Third time we’ve been here and it never disappoints. The gluten free pizza is the best there is, great crust, bubbles and all. Not the typical cardboard GF crust. Delicious! And the GF focaccia app with prosciutto is amazing!
This was an amazing place to celebrate my birthday. Everything from the Butter Service Garnish to the Caesar salad and the truffle lobster toast were phenomenal. They were very attentive to my gluten intolerance and provided a gluten free option for the bread. Excellent server. Wonderful ambiance. Highly recommend!
They were not very good at catering to dietary requirements even though notified in advance so disappointed with that. If you have dairy & gluten intolerance I would avoid as you will miss out on dessert etc and have a very limited choice. Compare this to per se the day before and they whisked up 6 different desserts!
I am newly diagnosed and went here multiple times because they have gluten free items marked and it’s just easier when you’re looking for a late night snack after a Broadway show. On my third visit, I mentioned to the waitress that I had celiacs (which I had done on my prior visits as well) and she said that she would double check my order for me even though everything was labeled gluten-free. Well, thank God for this waitress who took the time to check. The waitstaff/kitchen on this visit told me that the menu was labeled incorrectly, and a lot of the things that were labeled gluten-free weren’t actually gluten-free. They were able to whip something together for me, but it’s insane that their menu is incorrect. And another waiter on my prior visit gave me attitude when I asked about the gluten-free food and said that if it was labeled gluten-free, it would be gluten-free. Be careful with this place!

Mythical place to go to eat a legendary burger.
The first thing is to find the restaurant, which is inside a hotel. If you have in mind to look for a large red curtain, you can't lose.
The menu is small and that makes it easier to decide. We had a double cheeseburger and a simple cheeseburger but with gluten-free bread. The quality of the menu is high, with a perfect grill point and a lot of flavor. By default they add lettuce, tomato, red onion, some delicious pickles with a slightly spicy touch, and cheese. Everything goes without sauce since you add that later if you feel like it.
The service is fine. 4 guys who have been on the grill for a thousand hours, but with a smile and without focusing on anything other than their work. Professional and pleasant.
The place itself is clean. There are quite a few tables and the type of music changes. The atmosphere (for the price) is that of healthy people, who are going to enjoy a burger made in NY
BEWARE, it's not cheap. Double cheese burger $25, fries $10, small cola $6. It was worth it to me but it is not something to go to regularly.
First of all I need to say that they have THE BEST coffee that I’ve had in years. Hands down! Family run. The woman was so sweet. She actually brought out the package of coffee they use to show me when I mentioned it ❤️. The food was delicious and plenty AND they offer gluten free toast! Cozy diner vibes, wish we lived closer. We’d definitely be regulars .

Black Iron Burger was our first stop for food in NYC. We had tickets to see Cabaret at the August Wilson Theatre and this burger joint was just around the corner. We made reservations ahead of time just to make sure we could eat on show night. The burgers were incredible. good portion size and very tasty unique flavors. Being from Canada we were very excited that we could choose how we want our burgers cooked. We were traveling with someone who can't have gluten and they offer gluten free buns there. Highly recommend if you are looking for an excellent burger spot.
We ate very well and were very well looked after.
It's recommended for people with celiac disease, as they have a menu and know the necessary precautions.
The food at Felice 56 is outstanding! We had the cacio pepe and the ravioli—both are the kind of food you dream of, like you’re in Italy! The gluten free pasta was tasty and perfectly cooked. Our server, Emily, was AMAZING and provided flawless recommendations for food and wine! Can’t wait to go back.
This pizza place was amazing! Travelling around the US I have struggled finding gluten free food and this place was awesome, I was given my own pizza cutter wrapped in plastic, a disposable pizza tray and they cooked it fresh. Would 100% recommend this place!
I realized too late I didn’t select gluten free on my pizza. I called the location and spoke with Bryan who made it right for me. Excellent service and some of the best gluten free pizza I’ve found
Fantastic service along with amazing steak. Wonderful place for a large group. Highly recommend the porterhouse. Full bar with an elaborate cocktail menu. The staff did a great job of catering to my 87yo grandmother who couldn’t sit at the bar and handling gluten free for celiac disease (did not get sick).
Harriet started her shift and I was her first customer and in a hurry. She took care of me and everything came out quick and really tasty. I had her favorite dish with brisket as well as a power green juice and what my wife calls a ginger blast. I am Gluten Free and they even had a rice noodle option! All were excellent and I spread the word how good it is. Will definitely go back again!
They literally make the wrap fresh!! And amazing gluten free options.
The wrap was just too thick for me. I prefer a thinner wrap with more filling. But they’re generous with the chicken.
Pretty fast. Waited ~7 mins at lunch time. All made fresh.
Very nice iced coffee. Good gluten free rice pudding. Very clean restroom. Very pleasant staff. So glad to find this place, a bright little oasis of calm.
Had a lovely meal here, good food, nice ambience & cocktails 2 for $18 what’s not to like. Also offers a gluten free menu. Would definitely eat here again
The best avocado toast with gluten-free bread! Everything tastes delicious and is tempting to snack on! Great any time of day. The coffee is also excellent!
This place has great pizza! The pizza is the best part. The drama in this place on a Friday night is the real attraction. The managers and employees argue, complain, negotiate work hours etc LOUDLY for all to hear right in front of all the hungry customers who would rather they just make pizza more efficiently. They make great pizza but the way they go about negotiating whether someone can take off on a Friday and Saturday could probably be done without everyone in the place hearing about it. They have gluten free pizza available. The gluten free crust is a premade frozen crust but does turn out pretty good in their oven. It's nowhere near as good as their regular crust which is about as good as NYC style pizza crust gets anywhere.
Snacks. Gluten-free options. Expensive.
I stopped here to get coffee for my wife who was getting ready in the room. Service is slow but steady. There are a few tables nearby, if you want to eat there.
Two espresso drinks, 2 small waters and a chocolate croissant were $33.
On the upside, they carry Schar and several other gluten-free providers. It's nice that I can get some gluten-free shortbread cookies in the lobby.
Many people were walking outside to get their coffee and pastry craving satisfied.
Best lobster roll I have ever had. I recently discovered I have a gluten allergy, and they have gluten-free rolls! Hands down the best gluten-free bread I've had in a restaurant. Go get a lobster roll.
