We ate in, which was probably a mistake as they seem to be geared towards takeout and delivery. The staff didn't know how to handle dine-in customers. The pizza is fine, glad that they have gluten free crust options, but the rice flour crust was burned on the outside and tasteless. It was a meh experience.

Had a post Tampa Theater Star Wars pizza and their gluten free crust option were out of this world!! The best part about the experience was our server Emily! From the moment we walked in, she immediately greeted us with the biggest smile, told us to sit anywhere and she took such great care of us throughout the entire afternoon! We need more servers like her in downtown Tampa! Way to GO, Emily!! Keep up that high vibe and making everyone feel welcome! Give that young woman a raise!!

We had the parmigian clams were excellent. Oysters were small for the $, corn bread was good. I had scallops were fantastic, my friend had snapper which was also amazing. Food is excellent here. Our server was great. Make a reservation to get right I'm. They have a great menu for gluten free.

I have been to this store twice this week and I can say this is top tier the deserts beautiful and taste delicious my kids normally don’t like my gluten free foods but now we are double fisting these delicious treats the guilt free and safe foods I can enjoy

Delicious, consistent, great service, and celiac friendly. Our family loves it here. For us (a family of 4 with teens), it's not the best atmosphere when it's busy. That's ok, we just avoid those busy hours. Highly recommend them!!

Made my own bowl with chicken, pesto noddles, sweet potato, broccoli, cucumbers, tomatoes, pickles onions and it was delicious. Everything was so fresh! Highly recommend the gluten free chocolate chip cookies.

A la cart style tacos. Plus some bowls, chip plates and sides. Pork belly, duck, fish, mushroom, and cauliflower were all delicious. Almost everything on the menu is gluten free and celiac safe (except dessert and quesadillas) our server checked and there's a separate GF fryer for chips. QR style ordering or paper/pencil. Definitely wouldn't call it authentic tacos but you'd have to be pretty dull to think it would be. They do a good job with complimentary flavors.

This place rocks! Our go-to spot when visiting family in the area, especially since my wife and mom have celiac (the whole menu is gluten free). The staff is cheerful and the synth wave pink neon pop vibes inside were on point. Plus some witty playful branding (including the staff all wearing different FK branded hats). And the food is excellent and great value. What’s not to love??

We had a team holiday luncheon and it was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the entrees, especially the salmon and scallops. The appetizer flatbreads and meatballs were good starters. They had an excellent gluten free menu. We had a lovely table in the middle of the restaurant but it was quite noisy due to busyness of the restaurant and we had difficulty hearing each other.

Great food, beautiful atmosphere, and solid gluten-free options! I’m celiac and eat gluten-free, and I had the entrée salad with shrimp, it was delicious and I didn’t get sick. I was hoping it would come with ham as well (like the side salad appetizer the rest of the family ate), so next time I’ll ask for both shrimp and ham on the entrée salad. The architecture and ambiance are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the two pitchers of sangria — definitely a 10/10! The only downside was the service staff was very kind and friendly and did they best they could. Our group of 8 felt a bit forgotten, and after waiting to order dessert and water refill, we paid and left after about two hours. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend going with a smaller group (maybe 3–6 people) for a smoother visit.

I have been wanting to visit this restaurant since it opened. I live in Pinellas so, unfortunately, it's not near me. HOWEVER, now that I know where it's located I will definitely make it a point to visit when I'm in the area. Being Gluten and Dairy free makes dining out limiting. Flourish provides more options than the average restaurant! I ordered the their Bohemian Jack pizza. 'Creamy white sauce, bbq pulled jackfruit, lime-pickled cabbage, housemade ranch drizzle, green onions." So good and filling! You can watch them make your pizza in front of you. They even have a gluten/dairy free sweet option! Say what???? Chocolate Chunk Coconut Cookie is (Gluten Friendly) and delicious! Thank you Flourish! I ordered Gigi's cupcakes for my office, and everyone loved the gluten-free cupcakes! We have a lot of people diagnosed with Celiac's disease, and they were so happy to be included in a celebration. The cupcakes were delicious with my favorite being Midnight Magic. Service was impeccable and the staff was very responsive and accommodating to our big delivery request. I would recommend Gigi's to anyone, and will most definitely order from here again!

This is my new favorite for gluten free Vegan fair! I had the vegan pho and avocado spring roll with almond pistachio cookie. The cookie was so soft and chewy I wouldn't have believed it was GF. The pho broth was savory and full of flavor, not flat or watery like other pho establishments. The spring roll sauce tasted like a shot of fresh citrus juice. Everything was perfect. The atmosphere - they are playing meditation type music 🎶 and being here is calming. Thank you so much, Bamboozle!

