This was our first time at Kaos, and we loved our pizza! My wife is both gluten and dairy free and Kaos is now her favorite pie in Denver. Thanks so much for not skimping on the toppings. Because she doesn't get cheese, she often ends up with a pizza that is mainly sauce and crust with a few scattered toppings. Not last night! There was a great portion of toppings on her pizza. This place is great. I wish you could do half starts because it’s on the high side of four. Very nice place; exposed brick and good seating area. WONDERFUL patio with misters and pet friendly area. The staff is top notch; always friendly and attentive. The burgers are some of the best in the metro area. The classic double will rock your world! Every now and then the fries are a bit floppy. Gluten free and vegetarian options too. Great for young kids and families.

I came here because the reviews on Google said this place does gluten free. They do not! The fryers are not actually gluten free so none of the wings can actually be labeled gluten free, but they label so many sauces as gluten free which you can throw on gluten contaminated wings, which makes no sense to me. The food was just okay, and I think have some gluten intolerance symptoms after eating here (they were fully transparent about the fryers, and I'm new to this gluten intolerance condition, so I tried it to see how it would go)

I had a fantastic experience with both the food and service. We tried the Tonkotsu ramen, chicken karaage, and a selection of rolls, all of which were exceptional. I opted for rice noodles as a gluten-free alternative for the ramen, and they were superb—much better in texture than many other gluten-free noodles, which can often be quite hard. Overall, everything was delicious.

My partner and I went to dinner on a Tiki Tuesday evening and the wait staff was super friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to see margaritas on special! I have celiac disease and the waiter was very knowledgeable on gluten free options. I had the Salmon Ponychartrain and my partner had the scallops and both were excellent. “Best scallops I’ve ever had” is what my partner said. We’re also excited to go back for whiskey Wednesdays as we’re both whiskey drinkers. We sat outside at the two outdoor tables and it was a nice evening to people watch. We learned about this restaurant through Offline Restaurant Club. I would recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful, cozy, welcoming spot! The chilaquiles was 🤌 especially with the red sauce. Very friendly, attentive service. Can’t wait to come back! Pozole looks great, plenty of vegan and gluten free options.

I chose this restaurant because I was looking for a safe option as someone with Celiac disease. The server explained that while not everything on the menu is gluten-free, many options are, as long as you avoid items with bread or anything fried. They also assured me that they use a separate section of the kitchen for gluten-free preparation, which was very reassuring. We ordered the coconut curry chicken, and it was absolutely fantastic. The restaurant has a classy ambiance, and the service was exceptional. The server was friendly and went the extra mile to ensure the ingredients were prepared fresh to avoid cross-contamination. I've only been here once, so I can't speak to the consistency of their gluten-free practices, but my first experience was very positive. I would recommend this restaurant to others looking for safe and delicious gluten-free options.

Came here to watch a game with friends and was so pleasantly surprised to find out they have a dedicated fryer for gluten free items included chicken tenders! They were so accommodating and the food was great! The fries were amazing and my friends enjoyed their non GF food as well! Definitely a great option if you’re celiac!

What a fabulous coffee shop gem in Washington Park. I've only been once, but I definitely tried several things in one visit while meeting a friend. The Americano, gluten free brownie were superb, but the matcha latte with oat milk was the best I've had in Denver. I grabbed some decaf espresso beans and some ground coffee on my way out. The ambience is quiet which was great for our meetup. I've been dreaming about that matcha latte ever since. I'll definitely be back! Especially considering the location. It's right off the interstate and next to a Duffey Roll! Yum!

We just finished our first visit, and we sat at the sushi bar. Damn, it was absolutely amazing! To start, the place is pretty cool and has a great atmosphere. The staff is friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The food... is absolutely great. We started with black miso cod, and it's something we'll definitely repeat. Then, we tried two rolls: tekka and negihama, and we were already very, very happy. The nigiri, though, were the stars: we tried toro, tuna tataki and saba. We loved it so much that we added another round of toro (tuna). The quality of fish is just absolutely outstanding. We were very happy with the drink options, I enjoyed the blackberry blush coctail. We finished with some delicious lychee sorbet and enjoyed extra fruit from the kitchen. Gluten free options are clearly marked, I was also given gluten free soy sauce. That doesn't happen often, it is greatly appreciated!

Love love love this place!! I stumbled across green collective a few months ago and I now go 4-5 times a week, it’s that good!! As someone with an autoimmune who avoids dairy and gluten this place is amazing!! It’s really hard to find a place with so many low sugar, healthy options. There are so many great options on the menu, and everything I try I’m obsessed with!! They also have a ton of prepared things in the fridge that are delicious! I’ve told all my friends and family and they love it as well. The service is amazing, and the food comes quick. It’s a great place to meet a friend for lunch or sit down and get some homework done! The matcha is the best I’ve had in Denver ( I’ve tried a lot of places), and my favorite part is that they offer monkfruit as a sweetener. It’s rare to find a place that offers a sugar free option that isn’t artificial. For anyone who wants to try it, I recommend the breakfast tacos, they are amazing! But really you couldn’t go wrong with anything. So glad to find this fun new spot so close to my house!!

Campus lounge is back! A great hangout with a great atmosphere. The Bloody Mary's were awesome (try the Mesa Verde for a unique twist) and I highly recommend the green chili. They have great gluten free options as well. Tons of TVs that had every football game on for Sunday. They also have shuffle board and foosball. Felt family friendly and the staff was all very nice. Place was slammed for the grand opening but they handled it well. Will definitely be back.

Omg this place is amazing. This review is meant for my Celiac family. The menu online offered a lot of GF options. So, I decided to go to the restaurant to ask about their safety protocols. The person at the register explained that they have a full allergy protocol that includes using separate equipment: cutting boards, knives, gloves, etc. (She was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable). I ordered the chicken salad sandwich (the one with the cherries and garlic aioli). Be still my beating heart! It was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The gluten free bread was fantastic. It wasn't dry. It didn't fall apart. If I hadn't just had a lengthy conversation about protocols,I would never believe that bread was GF. I will be back and will be bringing my friends and family. The chicken salad was high quality. Like I said,one best sandwiches I've ever had. I also ordered the potato wedges, fantastic and the cucumber salad (highly recommend). I will be dreaming about this meal. It was so good that I talked to the chef afterward and told her how much I loved the meal and thanked her for offering GF options. Environment: this is a cute little cafe right on the corner of Pearl Street and Louisiana. Pro tip#1: let them know you have celiac. They will be happy to tell you about their safety precautions and will label your food.

I realize now I rated this place five stars 5 years ago. I was back today (Feb 2025) and the place is better than ever. Food is delightful Cajun comfort food, with thoughtful and delicious gluten free accommodations. Service is wonderful. Nick is doing a terrific job as GM and Cameron provided outstanding service with a welcoming smile. 10 / 10.

These guys are amazing. I go out of my way to come to the store now. The staff are insanely friendly and accommodating with diet allergies. I would never expect to walk into a bagel store and be accommodated for my gluten intolerance. But slice a hash brown in half and make a sandwich out of it… brilliant!! 👌💙🙏 Thank you!

We live in the neighborhood and this deli has become a go-to for us. I have food allergies and love that they have gluten free and vegan options. The only thing I'd ask for is a 'special instructions' box for online orders to request changes to the order not available through the checkbox options.
