I have to eat gluten-free and their options here are so good. I had the enchiladas and even my dad said it looked really good! Which is a big compliment. I would say that the music there is loud af. So if you want to eat there to spend time with family. Be prepared to yell across the table.

Went to lunch on Monday at the Happy Valley location. Upon arrival we were greeted from the manager and had Danny as our waiter. The atmosphere is nice and Danny had a few recommendations for the side item from the lunch menu. They have Gluten free choices as well as some vegetarian dishes to choose from. The food was good and the customer service is on point. I liked the involvement the manager had with his staff and the way it’s being run. Good job to the crew at PF Chang’s!

Update: been here a few times since the first review and unfortunately haven't had the same service. Today nobody was up front. We stood there for about 10mins and then I walked around asking for help, then a girl named Lyla came up straight faced, didn't say a thing. So I said "do we sit ourselves" she grabbed menus and just walked off. Our server, Jaya didn't know any options for gluten-free, non attentive and not a great server overall. Stinks that the staff does really matter on the experience you have and today was a let down. Bummed! One of things that I feel a lot of restaurants miss the mark on is the hostess/host being friendly but not here! We walked in and was met by Brooke who had a smile on her face, was friendly and knew a lot about the menu! Then our server, Mikeal came over to our table and explained the menu and the options they had for gluten-free (which is a ton!!). The pizza came out quick, hot ... and SO delicious!!! I also have to mention they have crushed ice. Yummmm

Food is usually pretty good, especially when ordering gluten-free. Workers are always friendly. This location is not the one to go to. Most disgusting restaurant environment I’ve ever seen. Bathroom was dirty as could be. Trash cans overflowing. Trash on floor in dining room and homeless people on the patio and sleeping at a table in the dining room.????

Love Chop Shop and the best part is my kids do to! It’s always a challenge to find something we all like. I love their bowls, salads and gluten free wraps. As a person with food allergies they make it easy to eat out. The staff here is great too!

They were great in accommodating gluten issues. Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the buns, so I got a "protein" burger with lettuce. The fries and burger hot and fresh!

Really nice place, with friendly staff and REALLY good vegan and gluten free "chicken" wings! Definitely going back at some point for those. Plus good nachos and Brussels sprouts. Definitely going to be trying their "burgers" at some point that some friends ordered as well.

Red Robin is just as good as I remember, minus the atmosphere. I am celiac and our waitress provided me with so much comfort and assurance about their protocols. She even deeply informed me about their frying process. I was able to have a DELICIOUS burger and fries and it made me so happy. The fries and burger are so good, they don’t miss.

Fresh, crisp, organic produce. Amazing selection of gluten-free AND dairy-free options from breads to desserts to frozen foods...blows away ALL other stores in the valley, including Whole Foods! My eyes popped when I saw the MANY kinds and styles of dairy-free cheeses! Every time I go in something is on sale. Like brewed ginger beer? They have at least 8-10 brands with many flavors in bottles, cans, whatever! Nutritional supplements galore, and knowledgeable nutritionists happy to assist you for free. I stopped buying online and now buy from them...I've really missed handling the bottles and getting my questions answered real-time. Turns circles around Healthy Habit for variety. In store seminars, too. I first experienced them in Colorado and waited 5 years for them to come down here. Need personal products w/o fragrance or additives? Natural Grocers has large selections of skin and hair care for sensitive people. Even selections of organic hats, socks, make-up, etc. If you like or require Organic, Natural Grocers is the place for you...they are the ONLY grocer committed to non-GMO and organic products throughout the store. Neither Sprouts nor Whole Foods can claim that. Not a single GMO item in the store! All products are researched carefully. Formerly Vitamin Cottage. It's a joy to not have to worry about the produce, as ALL is organic or sustainably grown. I rarely buy from Sprouts anymore...inferior company more interested in profits than customer satisfaction, pushing their own pricey brand while reducing other brand choices, taking out food isles to expand their liquor sales. Expensive pesticide and GMO produce (might as well buy from Food City). Their stores are loaded with corn syrup/high fructose corn syrup--can't find marshmallows w/o HFCS, while Natural Grocers doesn't sell HFCS. Big difference! Natural Grocers is a wholesome company truly invested in our health and we'll being! Thank you Natural Grocers!

