This is hands down the best pizza in Destin. We ordered delivery to our condo on the beach, it arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule and the driver was super nice and helpful. The pizza itself is amazing, we tried 5 different ones, Tuscan Chicken, Ranch Chicken, Combo, Pepperoni, and Ham. All were magnificent. They even have a very good gluten free crust if you need that. Top tier stuff.

Food was very good but the music and service was more of an issue. It is already very busy and very loud, and adding a live band was not a good idea. We had to shout to hear each other, the toddler I was with wouldn’t eat her food until the breaks in between songs due to her covering her ears cause the music was so loud. Server dropped one of our meals and it took another 15 minutes before it came back out. We had a gluten free meal that came out around 15 minutes after everyone else’s food. Wrong sides with some meals as well. But being next to the water and slightly outside has a nice vibe and atmosphere.

Went twice, two different dinners. Almost everything is GF, they have a disclaimer on CC, knowledgeable and instilled confidence when I asked questions and ordered.
First dinner I had popcorn shrimp and fried pickles. Delicious!
Went back on our last night for a blackened grouper sandwich on a Udi bun, with kettle cooked Bay chips. May have been my favorite meal. No issues after!

Felt a little rushed to order during our visit and didn’t specify how sensitive I am to cross contamination. Stopped our server to clarify and he reassured me. Ordered an NA strawberry daiquiri and he checked the ingredients and came back to confirm it is GF. I ordered the blackened grouper entree with twice baked potato and mandarin oranges. Service is amazing and food matches the exceptional level of service. Lots of options and some daily specials(We were there on a night they were offering 2 entrees from a preselected menu and wine for 2 for about $65). They have so many options, a gluten free menu, and lots of drink choices as well if you are not a wine drinker. HIGHLY recommend eating here if you are in the Destin/Ft. Walton area.

We had a wonderful dinner last night, Edit took wonderful care of us, very educated about gluten free options, as well as several other staff that stopped by to make sure we were taken care of. Due to having a gluten allergy, I was told I could order any of the sandwiches without a bun. I decided to be safe and go with the burger. On the menu it lists lettuce, tomato, and some other toppings. My burger came out as a slab of meat with melted cheese and nothing else (as seen in the picture). Add to that the fries that come with the meal are not gluten free. I was told I could substitute my side for something else but there would be a charge. They wanted to charge $8 to substitute the fries for mashed potatoes. Most restaurants when they offer a side that doesn’t meet an allergy, are kind enough to substitute it for no charge. Not this place. Add to that the waitress seemed put out with any questions asked. They were not very helpful. So, I had an overpriced extremely greasy burger patty and fries I couldn’t eat (because I wasn’t going to pay $8 for another side). I had to ask for lettuce and tomato that should have come with the burger.

We ate at Azul on our trip to Florida this week. The owner invited us in to try the restaurant and said if we didn't like the food it would be on the house. The food was amazing. Our group tried the Azul bowls with Mahi Mahi, shrimp tacos, and quesadillas. They accommodated our gluten-free needs for two in our group. It's so disappointing. After coming to Dewey Destin for 20+ years, they have changed the batter of their famous fried shrimp. It's what put them on the map. We found out that the owner has changed the recipe to make it gluten-free. The waitress told us that the staff and customers begged the owner to reverse the decision but to no avail. We won't be back.
