If you’re vegan, gluten-free, health-conscious, and/or a bit of a taste snob — this is the spot in Sydney. Just post up here each day of your stay and rotate through the wide-ranging, exceptionally balanced menu of thoughtfully crafted meals and dream-worthy desserts. My personal favorites: the rose and pistachio cupcake, the vegan Thai beef salad, and the “Gimme That” protein shake — but truly, I tried nearly everything on the menu and was impressed across the board. The staff is warm, the vibe is relaxed, and there’s both indoor and outdoor seating with WiFi. Bonus: they’ve got a great little deli section with frozen vegan staples and pantry finds to stock up on.

I tried the gluten free capricciosa pizza. Well-made dough, just the right amount of crunch. Very tasty and abundant ingredients. Definitely a quality Italian product here in Sydney. Silvio, the owner, very kind and friendly. The wine was also excellent! 🤙🏻 Very welcoming place. Recommended.

Love this place. Their tiramisu and cakes are super tasty. Plus if you’re coeliac or gluten intolerant - you have to try this place, their gluten free range is amazing! Not just tiramisu but also cake options (I love the tres leches cake). I often place cake orders that need to cater for coeliacs, either for work or with friends, and you wouldn’t be able to tell at all that they’re gluten free. Not to mention the owner is so lovely and friendly!

I’m a coeliac, and I absolutely love this spot! Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable of coeliac disease and gluten free, I feel very comfortable eating here. Eating out can often be so isolating when you have a dietary requirement, and you’re often confined to just getting a drink, or something really plain, but not at Four Ate Five! The menu isn’t clearly labelled with allergens, however upon speaking with staff, many of the options are gluten free or can be made gluten free. I ordered the Shakshuka and advised I was coeliac, and staff confirmed they could make it gluten free by swapping out the gluten bread side for gluten free bread, and would take extra measures to reduce cross contamination with the toaster. Obviously there is still an element of risk as a coeliac, as it’s not an entirely gluten free kitchen, but I feel fine each time, and confident in the staff and kitchen. The juices are also delicious and freshly squeezed. I absolutely love this spot, and will continue to take visiting family, friends and loved ones here, to enjoy an amazing meal together.

Quite delicious. If you get the set menu, portions seem a bit small at first but by the end, you’re stuffed. Nothing super ground breaking, just modern Middle Eastern fusion done well and presented beautifully. Sat outside and the bar table is a bit unstable, plus the ground is sloped. A bit awkward to deal with but not terrible. Plenty of gluten free options and well communicated. Nothing that stood out as a must have again but still a solid choice for an upmarket meal out.

I went to dinner with 3 friends and it was a wonderful experience. Atmosphere is really nice with seating both downstairs and upstairs and is very welcoming. Menu is extensive and has vegetarian, dairy free, nut free and gluten free options so really something for anyone with a restriction! Staff were very attentive and service was wonderful.

Came here for lunch recently and enjoyed it. The pizza was tasty, but the tomato sauce was really watery and had almost zero flavour. The toppings were tasty though. The gluten free base was also very good.

We celebrated a birthday at The Winery for one of their Sip & Slay brunches. The food was amazing with generous portions. I went for mother's day, and I am in a family with 3 coeliacs and 1 nut allergy. Armorica staff was so accommodating. They have a separate fryer (yes, you can enjoy the fries) and service was perfect! We ordered the market fish tartare, all three fish options, the sirloin and pretty much every side dish on the menu. Everything was very well balanced. Overall a pleasant experience and I would 100% come back to try some of their other things.

You can’t go wrong with Crust. It’s a premium place with heaps of toppings. Gluten free pizza is excellent! If you are looking for an Italian style pizza, this is not for you. However, I can’t say how the other two pizza places next door compare.

Despite the sign when you enter, No Chili, No Garlic, No Dairy, No Onion (which might deter some), the dishes here are bursting with delicious flavors that even non-vegans like me can appreciate. Some options are also gluten-free. The star of the show is undoubtedly the Pho, available in various varieties, each one a delight. You won't be disappointed. The spring rolls and salads equally impressive. What sets Hạnh Phúc apart is not just the food, but the genuine hospitality extended by the owner. From the moment you walk in, you're made to feel like family, and this warmth carries through to every aspect of your dining experience. The owner's kindness knows no bounds, and ensure you leave with a smile on your face. Despite the high quality of the food and service, the prices at Hạnh Phúc Vegan are surprisingly affordable, making it accessible to all. In fact, the owner's generosity often extends to throwing in a little something extra with your meal, ensuring that you feel valued as a customer. One aspect worth noting, go to the bathroom. It may seem like an odd inclusion in a review but trust me when I say it's a “Cu Chi” tunnel experience. Even better is they are very educated with allergens ( I have Celiac's disease), and they took it seriously. It's a professional, trendy, yet welcoming space. I went back 3 times while I was in Sydney because it was such an awesome experience! To top it off their staff is brilliant -professional, educated, and a delight to be around.
