Reservation required with penalty in case of no-show? It's okay, I accept the rules and book for 10pm. It's a shame that, having arrived on time, we are immediately informed - with a fake "let's hope it's not a problem" - that there is no gluten-free option, no 3-cook pizza and several other products on the menu are unavailable. Small details, right? At that point in the evening, obviously, we had no options. Strange, however, that the emails to remind us of the reservation (and the penalty) arrived on time, while no one deigned to warn us of the absence of half the menu. The pizza is good, the service too, but after weeks of waiting to be told "we opened to please customers" almost sounds like a mockery. Why not, we weren't happy at all. Ps. In the end I took a DOC, which I could have eaten even close to home without making the 1 hour drive.

Such an amazing class. Isa was a great teacher for both of us and we learnt recipes we’ll keep forever. We did the gluten free class and made focaccia and fresh fettuccine in a tomato sauce. My partner is celiac and it was perfect for her, the best pasta and bread she’s ever had. I would highly recommend this experience, one we won’t forget.

Pizzeria with a lot of outdoor space and also a great indoor space. Super friendly staff, very organized and quick in bringing the pizzas. Gluten-free pizza, margherita with buffalo mozzarella, fantastic!!! My partner confirmed that both mine and his traditional one were excellent (whole wheat dough, cooked ham and porcini mushrooms): quality ingredients, delicious dough and... even the spicy oil was really good! My partner, at the end of the dinner, had a panna cotta with strawberry topping and said it was very good! Finally, honest and fair price for 2 stuffed pizzas (one of which was sg), a 1.5 liter bottle of Pepsi and one of water, a dessert and 2 coffees: €34 total.

A necessary clarification: this is a laboratory that produces its own fresh pasta, cooks it and serves it and not a real restaurant. Having said that, we had a really great time, the pasta is really delicious and perfectly prepared; I ate a carbonara like I hadn't had in years! Gluten-free pasta and cross-contamination management are also excellent. The place is very characteristic and the barrel vault made of river stones is fantastic. The totem for orders, the open kitchen and the long and intimate room reminds me a lot of authentic Japanese restaurants (only those who have been to Japan can understand). The restaurant is managed by only two people, one in the kitchen and one in the dining room; this makes waiting times a little longer than average so have a glass of wine while you wait because it's really worth waiting an extra moment for a freshly prepared dish. Absolutely recommended!

Amazing food, with some excellent risotto choices. The starters are very different from anything we’ve ever had and were delicious. I have coeliac disease, but they are accredited by the AIC, and as everything is rice it’s gluten free. Great to have so many dessert options too! Everything was delicious and we couldn’t fault the service

Great ice cream parlor! It's incredibly delicious, super friendly, and perfectly suited to people with celiac disease! They take great care to ensure the ice cream isn't contaminated. And the price is very fair!

A small, hidden ice cream parlor, but a dream for people with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. The entire ice cream shop consists of gluten-free products. So, ice cream, waffles, etc. There's no concern about contamination. The ice cream shop is certified as such. The ice cream is incredibly delicious and the prices are very fair: 2 scoops for €3.50. It's about a 12-minute walk from Verona train station. Definitely recommended!

Amazing food and excellent service from all staff members. We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we went back a second time during our short stay in Varenna. We are both gluten free and whilst they have few gf options they are delicious and filling ! We had spaghetti one night and risotto the other. Lots of gluten-free options, I went there for an aperitif and had tigelle with a cutting board. Everything was very good, very kind and friendly staff. I highly recommend booking. The only flaw is the price, in my opinion a bit high compared to the quantity given.

Probably the best ice cream in Alghero 👌 There is a line to buy the ticket and thus pay. They give you a ticket with a number and when the number appears on the screen you can order your ice cream. Suitable for celiacs. You must inform them that you are celiac before ordering the ice cream.

The most amazing pesto pasta I have ever tasted!!! Handmade and fresh - it certainly showed!! Every single bite was so full of rich flavor and delight. Perfect portion size - it was very filling! I usually experience unpleasant symptoms when eating gluten, but I was able to eat this without negative effects! They also do have quite a few gluten free options. My husband got a GF pizza, which was delicious. Staff were cordial and looked like they actually enjoyed working there! Nice atmosphere inside and out. I am still missing that pasta!! (We ate lunch here on 5/19/25)

Amazing dinner with homemade pasta - even glutenfree! We followed a recommendation and visited la Greppia for dinner. It was great! The homemade pasta tastes amazing and I could have glutenfree gnocchi. They really just melt in your mouth and the sauce is to die for! The ambiente in their outside patio is really nice and the service is always attentive and super polite. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!

I had such a memorable experience dining here as someone who needs to eat gluten-free. Right at the start of the meal, when they brought out the amuse-bouche, they asked which of us was gluten-free. When I said me, they gave me a separate version of the course just for me. That attention to detail continued throughout the meal. They even served gluten-free bread for the table, which was such a rare treat at a restaurant. The menu had a great selection of gluten-free dishes, all clearly marked so there was no second-guessing. The absolute highlight for me was the gluten-free tiramisu. I’ve never found one before, and it was heavenly—rich, creamy, and just as indulgent as the traditional version. On top of the incredible food, the setting was serene and beautiful, with plants surrounding the space and creating a calming atmosphere. The restaurant was packed, so I definitely recommend making a reservation ahead of time. This is a must-visit spot for anyone gluten-free who still wants the full fine dining experience.

Here you will find an amazing meal in every regard. A bit of a walk from the main touristy area of Alberobello, everything we ate here was delicious. WONDERFUL gluten free options for everything. The waiters were so friendly and even brought a gluten-free bread service when my mother ordered the gluten free pasta, without us even asking. Quiet and calm atmosphere, we sat inside and it was very enjoyable. When we left, we could not believe the bill was less than €100 for all three of us to have primi, share a secondo, and get multiple drinks. Could not recommend more… if you are in Alberobello, this is the place to eat.
