first time ordering, all photos show noodles to have carrots, kale & flavor... clearly they just threw cooked noodles into my bowl, and my bowl was mostly noodles, barely anything else. I had rice for base as well and barely any in it. food was cold when i picked up, I arrived 10 min prior to stated pick up time, [out of 20 min wait] & food was older nagged and sitting there, I could tell it was made minutes after ordering with 0 update that it was ready: the drinks had melted ice and lots of condensation - those dont lie on how long it sat. pretty disappointed for a first time order - went here given the gf status for us celiac. bummer.

Waitress Mel is 12/10. She was friendly, outgoing, helpful, knowledgeable, outgoing, soft spoken, and downright nice! Best waitress we have EVER had! The food was amazing. Tons of gluten free options and GF buns. Large portions. Beer is great. Multiple selections on beer, drinks, and food. Fast service. 1st time here and will definitely be back

We ordered take out on December 13th, 2024 for dinner. Around 6:30 or 7pm. By the time the order was picked up ( he literally left 1 min after getting notification that it was done) the food was cold. We live 5 min away. Around the corner from their location. We ordered a 9 piece kids corn dog nuggets with fries, a burger with gluten free bun, just ketchup, mustard, lettuce & tomato and fries. And two extra orders of fries. I recieved 6 of the 9 nuggets paid for. We got only one order of extra fries, it was maybe 15 fries. The burger had a regular bun and everything on it. My husband has food allergies and can't eat gluten or the cheese they put on it or the mayo they put on it. Total waste. A $32 waste. So my husband calls to see what can be done. The manager, if it even was, asked him "How do you know it's not a gluten free bun?" Well, first of all the texture is different, secondly, who are they to tell him he doesn’t know when that's what he always orders. THEN didn't offer a replacement, told us how overwhelmed the person pulling the orders was. Proceeds to tell him the order is so messed up that they will just refund the money. Guess what isn't in our bank account? The refund. The refund is not there after 3 days. Not even a pending showing that they even tried. I still have that burger sitting in my fridge. Guess what they will get back today? I will be speaking to someone face to face now. We will absolutely never order take out from them or eat at their location again. We caution others. Also, if you want to be ignored and wait too long, have others served that came in after you, wait way too long for a hostess to show up while you're there, then it's perfect for you.

We went there for the first time tonight. You don’t know often anymore, but found the menu irresistible and the reviews were better than most we’d seen all online. I’m vegetarian and went with someone who is gluten intolerant. We had absolutely no issues being accommodated, which is not always easy. The food was amazing, but what was even better was the service! Our waiter was Gabriel. He was attentive, but not cloying; he made sure taken care of and very well also. I’m extremely particular, one of those “everything on the side” people, and he had no issues whatsoever with it. You can tell when someone does and he really didn’t. At the end of the meal I asked that he gave his manager the receipt after I had put a note on it stating how amazing he was. He didn’t even look at it and took it straight to her. Beth, his manager, was near the door, and spoke with us as we left. She was as charming as Gabriel. We let her know how much we enjoyed her meal and the service, and that we would definitely be back. We live about 45 miles from this restaurant, but it was well worth the trip. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and especially to people with dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians and vegans, or food allergies, etc. The care with which our food was made and the attention to our needs was nothing less than outstanding.

They have a great Gluten free menu! As someone with Celiac it is such a treat to be able to eat normally at a restaurant some of my favorite foods - gluten pasta/macaroni was delicious! Soup was also gf. My main meal was potato crusted cod which was also delicious! I'll miss eating their almond chicken from before my diagnosis.

The food at the North Canton, OH Mission BBQ is far superior to two of our Illinois restaurants. We were so impressed with the portion sizes, the quality & freshness and the kindness of the employees. The staff was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free items. Three of us have celiac. A manager came to our table to tell us which sauce has gluten and chat with us about our hometown. He offered our table of six some additional menu items to sample and some free sandwich coupons to give to friends. We will be back every time we come into town to visit family.

Employees are friendly and helpful and the store manager is quick to offer assistance if needed. FT offers a variety of gluten free and vegan options. Very satisfied with my experience!

Congratulations on 15 yrs! You are also a huge part of my family’s story. My daughter and son-in-law got married there in September 2020 and as if that wasn’t enough (happening during the pandemic) my daughter was diagnosed with Celiac disease as we were planning the wedding. Honestly, I don’t think we could have been in better hands. Your entire staff made everything effortless and were so accommodating. All of the food & drinks were gluten free/celiac friendly without taking away the amazing experience. No could believe that we had such a big, beautiful wedding with such amazing food and it was completely gluten free. What could have been a very stressful time for my daughter turned into her dream wedding despite all of the obstacles. We’ve sent many people your way and I am always singing your praise about the wedding, the amazing food & atmosphere, the delicious wine, the plush accommodations and the kind & caring staff. Delicious food and great service! We always love coming here!!! They are very accommodating to food allergies and have so many gluten free options too! The food is phenomenal and we've tried so many dishes and never had a dish we didn't like. Staff is always super welcoming and helpful! We truly appreciate their willingness to accommodate our food allergies! Also, the hot masala tea is the best we've ever had! Earth fare has a great variety of healthy foods. They have great sales and coupons almost daily. Sign up for the healthy rewards and start earning points to save up for future uses. Bring your own bag and earn extra points. Employees are usually nice and very helpful, you may have one on a bad day but they are human with personal lives that can't always be left at home. There are plenty of options for celiac, vegan, and just natural foods. It is pricey but it's the only one in the upper states. I'd rather support a small business than a local walmart.