Cold Beers & Cheeseburgers – 7th Ave Location If you have food allergies, do NOT eat here. I called this location to ask about allergen info before dining, and not only did the staff have no answers—they didn’t even know what an allergen warning was. That’s not just unprofessional, that’s dangerous. Food allergies can be life-threatening, and for a restaurant to be this clueless in 2025 is mind-blowing. What makes it worse is that this isn’t just a one-off issue. I checked their entire website and there is no proper allergen breakdown, no ingredient guide, and no downloadable allergen menu. Just a vague “gluten-friendly” mention and nothing else. That’s unacceptable for a chain this size. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It feels like they either don’t care or are trying to avoid liability by not publishing allergen info. Either way, it’s a total fail in food safety and should absolutely be investigated. If you or someone you love has allergies, steer clear. It’s not worth the risk. I’m reporting them to the health department because someone could die from this level

Absolutely delicious! We’re not vegan, but we do eat dairy-free, and Pizza Heaven was amazing at accommodating our dietary needs. They offer plenty of gluten-free and vegan options, and the staff was super helpful with allergens. We ordered regular wings with their vegan mild buffalo sauce and vegan ranch—such a great combo! We also tried the vegan breadsticks, and they were incredibly tasty. Whether you have dietary restrictions or not, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

This was my first time eating at BJ's and I will never come back. I got a chicken sandwich and my girlfriend got a cauliflower pizza. The food wasn't anything special and definitely over-priced. We finished it off with a "gluten free" cookie dessert which was pretty good. Immediately finishing our meals, we both rushed to the bathroom, 3 days later we are both still battling these food poisoning symptoms.

The gluten free options are amazing. The tuna sandwich has been fantastic each time so it’s kept me from trying other things because I enjoy it so much. Their coffee is great, both the normal espresso and decaf! The homemade syrups are wonderful

Genuinely confused how this place has this good of ratings?!?! Couldn’t even get my kid a pepperoni pizza, the pepperonis are so spicy. All pizzas have basically no toppings and all they are is crust and for $25. Gluten free asparagus pasta tasted like baby food. Again not a $25 plate. Portions are SO SMALL. Would not recommend going here. It’s was busy but took forever to get refills. Really would NEVER recommend this place to anyone for the price.

Chris & the catering team at Spinato’s helped us throw a fantastic wedding rehearsal dinner! Ava & Drew & the manager there, who I wish I could remember his name, helped make the night just wonderful! The food was phenomenal, the drinks were always refilled, and those with special dietary needs (mostly gluten) were accommodated easily! Everyone enjoyed the evening so much and the cannoli at the end were such a hit we ordered more! We loved how easy it was to enjoy the night without worry! Plus, they had to-go boxes so people could take left-overs, which we did have. We had the smaller room with 35 people and that was very comfortable. We would 10 out of 10 recommend working with Spinato’s for a catered event! The price range we checked included everything - room, food, drinks - including alcohol, and tip.

I booked a reservation for 3, to celebrate my spouses birthday with our teenage son. We had a fantastic time. I put in the notes when booking that I have celiac and must eat gluten free, and that we were celebrating a bday. They had hand written card for my spouse upon arrival. The food was delicious, our server was knowledgeable and attentive and he even brought a bday champagne toast and a bday dessert. It was a lovely time. The ambiance was nice , they validate parking in the esplanade garage. Fabulous time. And we all cleared our plates. Thank you Flint for making his bday special.

Our server, Molly, was super attentive and sweet! She gave us great suggestions, and was very knowledgeable over the menu. Thanks for being awesome, Molly! The food was absolutely insane. I have not had a breakfast that good in forever. I am on a gluten free diet (not by choice, lol) and they had several amazing gf options. I was not expecting much with the gf toast, but when it came out and I tried it- I almost shed a tear it was so good. I got the 5 egg white omelette, and let me just describe it in two words- top tier. This place is clearly cared for- and it shows through the staff and food. And cleanliness! From one service industry person to the other- thank y’all so much, and great job!!

