The staff are very attentive and fast but above all friendly; we were served by Irene and Fausto, fantastic waiters super professional but joking in the service. I wonder how it is possible that for years, in the center of Naples, they are the only ones offering gluten-free products. Extremely high prices and really poor quality of pastry. I have been going to them for years. At the beginning I trusted them for two important events: my graduation and my birthday. Both experiences were a disaster. The first time they completely forgot about the gluten-free order and I found myself with nothing. The second time, instead of preparing the millefeuille I had requested, I found myself with a sponge cake. They have never shown the slightest interest in retaining the customer, in fact, the opposite. Despite everything, in these years I have tried to give them other opportunities, stopping by every now and then to get a dessert. But it is always the same story: exaggerated prices and stale desserts. Today, after not going there for six months, I decided to try the ice cream (never tasted before). The flavors were intact and the appearance left much to be desired and I should have realized it right away. The ice cream was not ice cream, it was cream. Time to go out and it has already melted. The “pistachio and Oreo” did not taste of pistachio or Oreo, I felt sick after eating it and I should have gone back and asked for a refund 3.50 euros. I swear, this time it is too much. I will never set foot in there again.

They have tons of gf products for sale as well as lots of freshly made savory and sweet baked goods AND an entire menu to choose a full meal from. We got their foccacia, chicken cutlet and fries, hamburger, and tiramisu. Sooo good!! I LOVED the chicken cutlet and fries. Would love to know how they made the chicken so I can make something similar at home. Highlight of our time in Bari, thank you!

Really amazing glutenfree croissant I never had before within now more than 10 years with coeliac disease (Zöliakie): so fluffy (fluffig), freshly-baked and Even with different flavours (plain, pistaccio/chocolate creme and more). Beside there are a lot more tasty options like focaccia or you can also order pancakes for breakfast. Everything in the bakery is glutenfree with normal prices without extra charges and so a real dream became true!! :-))

We returned to this restaurant to celebrate the birthday of a celiac friend of mine, where we had already been in the past. Unfortunately, compared to the previous time, the service has definitely gotten worse. The location is nice overall, with the terrace definitely more pleasant than the interior, which is a bit dated. The service, however, left a lot to be desired: if it hadn't been for one or two more attentive and professional waiters, the experience would have been even more disappointing. The waitress who served us made several mistakes in the order, forgetting the wine and, even more seriously, bringing a dish containing gluten to the table even though we had clearly indicated the need for gluten-free dishes. Fortunately, knowing the place, we knew that gluten-free dishes are served on plates of a different color, otherwise it would have been a serious problem. Another negative aspect was the way in which the dishes were collected: they were taken away from us while we were still chewing the last bite, which gave a sense of haste and little attention to the customer experience. About the food, nothing to say: we ate well. In our experience, the waiting staff needs more thorough training, especially when it comes to managing special dietary needs.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing desserts… and also savory gluten and lactose free! This pastry shop is a real gem for those who have intolerances, but don't want to give up on taste. Everything is gluten and lactose free, yet everything is surprisingly good – not just the desserts, but also the savory options! I've already ordered two birthday cakes from them, and both were a success: beautiful to look at, but above all soft, delicious and well made, so much so that even those who don't have intolerances have had seconds. Every time I pass by, I also find an excellent selection of savory snacks, focaccias, pizzas and treats perfect for a quick lunch or an alternative aperitif. Everything is well-made, tasty and digestible. The staff is always kind and knowledgeable, and there is a welcoming and professional atmosphere. A place that shows that eating well, in a safe and conscious way, is absolutely possible – without having to give up anything.

Pizzas were gorgeous and the gluten free pizzas were some of the best in Sorrento. However even though the staff were friendly and bubbly it is just so incredibly busy and if you are sat on the street it can be a bit overwhelming with people wanting to come and eat here. Would recommend getting a take away and heading down to the benches looking over the sea to eat.

It is essential to book if you want to stop and eat (there are not many seats), very useful in any case in the "hot" periods. Friendliness, courtesy, efficiency... and everything very good, from the pizzas to the cascioni, through to the donuts! A certainty for gluten-free.

A bad (expensive) figure I'll start by saying that the quality of the food was good - except for the calamari, which I suspect were squid and in any case a bit hard/rubbery - but overall it was a disappointing evening, especially having ten guests who I cared about a lot. I chose this restaurant because on the website it was presented as exclusive, attentive to vegan and celiac needs, with a rich and interesting menu. Unfortunately, the reality was very different: • The menu on the website did not correspond to what was actually available in the room. • The only vegetarian/vegan second course indicated was not available because it was "out of season" - but then why keep it on the menu? • The service was slow (almost half an hour to take the order, an hour to eat), disorganized (starters and second courses served together; one diner was left without a dish for a long time) and often distracted (errors in the orders, little attention to the tables). I understand that the ambition is to offer an elegant and refined experience, but elegance and professionalism are not built only with a beautiful venue or a high bill. They require consistency, attention to detail and, why not, even a little humility. An evening that should have been special turned into a bad impression. A real shame.

We came to eat at this pizzeria reading the wonderful reviews and I must say that we did not regret it at all! Clean and well-kept place, Antonio served us and was kind and helpful at all times making our stay even more pleasant. But the highlight is the menu, delicious fried foods, special and not greasy, many types of pizzas with excellent dough and raw materials, beautiful presentation and all this without exorbitant prices! In addition, they offer any dish on the menu in a gluten-free version with a small addition (from €0.50 for fried foods to €1.50 for pizzas). In this restaurant everything is in the right place, if we were to return to Campobasso it will certainly be a must-stop! Highly recommended!
