Food and ambiance were amazing. Our server was knowledgeable, unfortunately they do not have a dedicated fryer, so no Celiac safe chips or fried plantains. I got the birria arepa and all the sauces were gluten free. Would definitely eat here again.

This food is so outstanding that anyone (vegan or not) will love it. It’s great for people who are dairy free, gluten free, or egg free. Best items: hot buffalo tofu wings, chocolate chip coconut bars, gluten free/dairy free cupcakes and their full coffee shop!

As soon as we walked in and saw only 6-8 dining tables with mismatched chairs, we knew we were going to be in for a treat. This place is owned by a husband and wife team. He was working hard in the kitchen so we didn't get a chance to chat with him, but she was running front of house and was super friendly and personable. There's a few street parking spaces available directly in front of the restaurant, and some residential neighborhoods with plenty of street parking available (free and metered) within walking distance. Dang Good Foods is a serious Cleveland hidden gem. It's worth the trip for the roti prata alone. The menu perfectly describes it as a combination of naan and a croissant. It is perfectly flaky and chewy. It's served with a side of curry to dip it in, which was unbelievably flavorful and delicious. One bite and we were sold. This is the same curry served in other dishes on the menu, which I look forward to trying in the future. The deconstructed crab rangoon dip with fried wantons was also delicious. For an entree, I got the char bee hoon (stir fried rice noodles). I like a medium spiciness, but decided to try it at the baseline spice level of 1/10. The sauce was light and flavorful, not spicy at all. Next time I would try the 3/10 spice level. Dang Good Foods offers a lot of vegan and/or gluten free options, and many dishes can be altered to suit dietary needs. The pride flag hanging in the window was a great indicator that they are kind and welcoming to all. We hadn't even gotten our checks yet and I was already texting friends that they needed to come eat here. We will be back many times!

I ordered delivery. The gluten-free detroit style pizza was off the charts delicious! I've been diagnosed celiac for 20 years. So trying to find pizza out in the world is always hard. But I was desperate for comfort food after a long week of classes and far from my own kitchen. I knew I was flying home the following day, so I figured what the heck. I'm so glad I did. The dough was like biting into a cloud of deliciousness, topped with a simple yet bright red sauce. The mozzarella and provolone mix was well balanced as well. First time in ages I've had pepperoni too crispy and not super greasy. I added spinach and mushrooms to round it out. My first bite was heaven. The texture, mouth feel and flavor was a master class in cooking. I felt like I was back in Italy picking up a Sicilian slice from the street vendor. The salad was a little heavy with meat and cheese but the lettuce was some of the best I've had as well. I ate it by the handful and it was Devine. I've been in the food business low end to high end for 30 years. These folks are worth the expense if you want a clean and bright mouth filled delight! Run don't walk to get their pizza!