Terrible customer service. Online description is wrong and the employee basically oh well too bad! If we ordered gluten free why were we given shrimp tempura? The online description says only not shrimps tempura. So basically paid for food I can’t eat and we were told too bad! Fix your online descriptions!

I came here twice with friends and my co-workers, and both times I got the pizza with argula (I forgot the name) with white sauce, and it is so good. I get it with gluten-free crust since I am gluten-intolerant and it tastes so good, it became my favorite. They also have other items as well, and I want to try every item at least once (the ones without meat).

Heck yeah!!!! Awesome pizza. Best gluten free crust around ( and by that i mean anywhere from NY to PHX). My wife has celiac and this was her go to place 3 out of 6 days. Pizza was so good in fact our party ordered it two days in a row and it might of been a third but theyre closed on Mondays. HIGHLY recommend the chicken pesto (add spinach). If you have a gluten allergy, avoid the Old Spaghetti Factory. Our party of nine had a fine meal—except for one major failure. Despite clearly informing our waitress of a gluten allergy when ordering, the “gluten-free” spaghetti was not prepared separately and couldn’t be eaten. When I brought this up at the end of the meal, the waitress apologized but did nothing beyond saying she’d tell the cooks - no escalation, no real attempt to make it right. If a restaurant offers gluten-free options but can’t serve them safely, they shouldn’t offer them at all. This isn’t just bad service - it’s careless.

The counter ordering service was great, as was the food being brought out quickly. The decor is simple, but I loved the family history picture wall. The food was very good. I was very pleased to see gluten free pizza options. My granddaughter really enjoyed her pizza and fries. My fried zucchini was wonderful, as were the meatballs. They also had a great selection of fountain drinks.

Whenever we are downtown, my kids and I eat at this delicious restaurant. I found it a couple of years back while looking for gluten and dairy free restaurants. I love the tacos de papa especially because they have amazing flavor and do not make me feel sick after eating them. My kids love the quesadillas. The honeydew drink is absolutely amazing. Yesterday, we happened to come on Children’s Day and found a wonderful party set up for the kids. The goodie bags even had allergy friendly treats. I couldn’t love this restaurant more! Side note: the Mac n Cheese at Goji Berry (next door) is the best gluten free dairy free I have ever had! Try it!

Tried Elly's Brunch & Cafe for the first time today and I appreciated the gluten free options. I had the Southwest Skillet that came with pancakes, which I subbed out for the gluten-free berry Marscapone pancakes, both were delicious! The service was lacking today, I asked for a coffee and the waitress forgot. After we were served my daughter didn't have a fork and my other daughter didn't get her pancakes, once she came around we made her aware of what we were missing. The waitress came back with the pancakes but forgot the fork and my coffee again. She finally brought the fork but no coffee, eventually she brought the coffee. We needed more water and she didn't check on us for a long while. I don't know if the service is always like this but I'm going to assume it was just an off day for her. Overall I really liked the food and the gluten-free options so I'll be going back again.

We’ve been to Gertrude’s twice now and can say the food is delicious! Their menu has so many options for gluten free which I love. The donuts are fantastic and actually what really brought me back a second time! I ordered the braised boar and it was amazing and my husband ordered the elk chop which was equally amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful since it’s at the botanical gardens, so you get a little glimpse of some that. Service was similar both times, not the best but definitely not the worst, just average.

Best sushi in town! Quick friendly service no matter how busy the restaurant is. Great service; they never write our orders and always get it right. Conveyor belt options are fresh, and clearly labeled with ingredients and gluten free options. Prices are fair, menu options include familiar and unique rolls. Grand Canyon, Shaggy Dog, baked scallop roll and seared albacore are some of our favorites. Fun drink options. My family enjoys the lively atmosphere while feeling like we are having an intimate dining experience. Highly recommend!
