This place was incredible!!! We looked for a safe gf place for our celiac daughter, and this one was such a treat in that it is all gf. But even more amazing was the healthy, plentiful and incredibly tasty meals we had. We left fully satisfied and it kept us going for a very long time. Amazing service as well. Would highly recommend! Thank you for giving us an amazing meal. We hope for Impact restaurants to come to Vancouver, our home.

So impressed to find a place that cares about the ingredients they use for the health and well being of their clients. LOVE that they are gluten free and have vegan options. Take out, or sit down that doesn't set your health back is what Toronto needs more of, and this company has it!

Food is decent. It's great that they have a gluten free eggs benny. Potatoes were definitely undercooked. It is always busy and a zoo to get in - not necessarily worth the wait to get in.
This vibrant spot offers a cozy atmosphere with a diverse menu that caters to various dietary needs and prioritizes sustainability.

Impact Kitchen is 100% gluten free, and yet people who aren’t following flourless diets frequent it.
The healthy bowls, sandwiches, and toasts are made with whole foods, that are excellent to fuel you for work or a workout. Despite being “good for you”, the offerings are flavourful, and very hearty. I’m particularly fond of the beef brisket sammie and avocado chili toast!
It’s a takeout/ casual quick eatery, so don’t expect the quality of a higher end restaurant. Despite this, I’ve always had good service, and the space is quite large.
All in all, great for what it is! Happy to see so many good gluten free brands be successful.
With its funky retro decor and cult classic film art, this spot offers a vibrant brunch experience that’s all about fresh, unique flavors.

Bohemian and nostalgic to the easy Rider, movie and movies of that era. Very relaxed and comfortable and the fusion Mexican food was excellent. Insanely good gluten-free waffles!

First time here! What an awesome surprise to find this restaurant while we were out and about shopping! So pleasant to walk in and be greeted with friendly and happy staff! Then, to find out that there was an abundance of tasty gluten free options!!! It could be that their whole menu is gluten free, but I’m not 100%. We had a jerk chicken wrap, sipping broth, hot chocolate, and a cookie. These gluten free choices , as I said earlier are done well and so tasty - great ingredients too! Our server, Venkat, brought our experience up to another level! We will be back to this area just to eat here. Oh ya, we enjoyed the vibe in at Impact. Clean, and pleasant

Dave's Genuine is comfort food—pure and simple—especially if you grew up eating deli sandwiches, or Kosher favorites like matzoh ball soup. The turkey club is probably my favorite sandwich of all time, and Dave's Genuine makes a killer one. Best of all, it can be made gluten-free—safe for someone who has Celiac disease, like me. In fact, Dave's Genuine makes a real effort to accommodate gluten allergies because the owner's daughter also has Celiac, so he understands the ins and outs of cross contamination. In my most recent order, Dave's even sent me a free batch of fries with a kind note on it, promising they're prepared separately and fried in their own GF fryer. After trying these fries for the first time—crispy and light, by the way—I knew I needed to write this review. The customer service here is truly impeccable, and so is the quality of the food. Pro-tip: Try the smoked meat, it's insanely good.
A cozy gem with a diverse menu and a warm vibe, perfect for anyone craving a delightful dining experience anytime of the day.

Had a very nice brunch here. The menu was a little confusing though. There was an eggs Benedict that said it could be made gluten free, but when I asked my server, she said it could not, which was really a bummer. My alternate of toast, bacon and eggs was still good, and very filling.

While looking for a gluten-free breakfast spot in Toronto on Find Me Gluten Free, we came across a highly-rated place and decided to give it a try. I must say, this is the best gluten-free and vegan spot I've tried here, especially for the coffee. I ordered a mocha, and it was the best cafe mocha I've ever had. Made with real dark chocolate, it had that distinct bitter taste, complemented by coconut cream and a splash of maple syrup, along with some added spices—it was amazing. We also had steel-cut oats and a chocolate muffin. The muffin was delicious, not overly sweet, gluten-free, and vegan. If you're ever in Downtown Toronto, check this place out; you'll love it.

Delicious stick to your ribs barbeque. The staff were super helpful with helping me choose gluten free options and many things on the menu were able to be made gluten free. Perfect portion sizes, I had the brisket plate and my mom had the beef stew and we both left feeling happy and full.

Mmm, my new favourite healthy place to eat. So many options, even gluten free. Staff are so friendly, fast and helpful. You can add as much of any ingredient as you'd like (except meat and cheese obviously) for free!! And they have so.many. ingredients.

As Director of Donations for Blankets of Toronto -York University Chapter, I must extend my gratitude towards Gino and his team at the Great Canadian Bagel. The GCB team's kindness and consideration in donating 20 bagels for our upcoming event was a gesture that was beyond comparison to anything I have ever seen. The care that Gino took in making sure that all the bagels were gluten-free, halal-free, vegan, etc demonstrates to everyone that the Great Canadian Bagel is a company that fosters diversity and inclusion. I would 100% recommend the Great Canadian Bagel to anybody who asks me where the number 1 spot is to eat on the York University campus!
I usually go to subway, so this is my comparable, but i really wanted to try the keto/gluten free bun option.
The price for my small sub came to 10.15 which i thought was pretty steep. the bun texture was great but there is zero taste- did not taste bad, just didn't taste like anything, which made the sub bland(even with the soutwest sauce to liven things up) The rest of the topping were delicious and fresh, and options similar to subway, including sub of the day promos.
Person working was pleasant and friendly, location was clean and easy to get to, only downfall was the 3 mr sub labelled parking spots were all occupied (even though i was the only one there), likely by patrons of the always chaotic tim hortons located beside it.
Will avoid that bun next time but would definitely try another one in the future bc of price (price for small sub of the day is 4.49)
Unexpectedly delicious with late hours, unique menu options, and an awesome vibe make this a must-visit spot!

I have celiac, which means i’m allergic to gluten. Although I shouldn’t be eating from outside that often, once in a while is okay. Came here and ordered, there was a lady helping me with ordering. As I chose my sub, Adit was quick to bud in and let me know that the options I was choosing we’re not gluten free. He also went out of his way to instruct the lady helping me, on which tools, trays, etc that she should replace to insure I was as gluten free as possible. This was greatly appreciated.

Quick and friendly service. They have sandwiches, flatbread and a gluten free bread as well. Multiple choices of ingredients and many sauces to choose from. The staff is kind and there is tons of seating to eat your meal inside. There is a green P parking lot next door which makes it convenient. Store is clean and they do a good job. When in the area stop by for a sub or maybe a cookie!
Finally found a sandwich on Gluten free bun! It was very good. The staff was very helpful and courteous.
After I left I dropped my wallet. The next day I dropped by and asked if a wallet was turned in. They had it! Nothing missing. I am very pleased with the employees for their honesty and commend them for the way they handled the situation. I am pleased to recommend them.and their service and honesty. The sandwich was very good. The toppings were fresh. I will be going back!

Lots of Sub selections, different kinds of bread, including Gluten free (small size). There is a fancy Pepsi branded drink machine in here with Sparkling Lime water (Lime Bubly) and Michael Bublés face showing up on the screen, was kind of funny to see. The guy running the shop was very kind to my kids.
The shop was a little messy. Otherwise everything was good.
