Absolutely fantastic! All day weekday happy hour with $5 mimosas (special with pomegranate liquor!) and bloody Marys, and almost everything can be made gluten free. The gluten free Cinnamon pancake was just out of this world delicious. Bravovado toast was a treat. Can't recommend this place enough.

I am celiac and was so excited about this place. The chicken is good, I really can’t complain when i find a place that I can eat at a not worry. The thing that bothers me is the price of the GF beer. It is the most expensive compared to any bar I have ordered it from. $10? Really? I know what a 4 pack costs. I’ve been to the brewery in golden, it’s local and you’re telling me you can’t price it better for your celiac gf customers??? $8 a beer is a profit, $10 is crazy! How do you support a community but overcharge tremendously on locally made beer? I can’t sit and enjoy beer and chicken there. Two beers is $20 on top of the cost of everything gf being up charged. Give us a break on the beer. That is crazy to me! I am so sick of people taking advantage of the GF upcharge? That’s done with now.

Great spot for happy hour! And lots of options too. If you’re gluten free - ask for their separate gluten free menu (love to see it!) We did the Sunday all day happy hour and were so excited to try a few new things. It’s still pricey but worth it ☺️

Had dinner here not too long ago & made sure that there were items on the menu that were gluten free as my girlfriend has Celiac Disease. When we were sat, my girlfriend asked what items are gluten free (to be 100% safe) and he said "just tell me what you want and I'll see." then she asked if he's our waiter or someone else and he said "we all help each other". Ok. Then the wine list arrives and my gf then had to ask the gal helping us with wine what is gluten friendly on the menu. She was SUPER helpful. Clearly the gal that helped my gf with wine confronted 'our waiter' because for the rest of the night, he was overcompensating and being awkwardly talkative. We just wanted our food at that point. Then on top of all of those awkward interactions with our waiter.... he charged us for an extra bottle of wine we didn't drink. I then had to flag down a member of the staff to initiate a return/bill again while our Uber was out front waiting for this. Spent $500 on dinner which was great BUT the experience with the waiter ruined it. Cherry Creek Grill is the better choice, their staff is ON POINT.

Super cozy place, especially at night. For cocktails, this is as good as a speakeasy when you want the bartenders to make interesting drinks. I always want to be surprised and always am with the amazing cocktail creations! As for food, I recommend the French Dip but get the gluten free bread. The roll is better than the regular one. Hope you have as much fun as I do here!

Gluten-free crust here is some of the best I’ve ever tried. They were super amazing about what is and is not gluten free. The garlic bread is incredible. I also asked for the future what their level of cross contamination was for my daughter with celiac. He said he would not recommend anyone celiac coming here since they cannot help the amount of flower that’s in the air. I loved how knowledgeable they were and he gave me a accurate answer

Perfect experience. Sold out matinee NYE event and Rachel managed to make us feel like we were the only people there. We had our own area to eat, drink, and celebrate my birthday. It's usually tough planning a birthday party on a holiday but Rachel made it the best executed birthday! Food was on point. The gluten free buns with he chicken sandwiches and gf pizza with pepperoni and hot honey were amazing. Separate fryer fries and caprese salad. Drinks were perfect. Sound system was so great. Love that this Denver gem is still great after all these years!

Please don’t advertise gluten free unless it is cooked away from gluten containing items. No amount of heat in a commercial kitchen can destroy gluten molecules. A shared fryer makes everything contain gluten

Great little breakfast and brunch shop. Cozy atmosphere. Saw them really cleaning down the benches and tables which was really nice. The omelettes were very good and so were the pancakes. All pancakes and waffles can be made gluten-free which was why we went there. We love this place

Amazing place, lovely staff, and delicious food. I have celiac disease and had never had a churro - to be able to eat one (jk, I totally ate all four and have no shame) with absolutely no worries about cross contamination was incredibly. Seriously, pretty sure I shed a solitary tear of joy. The tacos were also ridiculously good. The chips? Salty, crispy, crunchy perfection. Also, the fingerling potatoes? I thought I understood potatoes before I visited, but alas, I knew nothing. My stomach was full, but dang if my heart wasn't fuller. Also wouldn't dare forget to mention the atmosphere - this restaurant just looks freaking amazing. The light fixtures are fascinating, the walls are artful, and they somehow make it feel spacious even during rush hour on Thirsty Thursday. (Speaking of, the margs? I'm drooling while typing this. Sooo good.)

Hi this location of Snooze…. You have some amazing staff who deserve to be recognized for their excellence. My partner and i have been visiting for breakfast over the past three weeks for food while we have been moving and no matter who we have had they have been amazing. I have celiac disease and am very pleased and appreciative of the level of accommodations. I wish i knew the names of everyone we have had serve us, but the red haired guy with the bag, the guy with black and blond hair, the girl with great taste in thrifted pants, Sam, and ESPECIALLY Lexi are all amazing and have been a joy to interact with.

