Incredible for celiacs! They have a huge gluten-free menu. Great dishes, huge portions and, most importantly: they know exactly what celiac disease is.
I tried migas, croquettes and torrijas, all GLUTEN FREE and it was spectacular. I would repeat a thousand times.

The treatment from José Luis was 10, we had a great meal and with good views of a small park with a beautiful fountain. They have very varied and delicious gluten-free food, a great idea to stop to eat here if you pass through Brihuega.

I recommend booking. I have been twice and I loved the dinner both times.
I personally don't love the decoration, but everything else is great.
The treatment is pleasant, they attend to you and serve you quickly. The first day they gave us potatoes with sauce to snack on; although the second one they didn't put anything.
For crepes I tried the truffle and another with ham and potato, both very good.
They are also gluten-free
For dessert I tried both one with caramel and another with cheese and jam and they were delicious. I will be back
Experience attentive service and a vibrant atmosphere with a variety of unique and delicious options at this hidden gem!

Aroa has been wonderful, we were a large group and two of us had celiac disease and the treatment has been exquisite, very attentive, charming, fast and helpful, you could tell that she had very good control over her celiac disease. You couldn't ask for more, everything was very fast, delicious and also quality/price has been great. Again, highlight Aroa's work.

A beautiful place, we did not expect it to be this beautiful when we entered... The great service, the delicious food, and the best of all is that for my celiac husband, the gluten-free food with a lot of confidence and knowledge of the subject, if we return we will repeat!

We were having the menu of the day for 14.00 euros which includes a starter, a main course, dessert, bread and a drink. There are several options to choose from and there is always something suitable for vegetarians or celiacs. The atmosphere was very good, practically full, so it is advisable to go with a reservation in advance. The service was very good, we didn't have to wait long for them to serve us. A spectacular detail was that they gave me gluten-free bread at no additional cost (something that does not happen in many restaurants). The quantities for me were generous because I stayed well without bursting. I had a sautéed vegetable and a pork chop, all suitable for celiacs and delicious. The bar is located a few meters from the Dávalos municipal library and the Guadalajara City Hall, so its location is unbeatable.
Fresh, delicious options and exquisite desserts make this affordable spot a local favorite worth checking out.

I was looking for an Italian restaurant that could have gluten-free dishes since I have celiac disease although my partner is not, and by chance I came across this restaurant and they have gluten-free dishes and pasta, they put a lot of care into ensuring that there is no cross contamination or Cross contact, whatever we want to call it, the dishes are incredibly good, the treatment of the staff and the attention to the customer is incredible, and I loved the atmosphere as it is decorated, it is like getting into a Godfather movie in the most authentic SICILY, a A little piece of this Italian island brought to this restaurant, we will definitely repeat it when we return and of course I will recommend it to all my friends.

Restaurant with great variety on the menu. With gluten-free options. They have gluten-free bread and beer.
Very adequate care.
One but, one of the waitresses recommended that we take two quarters of goat for two adults with two previous starters and it was too much. A shame. Maybe we didn't know the exact amount.
A top spot that wows with its unique flavors and exceptional service, making it a must-visit in the area!

02/16/2024 I am celiac, everything is perfect. They have the allergen issue under control, even for dishes that are not on the menu.
The lamb was not a lot, but the flavor will fill your mouth like nothing else, highly recommended. Sometimes, less is more.
10/10 The only problem is that there is not one in central Madrid next to my work.

I ate with my partner, I have celiac disease and I ate like a true queen (we tried the gluten-free cachopo and a portion of broken eggs with ham "from there to heaven), and then we finished off the game, trying the Irish coffee cake 🤩. We went out Delighted with the quantities, the atmosphere and the attention of Lidia, who was the girl who served us, was wonderful ❤️. We have a pending visit to Pastrana and without a doubt, we will repeat. Thank you🥰🥰🥰

It is located on the upper floor of the Ferial Plaza shopping center in Guadalajara, it has quite a few tables so it is easy to find a seat (perhaps on weekends it is a little more complicated because the CC is busier). The waiters' attention was very good, we didn't have to wait long. Positive points are that there is a menu with information on allergens and they have some options suitable for celiacs (gluten-free) such as a couple of pizzas, some starters such as salad or grilled vegetables and also some dessert. We ordered a pizza, vegetables with provolone cheese and a tiramisu. All gluten-free and the truth is that everything was delicious. You can also ask for a jug of water, which is served to you free of charge. The prices are the usual ones, they are not super cheap, but the quantities are generous.
This bustling spot boasts a vibrant atmosphere, a diverse menu with dishes cooked right in front of you, making it a top pick for locals.

It is, without a doubt, one of my favorite restaurants in Guadalajara (if not the favorite), both for having a drink/snacking casually and for sitting down and treating yourself to a delicacy. The service is always excellent, very friendly waiters, who always look out for the customer and provide excellent service. In addition to always giving good advice with food choices. I particularly like Ángel and Lucas a lot. In general, there is always a very good atmosphere.
The food is delicious, both starters and mains. My favorite dishes are the leeks, the salad and the lazy tortilla.
It is always a pleasure to return. Being celiac, they adapt practically all the dishes and have gluten-free bread
With exceptional service and a diverse menu at great prices, it’s a spot you’ll want to visit again and again!

It is appreciated that in a place like this we can eat those who are lactose intolerant and/or celiac. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! The shame was the potatoes that I couldn't eat. But for the rest, thank you, thank you and thank you!!

We have been a group of friends, and it was great. They have gotten involved to find us a table and make us comfortable. There was a celiac in the group and without saying anything and only asking for a gluten-free beer, they gave him a separate tapa that he could eat.
Cristian, the waiter who served us, majísiml!!! We will return without hesitation!

Chic and phenomenal place in the heart of Guadalajara. The food is delicious and the staff is very friendly. They have gluten-free dishes and others that can be adapted (let us know beforehand). We ordered salmorejo (gluten-free), artichokes, secreto and the gluten-free cheese coulant. The price is according to the quality. We will go again without a doubt

Typical bar, where you can have a few meals quietly in the square, between the cathedral and the town hall. The waiters are very nice, Pedro was telling us which dishes were gluten-free (there is a variety). Good atmosphere and food.

How to round off a getaway through black towns? Eating at this wonderful restaurant run by Miguel and Raquel. Its cuisine has a lot of personality, in line with its magnificent hosts, who make you feel at home and ensure that you enjoy the experience, whether you have a baby or are celiac. A 10 deal!
We loved all of their dishes, we were eager to try more. Their torreznos, stew and stew stand out, in addition to their desserts, which are not to be missed. Without a doubt, a very well decorated place to go to enjoy the gastronomy of the area. We will be back!

Spectacular service. The waitress saw that there was a celiac patient and brought her a good gluten-free tapa with her beer.
The food is delicious, the hamburger and the cheesecake are very good, but in our case the torreznos were cold and overcooked and the porcini mushrooms had a slightly rancid taste.