Absolutely gorgeous restaurant on the beautiful Gervasi property. Overlooking one of the ponds on site, the ambiance is both intimate yet lively and bustling. They have plenty of Gluten Free options for dinner and dessert. The menu is marked, even better! Our server was extremely knowledgable about the GF allergy and made our experience even better when making suggestions. She was extremely friendly and kind, one of the best servers we have ever had. They have a very tasty gluten free bread for dipping in either olive oil & balsamic or a hot ricotta cheese dip covered in honey. The highlight of the meal was the Filet which was served with charred brocollini and fluffy mashed potatoes piped onto the plate for a beautiful presentation. Absolutely amazing! We followed that by sharing a GF peanut butter carmel bannana dessert. If you stay at Gervasi, you must go! Heck, just go there for an oustanding meal, a beautiful local and vibe and top notch friendly service! 5 out of 5 stars hands down.

My only complaint as a celiac is that Red Lobster still uses ingredients that have not moved an inch in the direction of their celiac clients. Disappointing, but they are consistent at least. They still serve a pleasant experience however, and whenever they add more items back to their menus (they still use covid as an excuse) perhaps they can think about their preparation approaches as well.

I always complain that salads at restaurants are designed and made by people who don’t like salads…. This is not the case here. Hands down the best, most flavorful salad packed with a wide variety of fresh, crispy greens and veg. Fantastic. I’ve also had the bowls and those are great. My toddler chows down while here too. Also, great vegan and gluten free options with clear cut menu. 10/10 love this place.

It was my families first time here tonight. Our waiter was nice but I told him I had celiac and ordered a gluten free noodle with alfredo sauce. When the food arrived another staff member brought out our food and I looked at my meal and thought it looked like regular noodles. I asked if it was the gluten free noodles. She said she wasnt sure and she had to go check. Turns out it was not gluten free noodles. Thank God I didn't eat it or I would have been terribly sick. I'm sad that it wasn't taken seriously. They did bring out the gluten free noodles but I was disappointed as the noodles were soggy and chicken was very dry.

This is one of my families favorite restaurants. The menu has something for everyone. My favorite is the Massaman curry. My husband likes the Mongolian beef and my son likes the seafood shabu-shabu. They have large gluten free menu with a lot of variety.

Mom has Celiac's and we mentioned it to them before we ordered. I was so impressed with how all the employees stepped in to help each other to make sure everything was done correctly! It's hard going out to eat when you have this disease, I'm not sure how many people realize how important it is to make sure nothing is cross contaminated. It is the difference between my mom being ok or ending up in the hospital for who knows how long. Everyone knew what to do for the safety of the customer! I can't thank you enough!

I mostly go because they have a water filling station that's both cheap and of high quality, but the place is good for picking up the more hard to find things like bee pollen or nutritional yeast. It's also the only place I've ever been able to find spelt grain flour, which is great. The peanut butter station is another very good reason to check it out. For a "health food" store the prices are also very good. If you've got any kind of dietary issue (celiac, diabetes, vegan, etc.) Then this is a very good place to go.

A great little independent coffee shop. We both had espressos and a peanut butter cookie. Espresso shots were perfect. Cookie was gluten-free and a nice texture. Atmosphere, well kept and clean. Local art is on the walls. Staff is friendly and filled our order quickly. Will be making this our place to stop for coffee.

Maria, our waitress, has a great personality and worked hard to serve a large section. You can tell that she knows her regulars, and makes everyone feel welcome. Overall I would say that the wait staff here has always been very friendly and hardworking in all of our visits. The food is usually good, and the place seems clean. They often seem a bit understaffed during busy times, so don't be in a hurry. Wish they would get the gluten free English muffins back, and also fix the ladies room (wife told me about that).

Someone is the friendliest employees I’ve ever encountered! Patient, kind, caring, energetic! The coffees, teas, smoothies, and snacks are DELICIOUS and are about $5 per drink on average! I HIGHLY recommend the Granita (frozen espresso) in the flavor pumpkin, which they have all year around. You heard that right! PUMPKIN SPICE ALL YEAR AROUND! 😍😭🥹 They also have some gluten free snacks that are tasty and tastefully priced!

It is what it is. Divey spot with live music. But I went in because I was playing another bar on the block and hadn't eaten all day. Problem is I'm allergic to wheat. There was nothing obviously gluten free anywhere on the block. I sat down hoping I could put something together there and the bartender set me right up. Burger, no bun. Side of slaw. And it was really good too. Really top notch service that got me out of a jam. I can't thank them enough.

I'm dairy and gluten free now. I'm a senior citizen, I shouldn't have to forego my favorite goodies... *sigh* Hardly anyone has decent ice cream in dairy free, right? BUT, hey folks, I had the yummiest treat at this place. I think she called it a 'dippy swirl'. It's d.f. ice cream with toppings, whipped into a smoothie texture. I had her add strawberries, rasp. and blueberries. My taste buds were sooo excited. My dietician would have applauded such a great dessert. They had a lot of fruit choices plus the usual toppings. I got the large, why not, it IS Memorial Day weekend. Only cost me $5 and some change. It WAS Heaven!🥰😋🤗 Thank You Almost Heaven! You made my day!
