My toddler has quite a few allergies. When we alerted our server, he got the GM, Stacy. She came straight to me, introduced herself and explained that quite a few things had what he was allergic to in them (dairy, egg whites, soy, wheat/gluten, alpha-gal). She let me know what they had that would work. I asked if they had a white fish (my little one loves white fish). She said yes! She asked what they could cook it in for him. She gave it to the kitchen. They used gloves, clean pans & ensured there was no cross contamination for him! They bent over backwards to make sure he had something he could eat. It truly came from a place of concern and I will forever be grateful!

We love Uncle G's! We're able to eat there safely with gluten intolerance/celiac. Today was the busiest we've ever seen it, almost every seat was filled plus take out orders. They ran out of an ingredient and Jack handled the issue w/ the best customer service! He also went above and beyond to take a photo for the birthday party.
