Oliva popped into our google search while we were in Ft. Worth. When we saw it had gluten-free options, we decided to try it out. The restaurant was packed upon arrival, and we were told it was Graduation Weekend. We were seated within just a few minutes of our arrival. I asked for the gluten-free menu - a lot of options on it, including desserts. However, the menu item I ordered came out with spaghetti noodles instead of linguine, without warning. I chose not to say anything because pasta is pasta. I also ordered the minestrone and was surprised by the huge portion. It tasted good and was gluten-free - no pasta or beans in the minestrone, so basically vegetable soup. My husband ordered the tortellini with chicken, and while there was ample chicken, there were few vegetables on the dish. I found the same problem with my meal - a vegetarian option, with very few veggies and mostly pasta. The pasta was swimming in water, which might be traditional, but if you like your pasta 'drier,' you'll need to ask them to drain it before placing it into the dish. Plenty of leftovers to take home - had 2 more small meals from them. Oliva is well-lit when sitting in the front room or near the windows, but very dim near the back of it, toward the bathrooms and kitchen. The furniture is nothing special - the use of plastic placemats instead of tablecloths is not impressive. The service was good, and everyone appeared to be very busy, friendly, and willing. If you imbibe in Limoncello, you don't want to miss the housemade! It is served in a cordial glass, ice cold, and very refreshing. Overall, I feel this is a nice, casual, family eatery that has confidence in the service of their clientele. Oliva has plenty of options, and the food and service are good while not being overly pricey.

Love this place so much. It is such a happy environment and everyone who has ever waited on us, is so happy and friendly like it’s such a fun place to work. I really love that. Because it makes your time they’re so enjoyable. The food is great. The drinks are great. It is our go to place for breakfast because they have so many gluten-free choices.

Moving to Vickery was the death knell for this pizza place. They were always my wife’s comparative for their gluten free pizza. Wherever we tried gluten free pizza it always failed in comparison to Palio’s. Even in Italy where we spent the month of April. Nothing was as good as Palio’s. Now it’s nothing more than an ordering station and seating for about ten. We tried the new location today and walked out because another customer had called “dibs” on all the standard tables. Apparently she had a party of people coming, but had not arrived yet. As much as I hate this, I predict Palio’s on Vickery will be closed within six months. I hope I’m wrong, but I don’t order pizza to go. It’s never as good as eating it at the restaurant.

The pizza was amazing! Our family ordered 3 pizzas with gluten free crust, vegan cheese and other toppings . Hands down the best gluten free crust we have had in a restaurant. The sauce was delicious and flavorful. Overall, we loved our pizzas and would eat here again. The service was also great.

By far, my most all-time favorite restaurant! Their food is absolutely delicious. The gluten-free options are endless. I’m never unhappy with my order. I highly recommend the steak, gluten-free mac & cheese, and the kung pow cauliflower.

I am not usually a cake fanatic but I can binge eat the blueberry-rosemary cupcakes like no tomorrow!! Delicious and moist with no artificial fruit flavor 🫶🏼. Excellent vegan and gluten free options as well!!! I want to cater my wedding cake from here (if that ever happens ha)! Pro tip - try the in house made sparkling tea on tap!! Refreshing and not too sweet!

I was excited to return here after not having been for awhile. I have celiac disease and am always grateful for allergen friendly places. However, the server seemed sarcastic, like I couldn’t quite tell if she was annoyed or joking. The food was also ridiculously priced. I paid $18 for my son to have a lil burger.. over the top for the amount of food. When we were ordering, she asked what another member of of my party would like. So this guest starts to order and all of a sudden she’s flustered. Oh I didn’t finish the first order. I can read and take orders at the same time. Ok but you asked someone to start ordering. How do they know you are wanting them to slow down unless you say it politely. I wish I’d say I’d bring my family here again as I think the food and purpose is great. But I can’t. Too expensive and servers (at least this one) act sarcastic with customers. Too bad. I won’t be back.

Good place to let the kids play while you eat. Not safe enough for true celiac to eat even if their sides are gluten-free. Cross contamination is likely.

I have eaten their cupcakes about a month ago and the quality and taste was excellent. I went today for a gluten free chocolate chip cookie but a prior customer bought out all that they had; very disapointing! The place is sparkling clean and tastily decorated; VERY nice, and in a relatively new shopping center, ALL of which are new and very, very nice! A truly beautiful place to visit.

They advertise gluten-free however when you arrive their chips are not gluten-free anything that is fried is fried in the same fryer so cross contamination is an issue. The manager did offer to fire up the a clean fryer which was very kind . If you are going advertise GF then you should have it available

Came here for the gluten-free hamburger buns. We walked in to a COLD restaurant and asked the greeter who is the kitchen manager, to make it warmer. He never did. Then our server came who looked 14 with dread locks hanging in his face, covering his eyes. The music was so loud we couldn't here him speak. He didn't smile. We were lip reading while telling him what we want. I asked him to turn down the music a little. And, the music was obnoxious.....not pleasant in any way. He never did. Our 4 year old's hands, ears and nose are cold. Can't wait to eat and leave.

Awesome patries and baked goods. There are some gluten friendly options and certain days of the week. I would recommend ordering ahead for large orders. I love the cream puffs and mini pies.