Bamboozle in Channelside is an absolute gem for anyone craving vibrant Vietnamese and Asian fusion cuisine! As someone who’s gluten-free and dairy-free, I was so thrilled to find so many delicious options. They’re known for their rice rolls, and they did not disappoint! The crispy duck, grilled chicken, and the traditional fresh rolls were bursting with flavor. The entree, the sesame glass noodles with sesame pork were the perfect way to complement the flavors and add an extra kick to my meal. The Ube Basque Cheesecake was a first for me, and it did not disappoint—it was rich and indulgent, the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Portions are generous, and everything is beautifully presented. Bamboozle stands out for its incredible dishes and laid-back atmosphere. If you’re near Channelside, don’t miss this hidden treasure!

This place has amazing food! But beyond that, it has THE BEST gluten free pizza I have ever eaten! I have celiacs and honestly believed they gave me the wrong pizza the first time I had it but they didn’t. It’s just that good! My husband, who is not gluten free, happily eats this pizza and agrees it doesn’t taste gluten free. It is genuily wonderful pizza. In fact, everything we have eaten here has been phenomenal. The service is always exellent, especially from our favorite bartender, Leslie! She has wonderful recommendations and makes a fantastic Italian 75! This is our favorite neighborhood spot. You won’t regret visiting this place!

Celiac here, wonderful experience! Server was well versed regarding cross contamination and gluten free foods. (Not labeled on menu). Waffle iron is not dedicated so had the gluten free pancakes, which are made in a dedicated pan. Destiny brought me a picture of the syrup bottle in back, and it was Sysco maple syrup which is gluten free. She brought me butter packets stating they used a tub and would not be safe for me. Loved the service and the ability to eat breakfast like everyone else!! Highly recommend! Our server Destiny was fantastic

Water and Flour is a place of delight in Soho. The perfect blend of various cuisines offered to delight each and every person. They offer Japanese, American, Italian, and Mexican. This is an ideal place to dine at as you can make it the ideal experience you picture. It can be a quick in and out dine with casual dress, but you can also have a fancy dining experience. This was not my first time dining at this place, and it is safe to say they amaze me each time. The servers are all super sweet and willing to do anything for you. I never had a time where I was sitting there waiting to be served needing something. The décor is welcoming and I always recommend siting outside in the tropical temperatures with palm trees hugging you by all corners. There drink menu is not the biggest one but they do offer basically anything you would want. They have various cocktails, bubbly and rose, red wine, white wine, beer, and seltzers. We got the Snoop’s Garden cocktail which is gin, strawberry basil shrub, agave, and lemon juice. I like the sweeter side of things when it comes to drinks. If you do not like sweet drinks, this is not the one for you unfortunately. However, it is such a refreshing drink that is full of flavor. We started with two apps, the crispy rice with spicy ahi tuna and the volcano roll. The crispy rice was a perfect blend of crunchy, creamy, and fresh tasting. The sriracha aloli brought it all together making the tuna taste even better. The 8-roll sushi was filled to the brim bringing all tastes of the ocean together. It included crab, shrimp, cucumber, avocado, scallions, a kabayaki glaze, sriracha aloli, and sesame aioli. My server was very polite and recommended to get an extra side of aloli which was a perfect addition. The sushi was one of the best rolls I have had in Tampa even considering restaurants that purely only offer sushi. For our entrees, we got the mushroom marsala fresh pasta and the Tuscan brick oven pizza. Personally, I believe rigatoni is the best pasta option to go with. The marsala wine mushroom sauce was on the thicker side. The creamy sauce was perfect and I will definitely be getting this again in the future. My boyfriend was very satisfied with the 6 slice 12-inch personal pizza. The dough was fluffy in the crust but the naturally fermented sourdough crust had a perfect burn throughout the pie. For those interested in the pizza and pasta, they also have gluten free options as well. You need to check out Water and Flour for the perfect blend of tastes, cuisines, and ambience. They also have specials and happy hour from the hours of 4-7 pm if you’re looking for some good food for a good deal for your buck. Go get the pasta if you want a filling, delicious, and perfect portioned entrée, and make sure to try one of their fresh cocktails! Overall a great experience at On Swann! One of the ladies in our group is gluten free and they had a separate menu for her and were very accommodating. Drinks were delicious and the apps were so yummy too! We were a bit unimpressed by the entrees but totally a great place for drinks and apps. Our waitress was fantastic!

I told our waiter that I cannot have gluten as it will make me very sick. I told him five different ways since it was so important. Well, my food was not gluten free as I was sick after in a full gluten attack. It makes my stomach hurt so bad and I had to miss a day of work, which effects my income. I've decided to not dine out anymore because restraurants just don't care and don't take it serious and give the consideration necessary even when the menu says gluten free. Do not eat here if u can not have gluten, because u will regret it.