If you look at the world through a child's eyes, you will be full of wonder and joy, especially entering into this spot. The Rabbit Hole transports you into Alice in Wonderland incredible experience. Now we have more reason to return to Colorado Springs. The entrance itself will beckon you to explore and enjoy lingering a bit longer than expected. Situated in downtown, you'll find the telephone booth with stairs leading to an unforgettable adventurous experience. There is whimsical renditions of Alice in Wonderland decor and art work. With little nooks and corners tucked with great views of the restaurant, atop, main floor, back room, there isn't any bad seat. Gets really happening around happy hour so I recommend reservations. I simply couldn't resist the White Rabbit Martini. Who doesn't want their drink on fire with a toasted marshmallow awaiting at the end of the concoction? The babe had the Cherry Limeade which has a gummy slice as the garnish (not your childhood limeade). Also big fan of the T Party margarita that blends tequila and coconut rum for a drink bound to leave you smiling nonstop. Big fan of their numerous gluten free entree choices. WOW, I am speechless. The duck confit is so filling, rich with flavor and a fattiness my belly loved. The babe had their chicken cordon bleu and couldn't stop raving about it. Our other choice would be the bison short ribs. Was disappointed didn't get to have dessert because there wasn't gluten free option other than gelato. They say if you are just a little playful with life, every moment is a celebration. Celebrate the small wins. Big wins. Every win.

we were looking for the best Thai food downtown and this place was it. the atmosphere is very open, with great decor and an open kitchen/bar in the center of the room. that being said, it wasn't loud and we were able to have a pleasant conversation seated by the wall. Our server was attentive to our dietary needs (gluten free) and preferences (ultra spicy). she made sure we would get food that we could eat and enjoy and even brought extra spice when requested. the food was tremendous, perfectly cooked noodles and balanced flavor.

We visited this restaurant after learning they offered gluten-free ramen, a critical consideration for myself and my 6-year-old and 10-year-old daughters, since we all have celiac disease. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing and harmful. Upon delivering our meals, the server inaccurately identified which dishes were gluten-free. Midway through our meal, I noticed my eldest daughter’s noodles looked different from mine, and it became clear they had served her the wrong dish. When we alerted the staff to their grave error, the response was a dismissive apology with no attempt to correct the mistake, offer compensation, or even check on my daughter’s well-being. As a result, she is now severely unwell, and we may need to visit urgent care. For someone with celiac disease, this mistake isn’t just a minor inconvenience—it risks weeks of recovery, long-term health complications, and heightened cancer risks. The lack of safeguards to prevent allergen mix-ups is alarming, and the staff’s negligence and lack of accountability are unacceptable. Restaurants catering to dietary restrictions must prioritize rigorous training and protocols. This incident reflects a systemic failure, and I urge others with allergies or celiac disease to exercise extreme caution here.

My fiance and I love coming to Palenque! Amazing food and atmosphere. The staff is amazing and accommodating. Very grateful it’s close to home with the food and drinks being as delicious as they are. They offer Gluten Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian options. Also, have a house Margarita! Holy cow it’s delicious! Especially on Mondays when that are two-for-one!

My girlfriend and I would come here at least once or twice a month. Food is delicious and they advertise gluten free dishes on their menu. My girlfriend has celiac disease and they used to be good at food handling & preparing gluten free food. Unfortunately this changed & the kitchen staff contaminated their gluten free fryer. We were told this by staff before ordering and stayed clear of their gluten free fried foods. They still contaminated her gluten free meal (steak) after assuring us that they could still safely handle her order. She got extremely sick. It is very scary when she gets this contaminated. I went back in and told the manager on duty and he showed no concern & said it was impossible. Clearly he did not care or understand how dangerous it is when their kitchen staff are careless with their food handling. He just brushed it off like it was no big deal. Very sad to see this lack of concern for food safety. Edit after reading response from owner. There is an app called Find Me GF where another Celtic reported getting sick recently. I truly hope they fix this as the food is amazing. It only takes one poorly trained worker to contaminate a busy kitchen.

I had dinner here last week and I really struggle to eat out because of my celiac. Because of this I am typically really anxious when explaining my disorder to waiting staff. Chrissy was the one serving me, and she made the entire process so easy. She listened to all my concerns about food contamination, and informed me about the kitchen policies about food contamination. She was so knowledgable and kind throughout her service. She checked on us frequently to ensure we were okay and had everything we needed. The GF Sausage and Peppers was great, but Chrissy made the entire experience. I will be asking if she is working the next time I come in!
