This is our go-to vegetarian/vegan restaurant in the area. Excellent, interesting flavors - and always makes great leftovers!
I think everything can be served gluten-free and vegan, either by default or if requested.
Gobi Manchurian, butternut kale lasagna, Black Bean And Sweet Potato Enchiladas.
Expect thoughtful service, a busy vibe on weekends, and a solid spot for those with dietary preferences looking for a great time.

Delicious! A solid, gluten-free meal that my wife and I could both enjoy. The cocktails were strong and food. The lobster was delicious. A very good option for folks eating gluten free.
With a lively vibe and delicious drinks, it's a fun spot for friends to unwind, though expect some delays in service.

Not worth the price. Went during a slow time (about 3:45) on a Saturday. Service was pleasant. I order one of their specialty cocktails while my wife and son both ordered refreshers. The drinks were certainly nothing special, but they weren't bad. Our food came out in reasonable time. My wife had the gluten free fish and chips, which came out separately from mine and my son's food and was specially marked so as to confirm it was GF, which is always good to see. It was cooked well, but very under seasoned. My son's steak tips were cooked properly and were also fine. I ordered their General Tso Chicken, a $20+ dollar dish. It had 4 boneless nuggets of chicken and plateful of battered and deep fried (overly so) broccoli. The sauce that they make/use tasted pretty good, but this was not a General Tso Chicken dish. It was a soggy, oily broccoli dish that a couple small pieces of chicken happened to stumble onto. Certainly not worth the money that was spent. I may give the restaurant another chance (likely at a different location) but I was not impressed with this first experience.
I have celiac disease and eating out is always a challenge. Chic Filet is one of the few places I can safely eat - the staff is trained in cross contact (changing gloves, labeling…)
A go-to spot for fresh, healthy options that really help fuel your busy life, especially if you need a nutrient boost.

I don't ever get to cook anymore and the majority of my life I have been "healthy" but since this past year I've battled off and on Homelessness, had family die etc. Anyways, this place is the only one that I see has vegetables and all around healthy, stuff. I also suffer from a gluten allergy so I appreciate cavas bowels I just wish they could fill them up to the top other than that it taste good and I rely on this place for nutrient consumption so thank you guys. I will be ordering often.
First time here. It's got charming decor which creates a cozy atmosphere. I had sushi and informed them I had a new Gluten allergy. They were very good at educating me on what could be problematic, and which they could make Gluten free vs what is gluten free.
Best of all, everything was made fresh and it was delicious.
The staff was attentive, kind, and welcoming.
You should check it out if you haven't been here.

Great environment, food was awesome. The portion sizes were huge! Our waitress was so nice and helpful. The food was hot served and was so delicious. Loved the atmosphere and the overall vibe of the place! We can find variety of drinks here.
They also serve the gluten free pizza was yummy too!

Everything was great! We were a little disappointed that they didn't have their steak that we loved (we haven't been there in a while - menu change!), but that in no way affects our rating. All the food was great - we had the Brussels sprouts appetizer, nachos, and pork belly tacos - all so good!! Lots of gluten-free options. Service was really great, and atmosphere is great. Also, great bar menu - my drink special was so delicious! A bourbon something or other - I forget the name, but very good! Next time I need to try one of the large selection of Old Fashions!
Cozy spot with a comfy sofa area, great coffee, and ample outlets, perfect for relaxing or getting work done.

Gluten free choices. The breakfast sandwich must have three eggs. It’s filling and delicious. They have Brazilian cheese bread - my favorite! Cappuccino was perfect with coconut milk. Sofa area to sit and chill.
Set in the center of Framingham, the restaurant is polished and clean. Amazing gluten free Pho and Vietnamese chicken wings. Having celiac, it can be a challenge to find allergen friendly Pho, so this was a treat. Gluten free options distinctly marked on the menu. Staff was kind and personable.
Expect a vibrant menu with massive lunch portions and plenty of plant-based options, ensuring everyone finds something they’ll love!

It is not a natural all gluten free vegan restaurant. The black-bean rice had buttery flavor which was not good. A person got the shrimp kabob and thought it was ok. The lamb kabob tasted ok but was chewy according to the people who got that. I think the chicken kabob was decent. The plantains were bland and dry. And the person just sits at the Register taking orders with no advice or personality. Like he was annoyed that we were even there ordering. There is only one table large enough for more than a party of 2 which is a picnic table but one side you have to squeeze by with minimal room whether someone is sitting on the end or not bc the end chair doesn't move.
Relaxed vibe with unique decor makes it a perfect hangout spot for good times and tasty bites.

This five guys is great! The people who work here are friendly and seem happy to be at work. I have celiac disease and they make sure my order is handled with care. Thank you for making a safe and delicious lunch for me.
I have celiac disease so I have to eat completely gluten free. They have a gluten free bun here and great burgers. I also have the seafood and ask them not to put on the breadcrumbs.
Enjoy a wide variety of sandwiches with a focus on safety and customization, making it a go-to spot for unique flavors and fresh toppings.

