A fun donut place to visit. Their gluten-free options for donuts are amazing. They have many flavors and selections of donuts. The thing that did surprise me most was the individual cost for each donut — nearly 5 dollars. Our family of nine got a dozen donuts and spent, almost $70. They were good, they had many unique flavors, I’m just not sure for this price that I would do this again.

Lovely stop for a hearty breakfast, bring your appetite. The staff are super helpful and friendly. So many delicious choices on the menu. I’m gluten intolerant and they easily answer my questions. It’s always nice as a gf person to have multiple options to choose from. I had the shrimp and grits which was delicious. Heavy on the oils though and to be fair I prefer a red sauce on mine. My husband had the special which was lighter on the oils but a big meal. He loved the fried artichokes. We sat at the bar right away and by the time we left there was a lot of people waiting for tables outside. Coffee was great, fresh & I liked that she asked if we preferred a single or double shot. Over all we’d go again in a heartbeat to this small intimate restaurant

Their menu advertises gluten-free crust but when we arrived we were told they have none. Staff was not friendly or welcoming. There is a nice outside area for dining. The food looked delicious but none for me so we left.

Really great food. Not only was it delicious but they are able to safely accommodate gluten-free / celiac without cross contamination. 2 entrees, 2 cocktails and 1 dessert was about $110 with tip, so it isn't cheap bu5 also not too expensive for the high quality of food It was all tasty, but be sure to save room for the honey softserve.

Lots of vegan and gluten-free options available. I had the sampler platter as the appetizer. Was awesome, they kept refilling our pita bread. Had the falafel, wasn’t thrilled with it. I’m not sure if it was the normal consistency of the food or if the one I got was over cooked. It was quite hard. Staff were helpful, explaining menu items.

The food and the service were excellent! I know people who religiously eat at David's, and I can certainly understand why! We ordered the crispy fried brussels sprouts, arancini, beet avocado and goat cheese salad, blackened salmon, and mushroom ravioli, as well as cocktails. It was so nice to be able to go to a restaurant and find diverse vegetarian options. Highly recommended for vegetarians who are tired of always ordering the same old options. There were also gluten free, and vegan options.

The Porthole was very gluten free friendly. There were options on the menu and staff were very aware of celiac issues. My wife and I enjoyed eating here. The seafood was very fresh.
