I was so excited to try Burtons with their huge gluten free menu, but I was really disappointed. I ordered an appetizer of the bread and it was so tough and dry. Still, I was excited for my entree. I ordered a warm lobster roll with fries. The fries were AMAZING. I actually have a hard time finding good GF fries but theirs were fantastic—which is why I gave 2 stars. The lobster was okay but the bun was pretty gross. The whole thing was just dry and not flavorful at all. The service was not good either :( I got 1 refill after eating most of my meal without a drink (except the table water), and we sat there for 30 minutes waiting to pay. Hopefully today was just an off day for them but based on my experience today, I don’t recommend it.

I love that our server Bee was attentive to all of our needs, made sure that I was safe with my gluten-free diet, and had a huge smile on her face while she was taking care of our large party here tonight. We appreciate you!

Went in today.... I am Gluten-free and Dairy Free. They had good Gluten-free option ... but as you know, Italian is difficult for anything good that's Dairy-free. We ended up deciding to leave. The waiter was fabulous. Took his time going through the menu to help us. I wish I could have tried the food. Great staff. Thanks for taking the time to really try. I have them 5 star for efforts.

Pros : - the cake is phenomenal - I don’t like cake at all and I love their cakes - the strawberry filling is perfection - pricing for cakes is competitive to other bakeries - the store smells amazing when you walk in Cons : - can’t order cakes in person at the store… can only be ordered online. Was told this was to prevent the small store area from getting crowded during Covid … I get safety precautions but I was told this in July 2024. Maybe it’s time to update your procedures. I was ordering cakes for my wedding and wanted to make sure the frosting colors were right bc sometimes colors on a screen or in a pic look different - was told to move along and order online and looking at pictures of the colors and an online order was my only option. - they don’t offer delivery - they don’t offer tiered cakes - I ordered the horizontal palette designs with my wedding colors and the cakes I picked up the day before the event had vertical designs on them. I had already had such a bad experience with customer service over multiple in person visits and over the phone that I chose not to say anything bc ultimately no one but me would know/care at the wedding and I didn’t have any time to wait for them to try and fix it or come back later. - ordering/paying in store is chaotic - there is no structure or direction for forming a line or helping customers in an orderly manner - no gluten free options

Firstly, this location is nestled perfectly inside a shopping center. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a courteous and friendly team member who directed me to the kiosk machine (This is how you place your order and get queued up for service). After, a server will provide you with a table number that helps them get your order out efficiently. I decided to go with the Chicken Shack and a side order of Fries. Chicken Shack: Antibiotic-free white-meat chicken breast over lettuce, pickles, and buttermilk herb mayo on a toasted potato bun (contains sesame, milk, wheat, egg, soy, and gluten) Fries: Crispy crinkle cut fries (contains soy) While waiting for my order, I couldn't help but notice the diversity in the staff, as well as in the other guests. This made the environment seem warm and welcoming. Additionally, they have quite a few flat-screen TVs for you to watch as your food is being prepared. They also offer outside patio seating. This location can accommodate groups of 4 or more, as they have booth seating options. They even have an online Shack store where you can purchase apparel & accessories. Bottom Line: Yes, I recommend this location for quality but affordable food. Have a clean interior as well as exterior. For creating a warm and welcoming environment that embraces diversity. I ordered a blueberry lemon gluten free cake for a birthday! They did a beautiful job! Everything was perfect and the staff went above and beyond! Highly recommend!
