowledgeable on which menu items were gluten free for me and the food tonight was delicious! We usually get the same dishes but tonight they were extra good! Well done Bulla team!

This was my first time eating here due to a coworker’s recommendation since I’m working close to this location today. I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try! I usually go to True Food Kitchen which has lacked in flavor & quality the last several times. The service was excellent as soon as I walked in. Sahir helped me and made recommendations. I ordered the Peruvian Steak Sandwich based on one of his recommendations and it was AMAZING! The portion was huge! Every bite was filled with fresh, deliciously seasoned, tender steak with a spicy Aoli. It definitely has a “kick” but not overly spicy. They definitely don’t skimp on ingredients either. The gluten free bread is also one of the best I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to try other things on their menu! Honestly, everything sounded great but today’s meal really hit the spot. 5 star service and 5 star food! ✨

I do not like their gluten free bread. Yes I appreciate that they have it because not many places have gluten free bread. But it's not good. I'm surprised they don't have a strictly veggie sandwich. The one that they do have has zucchini on the sandwich...why? I don't get it. But I always love their ice cream.

I would NOT recommend this place for people dietary restrictions. At first, I was thrilled about this place because they seemed willing to accommodate my simple requests due to my dietary restrictions - gluten free and dairy free. Then, after going there a few times. Another manager told me they were unwilling to accommodate. My requests did not change in that time. APPARENTLY even if you are willing to pay extra they will not accept your requests. I would steer clear since their management style is confusing and inconsistent. If you have children with food restrictions, I’d avoid this place since the owner seems to have ‘a chip on his shoulder’ about having to make accommodations.

DELICIOUS! FAST! Wonderful service inside and at the drive thru window. I can't believe this is my first review here but my family has been coming here since inception and we've never been let down We have family members with GLUTEN FREE dietary needs and Dillas consistently takes care of us in these situations.. I spoke with Johnathan, the AGM this afternoon and after explaining our situation with a 'less than adequate' 9rder we placed the previous Monday; WITHOUT hesitation, Johnathan rectified out issue and insured our continuing commitment to Dillas for years to come! It's amazing when companies finally figure out that a small $$ amount is is finite when compared to years of our family frequenting this establishment at least four times a month..

It's ALWAYS something with this location. I've tried giving them multiple chances for the past few years with consistent results. If they don't forget to give you part of your meal, they salt the food until it's COMPLETELY INEDIBLE. They can't even get their curbside pick-up straight. 20 minutes after calling for curbside pick-up, nothing happened. [Update] Thinking we'd give this location one LAST CHANCE, we tried dinning in instead of a pickup order. During the meal an employee decided to open the upwind dumpster, and leave it open. The smell of rotting garbage quickly put an end to our appetite. Even politely suggesting to staff that the open dumpster was causing a problem with the "atmosphere," and should be closed, didn't result in action. BTW, save your money... CostCo has ORGANIC tomato soup that tastes better, and costs less. Oh, and marketing? Saying your tomato soup is gluten free, is like saying your soup is asbestos free. You would have to add wheat for there to be gluten in the soup.

Nice place for pasta , pizza sandwiches soups and salads. They have a good vegetarian options too to choose from. We had portebella mushroom pizza , pimento cheese sandwich and tomato basil soup. Food was good , prices were decent. It’s a nice huge place to seating is not a concern and has good seating options . Perfect for healthy eaters . They do have cauli crust pizza introduced newly so yeah we have some gluten free and Leto options too.

Holy Moly, what an amazing experience! The atmosphere, decor, vibe, friendly and fast service, DELICIOUS food was amazing! They even have gluten free pancakes !! I havent had pancakes in a while! And they are delicious! Our server Sezai was amazing!! The manager came by and she was incredible too! Thank you for making such an amazing atmosphere Susi!

Went for lunch the second day they were open and got the Italian Grinder "Jimmy" sandwich and man was it spicy! I was expecting the chili oil and one of the meats to be spicy and I like spice, but man the tapanade stuff was what packed a punch. Luckily I could take a little of that off and the rest of the sandwich was amazing! The old bay chips were fine but very subtle flavor, wasn't a Dorito level. The other guest with me is gluten free and got the loaded potato skins and I had one to taste and they were fantastic! The lobster wasn't rubbery and you could tell it was fresh.

Great neighborhood breakfast place. Very clean and welcoming. Little one got French toast fresh fruit and sausage and there are only lick lines left on the plate. I got the traditional with gluten free bread (no extra charge!!). My onions in the potato could have been cooked a little less but my eggs and sausage were perfect. You have to have some of their house made strawberry preserves. Yummers. Real maple syrup, super fresh fruit bowls, and the coffee carafe was left on the table (thank goodness). Will definitely be back (forgot to take pictures because we were so hungry and it looked so good).

2022 Increased Prices - see latest photo. Healthy and fresh, delicious fast food - great vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. Their $1 homemade blueberry lemonade and frozen strawberry lemonade are awesome! I've only had salads so far but wanna try the wraps. My only complaint is there are some ingredients they can't remove (ex - bacon). I assume because they're pre-made. UPDATE: Owner commented that their food is not pre-made but on 2 occasions I was told that bacon and avocado could not be removed. So if that's wrong they have an employee training issue. 3 large salads with 2 homemade lemonade and 1 green tea = $22!!! FANTASTIC 😁 Next door to 7-11 and across the street from Mr G's/Specs liquor store and also across from Medical Center of Plano.

Carlos did an exceptional job as our chef. We were all astounded by his efforts to go above and beyond what we requested. Our daughter has a severe gluten allergy and he ensured that her food was cooked separately and to her request. This is my new favorite healthy drinks / snacks on the go! The staff is so attentive , nice, and friendly. Kendra in the picture behind made the most delicious PB&J jelly smoothie was so accommodating and made the best drink I’ve ever had! She even let us try it first to see if we liked the consistency / texture of it. Thank you so much for accommodating us. I highly recommend this place especially for vegan , gluten free, dairy free. I have a lot of allergens and the staff ensured me that I will be taken care of and went over the ingredients with me!

The wings are really tasty and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I didn’t realize that I had to specify no breading on the chicken wings and the manager offered a one-time courtesy replacement since I can’t have gluten. I highly recommend eating here, they are fast and reasonably priced.

There are options if you need to eat Gluten free, the wait staff is so nice and helpful! It's such a fun atmosphere with thunderstorms, blacklights, and eerie sound effects. The food is good, some things like the mashed potatoes and mushroom sauce are really good. All of the cocktails and cocktails we had have dry ice which just enhances this delightful space!

The food was good and the portions are large. If you like margaritas, get the El Jefe. It was fantastic. They have gluten sensitive options on the menu as well.
