Really grateful for gluten free options, which can be so tough to find in airports! There was a dedicated gluten free menu and staff took my concerns about cross contamination seriously. A good option for those with coeliac. Food takes longer to prepare if you have a dietary requirement so just budget extra time.

Great Celiac Safe - Gluten Free option at Heathrow T3! After we were initially seated, I asked the hostess for gluten-free menus. When our waiter came over, he saw the gluten-free menus and immediately asked if we had a gluten allergy/celiac. He informed us that his manager would need to take our order. The manager quickly came over and answered all our questions about how the kitchen prepares it’s gluten free items and any cross contamination potential (very little for our breakfast). We both ordered a Tea Egg and Mackerel on gluten-free toast. We enjoyed our food and were thrilled with how knowledgeable and thoughtful the staff were.

Great staff, very helpful and attentive. So convenient to stay over at Terminal 4 after travelling back from India. Las Vegas ( a fabulous waiter) was amazing at breakfast, obtaining gluten-free toast for me and ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we need. A great experience - such a comfortable place to stay.

The staff are amazing, gone above and beyond for me and got gluten free bread and cake. So far my day has been traumatising as I am overwhelmed and the airport is too hectic not to mention so far all other staff have been less than helpful so to come here and feel relaxed and happy is amazing. Come here regularly for breakfast & the service is always first class. We walked up today for father's Day breakfast, 6 adults , one child & a baby. One of our party is gluten intolerant, they made a really nice breakfast for him & made sure the table & cutlery was all clean. The people serving us were lovely & friendly ,they were great with our baby granddaughter, we even got three fathers day gift bags. Really appreciated how, we as walk up customers were treated. Made to feel valued. It's always like this here, that's why we keep coming back

A cosy village pub. Staff very accommodating and provided a gluten free meal that wasn't on the menu. Pub handy for anyone staying at The Thistle hotel or the Premier Inn at Heathrow.

Food, service, environment... All here is fabulous!!! And the price is not bad. I had a Black Bean Taco Soup and a Falafel salad, both are Gluten Free (GF) and Vegan (V) so perfect. Just say the soup was saying that has soya as allergen and just this! There are not many things in this airport GF and Vegan. This country need improve this in general isn't it??? If you agree with me, give me a thumbs up!!! Cheers!!!

We took advantage of the meal deals which was excellent value. The staff were fabulous and very attentive. A special mention to Dixon for his outstanding service during breakfast. It’s not always easy to find low gluten vegetarian options, but they took care of us. Thank you!

Met up with family for breakfast before flight. 1 coeliac and 1 gluten free but nothing was too much trouble for our waitress (sorry I don't know her name but was on shift about 9am on 5th July). She was very friendly and helpful.

Ideal base for our London theatre weekend! Rooms were very clean and all staff were friendly and helpful. Would particularly like to mention Abdul, who was on the front desk of the restaurant. Our daughter has coeliac disease and he gave us their allergen folder to look at and check what was suitable for her and explained their procedures for reducing the risk of cross contamination. She was brought fresh cutlery and her breakfast choices were brought out directly from the kitchen, have stayed here many times and would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay before flight out of Terminal 5. Comfortable quiet & clean rooms in neutral decor, friendly staff, excellent food in restaurant ( who catered well for gluten free / Coeliac) which also had fabulous views of planes landing every few minutes ( no noise). Pod transfer to T5 is a brief walk across to the car park behind the hotel..£8 per person each way, it's a short but fun way to get there very quickly. Hotel provided car parking booked for the duration of our stay which made it extra convenient. HIGHLY recommended.

Really nice little breakfast. Served by Delisha, who was really wonderful and provided excellent service. The allergen menu isn't fully functioning, since it limits what options are available despite there being options to have otherwise non-gluten-free meals as gluten-free. Waitress was helpful in resolving this, however!
