The restaurant has a very central and yet relatively quiet location. There is a small outdoor area as well as a very nice, manageable but not too small indoor area. The menu includes a well-selected number of dishes. Many dishes are available vegan/vegetarian and can also be prepared gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza marinara and the spaghetti carbonara were very tasty! There are also ice cream and other desserts, which are also gluten-free. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and responded to every request (e.g. allergens) in a very targeted manner. All around great! I'll be back :)

Perfect as always. Being gluten-free and lactose-free and sensitive to contamination, I have been eating there with my eyes closed for several years. The pizza is not made in a seperate place and they don't take care of contamination. It's so sad because the pizza dough was sooo delicious. If they would take care of contamination it would be such an amazing place for celiac people. But wouldn't recommend if you're celiac. They don't really know what celiac is, they know about glutenfree but as I said they unfortunately don't consider contamination.

I've been here a few times already, and it's surely one if my go-to pizza places if I'm in Lausanne! The pizza is great, as well as the selection in the menu. They also have gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. The service is always kind, friendly and happy to help. Recommended for a good Italian style pizza!

Terrible customer care from one of the two ladies. It’s funny to read very old comments about the customer care of this place and to realize that nothing has changed very much. I went to this place for the first time last week looking for a small gluten free cake. The lady on the cashier was very nice, very politely said the cakes need to be ordered, which seems fair to me. Nevertheless she wanted to make sure the info was correct and went to the kitchen to confirm with her colleague. The colleague went out and said to me: “do you think I have a magic wand?” Perplexity from my side, I don’t speak very good German so wasn’t sure I was understanding right. “Yes, do you think I’m Harry Potter and have a magic wand?”. What kind of answer is that? Is strange to ask in a gluten free bakery if they have gluten free cakes? I’m still astonished. My advice, keep that lady in the kitchen, she clearly doesn’t know how to talk to clients. Unfortunately I can’t talk about the products they bake, and I will never as I don’t intend to go there again.

I went to the bakery on Friday and literally everything I bought was amazingly tasty. I’ve been a coeliac for over 15 years and it was the best bread in the sandwich I have tasted. Also had a brownie and a pastry for the next day. Just delicious, the owner and actually another regular customer went out of their way to help me in English explaining what everything was. Wonderful ambience. The food is delicious (had the burrata and a pizza). They also do great gluten free. We had just come from hiking so we were not dressed for the occasion but they didn’t seem to mind which was fortunate.

Came in here as myself and Father can't eat gluten and what a great find! It's difficult to find food GF options without compromising and they don't do that here. Omelette was perfect, and avocado toast was so well flavoured. I also recommend the fresh juices! The staff couldn't have been more kind and helpful.

A gem for gluten-free, all pizzas are offered as a gluten-free option and the dough is a real treat. I haven't tried the pasta yet but they are also a gluten option.

The best pizza in town! Delicious. Gluten, lactose free or vegan options available. One can even try charcoal flour. Booking a table, especially for a larger crowd, strongly recommended. We came in three just after 7pm (opens at 6.30pm) and there was only one table left. It was buzzing and busy but the food was served pretty quickly. Drinks took a bit longer to arrive though. But the staff was nice and helpful, especially when it came to dietary requirements. The dough is fantastic. I recommended it wholeheartedly. Although I haven't tried the gluten free option.. The prices are reasonable, 14CHF to 24CHF for a pizza depending on the ingredients. They also have starters and salads.

The favorite pizzeria of my 6 year old daughter, who is celiac! It’s the only place where she can enjoy delicious gluten-free pizza. I take the opportunity every time to enjoy the wood fire... The staff is super nice and extremely attentive. An excellent place that I highly recommend!