All gluten free makes me happy! Loved eating their Cookie Dough Ice Cream in a waffle cone. Macarons are all so good too, my favorites are Passionfruit, and Lavender. Boyfriend had a Pina Colada Ice Cream sandwich that was surprisingly so good. Will be back anytime I’m in Clearfork.

My husband and I are from out of town and decided to try the food :). We absolutely loved the freshness and the gluten free options. The portion sizes for the meals we got were FABULOUS!!! Highly recommend the Papas Rancheras (we did no hollandaise, sub extra jalapeño sauce and sub egg whites). Then we also got the short stack gluten free Blueberry Delight. We both could not finish any of it and had PLENTY leftover. Also love that they actually put photos of their food on the menu (helpful for visual people!!) wish more restaurants did that! Disappointed that we don’t have one where we live or this would become a regular for us. It was so good we ate there two days in a row and got the same meal 😃.

Excellent food and service. The Benedict’s and the ancient grain gluten free pancakes are the best in town, but we haven’t had anything that wasn’t good. Hannah is a fabulous server - friendly and efficient!

Had a wonderful dinner at Piola's! They have gluten free options marked on the menu and all of the staff were kind. My food was amazing and our waitress was so helpful and charismatic! It was a bit of a shock at first that this restaurant is inside of a house, and parking was a bit confusing to find, but overall a great dinner experience.

The service was outstanding, the pizza cooked in almost exactly the allotted time, and then we unpacked the box. We instantly recognized the crust when we took the first piece, such a fantastic bake! The first taste revealed the flavor and gluten in the dough.

It was phenomenal. Our waitress, Angela, was one of the most attentive waitresses I’ve ever had. There were 10 of us, yet we never went long without seeing her. She took great care of us. I got The Old Fashioned, and my hash browns were some of the best I’ve ever had. The sausage and eggs were perfect too! I love that they offer gluten free options too because my niece and nephew have celiac’s disease, so sometimes we have a tough time finding places to go out to eat. They loved the Mickey pancakes! This is our second time coming here, and it’s been great both times!

We LOVE Tokyo cafe! The food is always good and the place is so clean. The staff is always helpful and friendly. We love dining in and getting take out. Their take out packaging is great! Our food is always still warm when we get home. Lots of gluten free options, too! Please never go out of business!!

I've loved Palio's in the past as a person who has a gluten allergy, but recently we ordered and it was honestly really terrible. It was clear the recipe changed or they use a new gluten free base and it had a horrible texture and the taste was awful, so I feel like I have to give up what used to be really good GF pizza because they decided to change the base likely to save some money. For a pizza that ends up being 20 bucks for a medium, it's not worth it to eat bad pizza.

Very quiet and cozy place! I had their seasonal autumn moon is a must but their blue moon latte is also very good. Always one of my favorite choices when looking to study or read a book outside of home/school. They also offer Gluten free Baked goods so that is a huge plus as someone with celiac!

The staff was very friendly. I was able to order gluten free pancakes, and have a dairy free omelette. The breakfast sausage patties tasted funny, but that probably brand preference. I chose the breakfast buffet, on Sunday. There is cross contamination, so if you are celiac, it wouldn't be safe. I have inflammatory arthritis.

We ventured out after the ice and snow hit last week. Well worth it. Warm delicious soup and a huge bonus: gluten free bread for sandwich. Pleasant environment, friendly staff, clean and well stocked salad bar with lots of healthy choices. We'll be going back!

The friendly, attentive, staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and, since I was new, handed me a menu that included their standard and special addition flavors. The Ice Cream was delicious, especially the vegan, gluten free Fudged Up Cookie Dough. It was creamy and delicious, I never would have guessed it Vegan! If I’m ever in town again I’ll be sure to stop by for another two scoops!

Love this place! An old classic in Fort Worth with the best Italian food in the area. Try the Chicken albanese, it is amazing! Gluten free pizza crust and noodle options are available. This place is BOYB, and you can get a bottle of wine at the gas station next door!

Velvet Taco staff are awesome! I have Celiac disease, which is a challenge for most restaurants, but the staff helped me in ordering, even correct my wrong order with new tacos. Best tacos & service in Fort Worth!

Mixed experience, first time here Monday night: Food 5/5: The Chef’s Selection Sliced Filet Mignon was tender and flavorful. Au Gratin Potatoes served hot with great flavor. Cesar was okay nothing special with zesty lemon notes. Salmon was overcooked but otherwise very good, Citrus Glaze was divine. Gluten free bread!! Amazing!! Though it took 30+ mins to come out to us, after we were told “they are in and it’ll be 6-7 minutes.” Service 2/5: Our waiter FORGOT our desert, left us sitting for 30 mins, and then came back looking blankly at us and said “OHHH,” we requested the check. Sat for 2 1/2 hours with hugely long wait time at every step. This was our anniversary dinner. Our waiter chose as his first line to make a tasteless joke? Bizarre. We were forgotten repeatedly all night. All other staff were kind and attentive. Atmosphere 4/5: Atmosphere is cozy and classic. Would have preferred to have the option for a booth for our special night. If we come again, I would run far away from this very strange waiter if seated in his section again. We tipped well, but service did not reflect on his part at all. In retrospect, his tasteless joke and chronic forgetfulness were upsetting.
