This restaurant does NOT have a “Gluten Free Kitchen”. I tried the menu del dia. One of the starters was pasta salad which I was told that had gluten in it when I asked about it. This surprised me because it said gluten-free kitchen in the entrance. Even though it was weird I went for an other option and it was fine. When it was time for dessert I was told none of the desserts were gluten free and they could give me a fruit salad. They then brought me a soggy fruit salad with bits of unpeeled pineapple. They do NOT have a gluten free kitchen. And the staff does not now about gluten intolerance / celiac.

Delicious food, good service, and a very relaxed atmosphere. It was a pleasure eating at Salamat Clot. We ordered an Italian Milanese, which we absolutely loved! A large, tasty portion, and completely gluten-free! Well, everything is gluten-free! The prices are generally reasonable. Only a couple of starters are a bit pricey. I have no complaints! Probably best to book as it gets busy but we got lucky without a booking didn't have to wait too long. Can get quite loud there but service was super friendly and everything was reasonably priced.

I went because I saw it had very good reviews on social media, but the place is run down, the walls need a little paint, and the waiter is wearing street clothes. Although friendly, he certainly comes across as unprofessional. I went with a celiac patient because it said gluten-free food, but aside from the fact that they charge a supplement for being celiac, the menu doesn't list allergens, and they mix food with food from people who aren't celiac. I don't want to say they mix things up when making the food, but for example, they brought gluten-free donuts and on top of that, a basket of regular bread. I didn't particularly like the food. I ordered croquettes, and they came out super black, which means they need to change the oil. I also ordered a shrimp scramble, which wasn't very tasty, and worst of all, two tacos, where the dough was raw and tough. I did order a serranito and a piripiri, which were good. But it was truly a complete disappointment compared to what we expected. The best part, I repeat, was the friendliness. The food leaves something to be desired. It's not something you should go out of your way to go there, as I did to go there specifically.

BE CAREFUL WITH INTOLERANCE, I WILL NEVER RETURN Last Friday I made a reservation for dinner, when I called I asked to make sure the food was 100% gluten-free, since I have celiac disease. And they confirmed to me that yes, everything is suitable. We arrived at the reserved time and from the beginning it was chaos, they showed us our table and from the moment we sat down until they took our drink order, about 20/25 minutes passed. We ordered dinner and gluten-free bread (confirming everything gluten-free). The first tapa arrived wrong and one of the waiters insisted that we had ordered lasagna when we had ordered cannelloni. Finally they brought the tapas that we had ordered, which were really delicious but nothing to highlight either. The gluten-free bread was brought with the last tapa we had ordered… Finally, we wanted to try a dessert and we ordered a chocolate cake that I previously confirmed with the waitress and herself with the kitchen that I could eat it without problem, gluten-free. The cake without further ado, a chocolate cake with salt and caramel but nothing special either. We had tapas of salad, roasted garlic sirloin and cannelloni for dinner and we closed with the cake that I indicated. All this for €38 My surprise comes when I get home and start to feel sick with my stomach, nausea, inflammation... which amounts to gluten contamination. I don't know if they gave me a product with gluten, that had traces, or if there was contamination from the kitchen to the table, but what I am sure of is that we will not return again, and I cannot recommend a place where they claim to be GLUTEN FREE but I have been contaminated. Beware of celiacs, not everything is as beautiful as they make it out to be

Restaurant in the center of Cudillero. Good atmosphere, good food and good treatment, and with an acceptable price for where it is located. We were very comfortable, we went with our dog and they gave us a table on the terrace. When ordering, they advised us very well and we managed to get the amount right (which is not always easy).
