You can order breakfast, brunch and lunch options from porridge, avocado on toast, panini's with a choice of gorgeous fillings. it's absolute heaven! I am a regular here as it's just so refreshing to feel so safe and have such choice!

All of their burgers are gluten free, you just have to ask for a gluten free bun. Their onion rings and fries are also gluten free & they have gluten free beer too! A coeliac must try!

Waiting staff were pleasant. Good job they were taking food orders via app although had to order at the bar for vegan/ gluten free option which was an inconvenience given the lack of staff serving at the bar aswell, which took a while due to lack of staff hence food arriving well after everyone else's. Ordered a Korean burger which was dry and overpriced for the portion size .very disappointed. Vibrant atmosphere but food lacked quality.

On a date night, we popped in for some small plates to share with a glass of fizz. I've never been a fan of the hipster-themed dining experience but that's just personal preference. The place was very quiet for a Friday afternoon/evening and for some reason we were seated as far away from the door as was possible, right next to the window (lovely for people-watching on the Hayes) but also right next to the blinds' drawstring, and at some point a server came to pull the blinds down - we protested - and had to lean over my partner to reach. Anyway, apart from that the table was nice, service was quick. My partner has food intolerances and is a careful eater. We asked the server about their food and he wasn't certain, and had to go to the kitchen several times to check. Even when we thought he had it straight he kept coming back to check and recheck he understood our requirements, which is surely diligent but was bordering on fussy, and it became quite awkward for us, to the point we just said not to worry. We then had a manager come across to check again, and eventually managed to find three dishes from the gluten free menu which had neither soya or dairy in them. The food was decent, but the experience was uncomfortable. I can't fault the servers for triple-checking they had the info correct. I do wish it had taken maybe two or three trips to the kitchen fewer to establish the facts! Still, nice quiet meal, lovely view (when the blinds were up), a nice place to be for a couple of hours.

Fantastic experience at Johnny Dough's and really enjoyed my visit. Perfect for coeliacs like myself - almost any pizza can be made gluten-free! Definitely one of the best GF bases I've had and the service was great too.

Amazing selection of sea food on the menu all cooked to order. The crispy salt and pepper squid is to die for! Fish and chips are equally as nice, the amount of batter is just right and isn't greasy. They also accommodate for allergies and have a gluten free frier for those who need it. A lovely little patio area with seating as well.

This has got to be the best gluten free fish and chip shop I have ever eaten in. The food was amazing. I ordered cod and chips with a side of onion rings. It was incredible. I just wish I had known The portion size was so large. But I did spot Apple pie on the menu for desert so had to save some space. I travel for work and it’s not always easy to find somewhere so accommodating. I cannot wait to come again!

So happy we found the Juno Lounge while visiting Cardiff. We ate 3 meals there in 2 days! Great options for celiac and other dietary restrictions. Everything was delicious (curry bowl and brisket chili were highlights). Fun vibe and friendly staff. Thanks for the wonderful meals!

I have been to a few of the restaurants owned by “The lounge” and everytime I have been glutened I’ve had to ask about so many things on the GF menu even the coleslaw which by the way at the time wasn’t gluten free….the food is always amazing however I feel the risk is quite high for coeliacs like myself….

A good restaurant, part of the lounge range, so if you've been to one of the others you'll get a similar experience. Good range of gluten free foods (menu on their website), pretty quick service. Plenty of seats, no need to book.

Very friendly staff. The location was nice and central. Lovely choice of tea and coffee. The bed was super comfy and sheets clean. The room could have been cleaner, as could the stairway up to the rooms. The bedroom window was impossible to keep open, so j wedged the bin under it. No guard on the windows to stop children falling out. I was also really hungry and sad no gluten free options were offered in the restaurant. Otherwise, I would have eaten there as well as stay upstairs. I'd recommend it as a place to rest your head, as the bed made up for any negatives, as did the lovely staff. It was very pricy, but accommodation was hard to find, so I was grateful to be able to stay.

