I visited Wednesday, 25th July, with my sister-in-law. We ended up ordering a few different things because there were so many delicious options to choose from – definitely not a bad problem to have! I moved to Melbourne four years ago and was diagnosed with coeliac disease almost three years ago. Since then, I’ve struggled to find certified coeliac-friendly cafes that offer cakes, pastries, and bread that don’t taste like cardboard. This place was a game-changer – their pastries and cakes are absolutely amazing, and the coffee was just as impressive! We’ll definitely be back for more!

The food was delicious. The gluten free pita for my giro was fabulous. I have Celiacs, so knowing the restaurant was accredited by Celiac Australia made me feel so confident eating at their restaurant. I would definitely go back.

Pastries with Asian-inspired flavors. Apparently it's also gluten-free, although that wasn't a factor in my choice. Ordered a canele, which had a nice, thick crusty exterior and good rum flavor. The inside was on the fluffy/airy side vs gooey - not sure if that was due to the flour used or just their style. It's a cute, compact store - would pop in again for a quick treat.

This place is quite a blessing, bringing amazing gluten free options out into the west! I’m talking fresh pies, bread loaves, cakes and baked goods AND frozen GF goods + gluten free shelf items!!! Give a gold star for the best lamb and rosemary pie and the deliciously moist vegan chocolate mud cake!

If you’ve ever despaired because you’re forced to eat gluten free and you think you’re never going to eat a pizza that doesn’t taste like cardboard again, dry your tears because THIS IS THE BEST. It’s authentically Italian, chewy, luscious crust so good you’ll think they messed up your order and gave you the real thing (they didn’t!). The toppings are amazing too, really good quality. Try the signature A25 and the tiramisu. And then cry more tears but this time of genuine happiness that your pizza tastes like pizza

Gluten Free KFC, OMG I love the boneless chicken and chips. One day I will try something else, But I am hooked on this. Staff are friendly, and have a sense of humour that you'll either love or hate, for me I love it. Super friendly for all.

Wonderful shop, wonderful food, wonderful atmosphere. The bread must be made in-house because I've never had any gluten free bread like it. As a coeliac, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Waitress was very thorough clarifying dietary requirements for gluten free Southern Fried chicken & chips pack. I had asked for chicken salt on my chips but they were not salted and were not as crispy as I would have liked. The chicken however was so delicious, it was offered as a 3 piece pack but to my surprise they gave 4 pieces. Even my hubby who isn't coeliac was impressed with the chicken and said it was better than the Colonel's version 😆

It’s soft! My reaction when I took my first bite of the delicious gluten free bagel. I ate with confidence as the staff seemed well trained in coeliac procedures. As a bonus coffee was good too! 10/10 recommend.

A fantastic range of delicious foods that many have written off as a lost treat. They have a huge selection to take right away, frozen product to prepare at home, and a menu of more that can be prepared for you. Anyone who has a gluten allergy should make this spot a regular visit.

Popped in yesterday for a drink and a snack. Was amazed by their dairy free/vegan milk options (almond, oat and soy) and that they used real chocolate in their hot chocolate. They also had a range of gluten free (GF) cakes! Their menu had vegetarian options, and I got the feeling you could ask them to veganise things too. Will be back.

Overall it was OK, but super expensive for what it was. Adding an extra egg and a coffee.. I think my brunch was about $38! Aesthetically pretty, but my friend wasnt impressed bg the high price tag either. I also walked away still hungry.. Not sure I'd return. The staff were lovely and the vibe outside was nice on a beautiful day... Just super expensive. Coeliac safe though, so that's appreciated.

The first place I have seen that sells gluten-free souffle pancake. Very interesting. Welcoming staffs. Clean premise. The place did not seem to be air-conditioned. However, they have sufficient fans around the place, which was thoughtful. Ordered tiramisu souffle pancake. The pancake was very jiggly and wasn't too sweet. It was nice.

I popped in the other day to pick up another delicious Mornington Peninsula Gluten Free Bread and saw a gluten-free dairy free lasagne in the display cabinet. I just want to say ….. it was Absolutely Delicious.Yum, Yum, Yum. It’s so great to have somewhere to eat that’s gluten and dairy free. Love this shop.

It seems since changing hands the service and food quality has gone down significantly. We were barely greeted when we arrived, multiple servers walked past us without acknowledgment. We had to find our own table…all the waitresses were incredibly rude, the food was not great, I got a gluten free ham and cheese toasted sandwich and it wasn’t even toasted, I had to ask them to toast it again…the gluten free bread was dry and not very appetising. We ordered baked beans, which are not standard baked beans, they were filled with chickpeas and like a curry sauce; we found multiple hard cardamom pods in a few bites…not the taste I’m looking for with my breakfast. When we got up to pay, the waitress was once again really rude and stood in front of us with her back to us…we had to wait multiple minutes while she messed around wiping coffee cups and asking the barista questions. When the barista finally had a chance to serve us and take payment , she then ignored us once eftpos had gone through and no one said thanks for coming and goodbye, so we just walked out. Very disappointed, this used to be a great spot.

Nice food, I am celiac and they catered perfectly. Had cocktails which were great. Went for dinner on my birthday with my partner on a Sunday night. Very busy place, can be really loud. Staff were super friendly.

Had the GF eggs on toast - note whilst everything has a GFO it is not coeliac approved as they use the same fryer! Bread was nice though and hash brown was gluten free

Absolutely fantastic cakes and cupcakes. My wife and I opted for a smaller cake and an assortment of cupcakes for our wedding - partly because we couldn't decide on a single flavour (they're all so good), but also to help cater for dietaries/allergies. Yarra Valley Cake Company first caught our attention because they were the only wedding cake supplier we found in the area who was comfortable catering for guests with coeliac disease without having to make the entire order gluten free. It was absolutely everything we could have hoped for, our guests loved it, and our coeliac guests were all thrilled to be able to safely join in on enjoying the cupcakes.

UPDATE! 17th May - I was finally able to attend, I was very excited to try this as being coeliac, there aren't many places that are accredited. We arrived as a large group 8 - 10 people, there was a delay in being seated (wasn't a problem as it isn't the restraunts fault that people stay past the maximum time). Once seated, we ordered starters and our mains. The food was amazing. However, what was disappointing was that some of us had to ask multiple times to recieve a new drink, what we had ordered wasn't repeated to us which made me think maybe they had missed me asking for gluten-free so i had to double check myself, once we had finished our mains at 9:30pm, I asked if I could have a calzone nutella as takeaway only to be told that the kitchen was closed.... when did this happen, and why weren't we told nor given the opportunity to order dessert? Dishes and cutlery were also removed from our tables in a very quick way, which also made us feel rushed to leave...

I am coeliac and this was a great find on my recent visit to the Peninsula. The hamburgers were made on a gluten free bun and you could not tell the difference from a non GF one. The fries were also cooked in a separate fryer to avoid cross contamination. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and would highly recommend. The service was very friendly and the owner was across all dietary requirements.

This place is big with friendly service. The food is delicious and the fresh juices are a must try. I tried the special beef pie. Gluten free options are available on the menu. When I ordered gluten free they enquired as to whether it was to do with coeliac.
