This was the FIRST time EVER ordering from Papa Murphy's. Upon waling in The store was clean and bright and I was welcomed upon entry. I walked up to the Prep Display and was again greeted by the Pizza maker who was making what I would call a beautiful work of art (pizza) the thoughtfulness and care in how the stuffed crust they were making integrated to the rest of the pizza crust was a thing was definitely a skill perfected. I noticed my order on a rack on the way in but since I had never been into a Papa Murphy's I wanted to make sure that it was okay to take the order. The pizza chef was so warm and welcoming, that I had to pay them a compliment for his artistry and thanked him for making beautifully and artfully appealing pizzas(not ours YET as I had not looked them over). Upon getting home and removing the two Pizzas and Calzone from the covers and wrapping, my wife and I looked at each other in wonder, awe, and amazement. These were the best most attractive pizzas we have seen or ordered, EVER! I cannot empathize this enough. We truly just could not believe what we received and it was BOGO! There was absolutely generous ratios of toppings on each half of each pizza—4 halves with completely different topping and flavor profiles. No Skimping on toppings whatsoever, and all were balanced. Again the decisive care in how these looked is something you do not just do, they showed complete care, attention, and yes, I think love. Somethings are so obvious that there is nothing else it could be. This wonderful person cared about what and how they were making the food and how the customers would like to receive for their trust in the choice to choose Papa Murphy's. I WILL be returning to the store until I can find the person who made our order to THANK them person. This was THE SINGULAR BEST take out pizza night experience my wife and I have ever had in our lives. So with all of that gush and appreciation shared, you can count on that we will be back and tell everyone we know that will listen. Now, the Menu options are beyond out of the expected norm completely and fully catering quality ingredients and multiple options for KETO and Gluten Free Crusts. I almost teared up because that has been an extremely limiting reason that our family does not do pizza nights often. The Papa Murphy's choices make it the ONLY choice for our family indefinitely. We are so fortunate to have discovered Papa Murphy's, and the best part is that there are only two in our area and we happen to live close to the destination we chose yesterday. So grateful, I cannot remember when I ever thought that about ANY non-dine-in establishment or a to-go or pizza exceeding our comprehension of how GOOD it can be and how much of a ripoff most places actually are in comparison. Dang it, THANK YOU!!! **** READ ***** MY ONE AND ONLY COMPLAINT! THEY CLOSE EARLY!!!! 8PM ON FRIDAY NIGHTS.... REALLY??????? SERIOUSLY—BRUTAL!!!

Recently my my husband and I dined here for lunch. We both ordered pizza, but my husband ordered gluten free crust. When they arrived, my husband’s was obviously not gluten free. We called our server over and he was so apologetic. We were not upset in the least. While waiting for the kitchen to correct their mistake, the manager came to our table and told us that our entire meal would be taken care of by him. Not at all what we expected! Customer service at its finest! Yes, we tipped our server based on what the total would have been! Thank you, Pepperoni Grill!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! especially if you are gluten free and vegan. they were very informative on their gluten free options, I got the fishless sandwich, cauliflower wings (with jalapeño ranch) and bang bang tacos. everything was amazing! I can’t wait to come back to OKC to try out their other menu items!

Delicious. Great service and awesome food. We have been truly impressed by their ability to make a large range of items gluten free for my wife. Rarely do you find a Chinese restaurant do this. This is quickly become one of our go to restaurants now. Jia You Szechuan Bistro! 💯

A real French-style bakery with actual trained pastry chefs! The croissants were fantastic. Both the chocolate and the traditional butter were very airy, with a nice crisp crust and hearty full-bodied butter flavor. The macarons were also great, with a nice chew that one would expect from a high-quality macaron. The selection of flavors was outstanding. They also offered gluten friendly carrot cake muffins, which we were very appreciative of. Fortunately their macarons were all gluten friendly as well (aside from the cookies and cream flavor). The matcha latte was great and we had wonderful service all around. We look forward to returning to give the quiche Lorraine a try and perhaps a croque monsieur. Very happy to have such a great choice locally.

They have gluten free bagels (frozen, not from scratch) and are cautious about preparation. Eaten them many times without issue!

Wow! I’ve had Velvet Taco before at different locations but the courtesy and customer service I was given at this location has been unmatched! I have celiac disease and can’t eat gluten. The manager Zack was very friendly and warm when taking my order. The team made sure to inform me that the chips are cross contaminated. I didn’t even have to ask. I enjoyed my taco so much, I came back later in the day for another round. I honestly came back again today because gluten free, salmon tacos and gluten free queso while receiving top notch customer service and employee concern can not be beat. Other restaurants are not as educated or dedicated to treating those with celiac with such great treatment. 5 stars!!

Have dinner there almost every Friday. Always ask for Rudy as our Server. I have celiac disease and he always makes sure my food is safe and gluten free. Always takes sick great care of us. I will even wait until he has seats available in his sections. Thanks Rudy!!

Almost everything on the menu is Over priced $20‐$32 per meal per person $9 for a 12oz beer pretty ridiculous. Waiter also had no issue interrupting conversations being had at the table talking excessively, also they claim to have gluten free meals found out the hard way after my wife got sick from her meal wont be back.

Hey Gordon, I really think you should consider relaunching kitchen nightmares and you could start with this location. Normally I try to highlight the good and bad when doing a review but your name holds the weight of the standards we have all seen laid out on tv so I had high expectations. We (party of 2) had a reservation at 4pm, we walked in behind another party of maybe 6. No one was at the host stand. In fact we waited for about 5 minutes with this other party until someone greeted us. Meanwhile many staff walked by without greeting us. Upon being seated in a mostly empty restaurant we were sat at a table that was near the bathroom no biggie if the place is packed but why use the worst table in the house if you don’t need to? at this point I opted to let the host know I was GF due to Celiac’s. She informed me she would let “everyone know”. Our server informed us she was familiar with the disease and assured us we were in good hands. We ordered and while waiting noticed our table is absolutely sticky. Like we can see the rings from glasses before on the table and our silverware was sitting on this dirty sticky table. When our food was dropped off the staff attempted to give me the fish and chips which was not GF. I asked for a new set of silverware and explained why. They immediately set the new silverware on the table. I asked for another one. At the very end I was also offered dessert, none of which is gluten free, to which the server responds “Oh that’s right, I forgot.” Which is totally true, someone did forget as I was contaminated. This was my first time here and I would not recommend. There are so many local restaurants that would better accommodate an allergy. No one beyond the server stopped at our table either.