As with many Lounges this is a must visit! They have an extensive gluten free menu. The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. Always order at the bar to ensure they can put it through as an allergy order.

Low FODMAP Heaven

Seriously the best fish and chips I've ever had. The batter was crisp, the chips were crisp with a fluffy centre. They took our allergies to gluten, dairy and soya incredibly seriously and checked things were safe for us - including the fryer. We'll absolutely be back when we're around next.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Bill's in Cardiff Bay. We turned up without a reservation and despite the place being quite busy, we were seated promptly and drinks orders taken quickly. I'm Coeliac which means boring gluten free dining, but in Bill's there is a whole gf menu so I didn't feel left out. I had the Fish Pie and Banoffee Sundae, both of which were different from usual gf options. They also did a gf IPA which I wasn't very keen on but nice to have the option. We were served by Gabriel. He's an absolute treasure. If you're gf, you should deffo give the place a try!

First time here and it was great. The staff are friendly and it's nice and cosy inside with paintings by local artists. The food was tasty and they have a few gluten free options too - I got the gluten free bacon roll which was very nice. Would definitely come back again, a nice chill atmosphere, perfect for sunny days and a pint.

Very good selection of GF options. Nothing with Gluten is cooked in the fryers either so you dns rest assured you’ll be safe. It’s a little pricey for the portions but the flavours incredible. We will be back.

Went with a friend who lives in the village. Staff are friendly even during a rush. Highly allergy aware, When my friend ordered a gluten free base, it was discussed when ordering and when food arrived saying the chips aren't guaranteed gluten free. Adjustments to food orders were not an issue, friend ordered his pizza without any cheese and that was catered to. I got the Gelert with extra cheese and baked ham and was lovely! 100% will go back when visiting my friend!

Called in after a cinema visit, we were a party of 7 and the accommodated us with no problem. The service was great and the menu was amazing and absolutely catered to some of our parties dietary need of vegetarian and gluten free. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic Service & Welcoming Atmosphere at Hodo Lounge! I visited Hodo Lounge last night with my partner, four friends, and two dogs, and we had an absolutely wonderful time! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, but what really made the experience stand out was the incredible service from Ryan behind the bar. I have a severe banana allergy, and one of my friends has celiac disease, so we’re always cautious when dining out. Ryan was exceptionally attentive to our dietary restrictions, ensuring we felt comfortable and safe while also being genuinely friendly and easy to chat with. I ordered the standard Lounge Brunch without tomatoes, and Ryan went the extra mile by offering to swap them for something else. I chose mushrooms for my partner, which was a thoughtful touch. I also ordered the large Lounge Brunch for myself with the same adjustment and got an extra hash brown instead—small details like this make a big difference! For drinks, my partner had a Diet Coke while I ordered a Daceri Nolarder (alcohol-free). Two of my friends also got the same drink and really enjoyed it, but I found it wasn’t quite to my taste. When Ryan checked in with us after a few minutes, I mentioned this, and without hesitation, he asked if there was something else I’d prefer. I requested a peppermint tea, and to my surprise, he brought it out free of charge—a really kind and thoughtful gesture. Beyond the excellent service, the food was great, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we all felt incredibly welcome—including the dogs! It’s rare to find staff who not only accommodate dietary needs so attentively but also go out of their way to make sure every guest has a fantastic experience. We’re already looking forward to coming back, and we’ll definitely be recommending Hodo Lounge—especially thanks to Ryan’s outstanding hospitality.

Without a doubt the BEST restaurant in Cardigan hands down! The staff are friendly and helpful, both the upper & lower floors are beautifully decorated but the real gem is the food. Not only is it amazing authentic Italian food but they also cater wonderfully to gluten intolerant customers ❤️ I adore Italian food but most of it has gluten so I can't enjoy it (not without being very poorly & regretting my decisions for the next 3 days!!). Finding an Italian restaurant that not only makes amazing food, but also has a FULL gluten free menu too - all I can say is BOOK HERE, you will not be disappointed!!!!
