Wow wow wow. Amazing. A must visit. Came with our friends who are non GF and they loved the normal offering. The GF option of rice noodles was so delicious. Very attentive service. Thank you.
Great gluten-free ramen and vegan and gluten-free gyoza. They saved my dinner, and it was a great rescue 😋😋😋
They don't guarantee contamination since they don't have separate kitchens, but they proved to be attentive and prepared. I highly recommend it 😊
Delicious pork kaatsu and Japanese fried chicken (and French fries). Non-GF family members were impressed with quality and authenticity. Hope to eat here again while we are in Kyoto!
The food was so delicious and filling and the staff were so friendly. Amazing options for GF (about 90% of the menu is gluten free) and also for those who are vego. We had a great meal here!
Loved this place!! Everything is gluten free (even the macaroni) however the okonomiyaki was certainly the highlight. It was great to not have to worry about cross contamination - cannot recommend it enough
Great gluten-free service, tiny restaurant (5 people max seated), they only have chicken dishes and burgers, but they are delicious. The bathroom has redefined my concept of small space :) but it is very cute. Super friendly staff as always and very reasonable prices.
The açaí bowl was very good; however, we found the service disinterested and the atmosphere lacking. If you’re in the area and need a gluten-free bite, it’s worth a stop, but I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to visit this location.
Very tasty food with gluten free options. The service is slower than the typical ramen-style restaurants where they get you in and out quickly but that didn't bother us.

Come here! Second year in a row we come to this ramen place, and we love it! Great gluten-free ramen and the man running the shop is an amazing guy❤️ we are definitely coming again next time we are in Kyoto or even Osaka😊 Thank you
The best vegan and gluten free desserts I’ve ever tried (and I’m from LA where we’re spoiled with allergen friendly options)! The hojicha cake was my favorite; the matcha cake and ice cream sandwich were fantastic as well. The soy milk tea lattes were a delightful pairing.
A great place for gluten free crepes. Incredibly tasty food, with great presentation. The staff are so friendly! It’s a very small and cozy place. It’s cash only so bring cash!

Small place very close to Kinkaku-ji, very kind and smiling! Excellent okonomiyaki and Japanese curry, both available in gluten free version (not guaranteed non-contamination like in many places). My non-celiac husband really appreciated the fried noodles. Good quality/price ratio.
Recommended!!!
Super authentic and adorable place. A hidden gem. The gluten free noodles are also 🔥 rich and flavourful broth. Creme caramel dessert was a nostalgic touch and everything is made with love

Very authentic experience. Only one man running the whole restaurant, from catching the fish in the fish tank to cleaning tables, taking orders/payments and cooking. He used a translator device with every customer to explain how to eat the noodles. The soba noodles were 100% buckwheat, so gluten-free, as was the broth. He had an excellent understanding of gluten-free. The food was exceptional would recommend making a reservation, lots of people were turned away as it was full. Only 4 tables thar seat 2 people in the small restaurant.
Very good food, quiet and comfortable place. There are vegan and vegetarian options, but also a meat option and a fish option. Gluten-free food also specified on the menu.
They have vegetable drinks for coffee.
Highly recommended.

Excellent price-quality ratio. Nice choice of gluten-free and vegetarian dishes. Ultimately opted for a curry. Very thoughtfully, a large paper bib was ready. There were 6 jars of spices on the table that could give the dish extra flavor. Enjoyed lunch here.
As a gluten free diner I have been craving simple eggs on toast, and this place offered gluten free avocado on toast with poached eggs, so I ordered some and an orange juice. It’s was super basic and small. There was no seasoning or special flavours to the avocado, which for the $40 AUD I paid (shocking I know but I was craving badly) It was neatly presented, but would have expected some kind of elevated dish. I had to salt and pepper it myself just to get some flavour. The bread a quarter of the size of regular bread. The service was lovely.

After traveling in Japan and going to various sushi restaurants I have no doubt this has been the best. The quality of the fish and the cutting skills of the chef were astonishing, the fish melted in your mouth. I really recommend the squid sashimi, and the namida rolls.
The service was excellent, they were understanding of gluten free products (which is very rare) and overall admirably cordial.
We went early in the evening and the atmosphere was authentic and enjoyable.
The best restaurant I've tried in Japan.
Super-delicious ramen, gluten-free options, a fire show, and, above all, extremely friendly staff.

The restaurant is a teppanyaki place that we just happened to stumble on. We were the only ones there and had a private room. They were so friendly and accommodating. She said she had others ask and asked if she could keep the tamari packet so she could order some. They don't have a gluten free menu but are somewhat aware. The cooktop was extremely clean. We brought our own GF tamari and the chef used it to make our fried rice which was amazing! The vegetables and meat were only seasoned with salt, butter and the oil that he infused with fresh sliced garlic that he had crisped in first The Oomi wagyu sirloin from the Shiga prefecture was hand down the best we've ever had. The chef melted some of the steak fat to cook the meat to perfection. They even gave us a copy of the cow's birth certificate with nose print