I have celiac disease and they have a really great gluten-free bun. They change gloves and use foil around the sandwich in the press. They take allergies very seriously. So many great sandwiches and toppings to choose from. Soup and salad too.
Delicious food... my husband and son loves the meat with onion and fries while I order their healthy food for myself (gluten free, low carb etc)... the quinoa kebab is to die for and the best option for a health snack! My only complaint is that they don't do delivery in Southborough but it's totally worth the driving for take out! 🥰
Known for its all-you-can-eat vibe, this spot is perfect for big appetites craving tasty meats and a vibrant salad bar.

Overall good but a little expensive. All you can eat meats and salad bar buffet. Meats were tasty and believe that they are gluten free. If you have a big appetite then this place is great for that.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! We're gluten free and they are careful with the gelato, make suggestions about gluten free pastries, and are so community-focused and friendly.
Casual spot with a vacant vibe, mild spice levels, and plenty of sports on TVs—perfect for low-key hangouts with good music.

As someone with Celiac Disease, I always call ahead when dining at a new restaurant to assess the risk of gluten exposure. When I phoned in advance, the hostess seemed unsure using phrases like “I think” and “I believe”which initially made me a bit uneasy. However, once we arrived and spoke with our server, all of my concerns were put to rest.
Our server was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. He asked thoughtful follow-up questions about my sensitivity to cross-contamination and whether I also had a dairy allergy. He explained that most menu items could be modified to be gluten-free, with the exception of the steak, which is cooked on a shared grill.
When I inquired about the tortilla chips, he assured me that their gluten-free chips are made first in a freshly cleaned fryer to avoid contamination. He also made it a point to confirm that each dish brought to the table was safely gluten-free, which I really appreciated.
For our meal, I ordered a margarita flight, gluten-free chips with a trio of dips, street corn, and birria tacos served with Mexican tice and black beans. Everything was delicious, and I left feeling safe, satisfied, and well cared for. Highly recommend for anyone with dietary restrictions!
A cozy steakhouse vibe with a diverse menu perfect for family celebrations, where attentive service enhances the overall experience.

Ken's is just what one would think it is, a classic steak house. My family and I came in and celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday dinner after some shopping at the Natick Mall. Pulling in I will say the outside could use some manicuring. Overgrown flower/shrub beds and long grass could use some attention. Walking in the ambiance gives you that warm pub/steak house feeling immediately. Everything was clean and tidy. Our server was attentive and also a great salesman while offering appetizers and drinks like they were an 86 Buick Wagon in a used car lot. The menu had a bit of everything for anyone and my family ran the gambit and tried several of the offerings provided. They were very attentive and knowledgeable on my wife's gluten/celiac allergy and provided a great meal for her. My prime rib (on a Tuesday even!) was on point with flavor and temperature. If I had to complain about anything I would say the Asparagus was VERY thick and made for a bit of work to eat. The filet my kid had from the kids menu was delicious as well as the chicken tenders my other child had. My daughter got the pasta and enjoyed it as well. Creme brulee finished off the dinner and was certainly smooth and delicious.
The manager visited the table to see how our meal was and the total bill was very reasonable.
I would recommend a visit here. Although the outside makes it look closed down, the inside makes you feel right at home!
Perfect for events, this spot delivers generous portions, delicious options, and punctual service that keeps guests raving long after the meal.

We ordered catering from Kous Kous for our wedding and they far exceeded our expectations! We knew going in that the food would be delicious based on samples, and loved that there were so many vegetarian/ gluten free/ vegan options available. The grape leaves and cauliflower in particular were wonderful! Ouahid, the owner, was so easy to work with and extremely responsive. The food arrived right on time, was well packaged, and had extremely generous portions. We had so many leftovers and they were even better the next day! Highly recommend them and a big THANK YOU to the restaurant and staff.
The food is great. The rice and beans were delicious, and the main dishes were well cooked and seasoned.
It's a great place to visit. There are a lot of gluten-free and vegetarian options.
Had the Tofu Thai Burrito and it was absolutely delicious. I didn't expect to eat something loaded with tons of fresh veggies and organic snacks at a fast food rest stop joint. A bit pricier than my other options but it was well worth it. Tons of vegan and gluten free options as well!
I have celiac disease and can't have gluten. The waitress was very knowledgeable about what has wheat abd what does not. If you can have wheat, they have amazing pancakes.
Being gluten free puts most of what they have on the menu off my list, but boy is that modern Greek salad tasty. I love it and get that when we visit. Nice iced coffee as well. Kiddos fight over the baguettes. The kiosk and order ahead function ok ne are our fav as we can order lunch while we're heading over and skip the line.
Exceptional service with an attentive touch makes for a memorable dining experience you'll want to return to.

The server Thiago was excellent, attentive to my gluten-free restriction. He kindly pointed out all the gluten-free options on the menu. Honestly, it was the best service I have experienced at restaurants in the U.S.
