I’m from Tennessee, and this place is legit. I also have celiac disease, which makes dining out difficult. This place takes the stress out of dining, and Megan my server inspired confidence and knew how to help. She was warm and attentive and I couldn’t ask for more. Pork Chop with applesauce dip, alright!
If you have celiac or are gluten intolerant there are 2 gluten free options for crusts. They both start at 9". I had the margarita with plenty of cheese, and fresh basil.
Pizzas are made and baked from scratch so it takes a bit long but worth the wait. The menu has many other options too including vegetarian and calzones.

Fish and chips in Nevada? They may have been the best I’ve ever had and I live in Biloxi. The french fries were handcuffed with the skin still on And the dessert was vanilla ice cream with blood orange oil poured over it with whipped cream Oh my. Ambience is wonderful. tables are not too close together. It was a nice lunch.
And they had some gluten-free choices too.
Great food with gluten free options. Dine in is the way to go, portion sizes are better and when I ordered take out they gave me the wrong food.
Spicy basil chicken is king. Spice level 2 of 5 is enough to enjoy the meal and not regret tomorrow.
In-N-Out Burgers never disappoint. If you are looking to do a Gluten Free option, be sure and ask for your burger "protein style", basically you get it lettuce wrapped.
Traditional fare and attentive staff. One of the few restaurants offering gluten-free pasta. Plenty of parking. Exceptionally clean restrooms when we visited.
Great pizza! I have celiac disease and always have food anxiety when eating out - when I called the restaurant and asked about gluten-free options they double checked with the chefs while I was on the phone. Upon my arrival they scrubbed the counter and hands before preparing my pizza as we waited for our food the owner came out and talked to me further about how they try and make everything as safe as possible to make a gluten-free environment. Although, nothing is guaranteed, they do everything they can to ensure my safety. It was very nice to have the reassurance with my food as gluten is so damaging for me and creates a lot of food anxiety. I appreciate the care and thoughtfulness also the pizza was on point. I had the Mediterranean pizza with pesto sauce 😋 you won't be disappointed!
Great food! A bit pricey, but totally worth it. They focus on locally sourced ingredients
Staff is incredible. Chefs are willing to accommodate just about any dietary restrictions. My daughter is lactose and gluten sensitive, but was craving pizza. They made a lactose-free, gluten free pizza that was so good I ate half of it. Also, the absolute BEST Chiliquilies I have ever eaten! If you have never been, GO.
Delicious, genuine Malaysian food at an affordable price point. The atmosphere in a smoky casino and candor of the chef/owners made this restaurant our most interesting stop after the recent hail storm in Carson City! The chef/owners were extremely conscientious of any guest allergens and dietary restrictions, making it easy for any gluten-intolerant person to interact with their menu. :) You couldn’t find better service in a big city like Vegas!
First time visiting this place and we will be repeat customers! Professionalism 5 STARS! Service 5 STARS! Food 5 STARS! Everything was exceptional, not to mention we went on Valentine’s Day which is usually a very busy time… they still had the best of everything on a holiday! Highly recommend this place if you want to have an amazing meal and feel special while you’re there! Gluten free!? They have that too!! Thank you Cucina Lupo can’t wait to come back again! We traveled from Reno but there is nothing around here that compares. Molto Bene!
Good pizza, offers gluten free as well as regular crust. Great vegetarian one, red and garlic sauces offered. Wide variety of toppings. Friendly staff. Were able to accommodate our large group easily.
El Pollo Loco is a solid option. Their chicken is really tasty, and so is their avocado salsa. The rest of the food is pretty standard fare. Service has always been good at this location.
As far as gluten options, I think it is pretty safe, though I can't remember ever looking at the official allergens. I have had luck here
Bully's is one of a select number of sports bars in this region. It's a large space with more.big.screens than I could count. The menu is pure bar and grill style, big portions of burgers, piazzas, BB Que wings, salads gluten free options. A full bar with beers and wine.
This is one of my favorite places in Carson. The fish is always so fresh and awesome. I went in and they asked what kind of sauce i wanted and I told them it was up to them. They whipped my up this awesome chili house sauce combo that was just insanely good. Plus they are very knowledgeable about their food. My wife is gluten intolerant and I never have to worry about us going here because they always know exactly what’s going into the food. Love it.
Update!!!! Just went in last night and tried the fish tacos. I’m telling you right now, best fish tacos in Carson. No debate. The fish is perfect and crispy and actually filling. But the real star here is the slaw. It is a perfect combo with the fish and the balance is set with just a touch of vinegar coming through to make this possibly the best fish taco I’ve ever had. If you dig fish tacos, try these. You won’t be sorry.
I found this place about a month ago. The owner let me place a to go order a few minutes after closing since they hadn't closed the kitchen yet. It was so good I was back the next day for lunch! I now eat here about 4x a week. I am from the bay area, so I love Indian and all ethnic food. So excited to have an authentic local place.
When I first started coming, they were ironing out some kinks. So it makes sense that a lot of the poor reviews where when they first opened. The buffet is much better than when I first started coming!
My favorite dishes are the Chili Chicken (best I've had ANYWHERE) and the Malai Kofta which is a first for me. In the buffet, its only $10 for weekdays all you can eat and is delicious. It is a larger spread than when they first opened. The owner says as they get busier, they will be adding more items too. I love rating an indian restaurant based off of their chutneys, and theirs are superb. I'm very sensitive to being gluten free, and I have never gotten a contamination here. Everything but the naan bread and samosas are gluten free.
I love this restaurant so much. Super friendly, and feels like family. They can get really busy on weekend evenings, so I would call ahead for a reservation or expect a little wait at peek times.
NOT RELATED to the Indian Restaurant in Reno by the same name. I almost didn't come here because of it (I found Reno's food to be inedible.)
I have celiac disease and I won’t go anywhere else for sandwiches now! They’re always so careful! The gluten free sandwich bread is huge too, and they GF cookies! Absolutely love it here, The workers are wonderful as well!
Z Bistro is a small, friendly bistro with a warm atmosphere, very welcoming. The food is delicious, interesting home made fare very reasonably priced and one of the few places in town that cater for customers on a gluten free diet. I will definitely dine there again.
The owner was very helpful, I have celiac disease and cannot have gluten, he made sure that my food was gluten-free. It definitely made my "food anxiety" way less! And the food was excellent! I didn't have sushi but hopefully next time!
One of the few places to get gluten free crust AND dairy free cheese(celiac, lactose intolerant), my go to place for pizza, shame its so pricey but its totally worth!
