The food was good and they were very gluten-free friendly. The servers were all very well versed in regard to allergies.
My gluten-free gnocchi and gluten-free tiramisu were wonderful.
So I booked a table and I arrived and I didn't wait. At least one thing. We took 2 spaghetti allo scoglio, one gluten-free, pasta a bit soft, muscles and mussels not of quality and not very fresh. I eat them often and if I say so, trust me. There wasn't even a shrimp or a lobster but only clams all closed among other things. Then muscles, squid and calamari that I don't even like. A very small 250 ml bottle of wine just 1 and a half glasses per person, I'm not exaggerating, a bottle of sparkling water, a gluten-free cheesecake + 1 coffee and nothing else. Total €58 seems a bit excessive to me. Around 10:45 pm I asked if it was possible to have mussels alla marinara as a second course and they told me that the kitchen didn't make them anymore because they had to close and among other things they didn't even give me a receipt. Thinking back I would have asked but I paid and wanted to go to the bathroom right away. What can I say, there are definitely better places and also as for the staff, I found a nice young guy but the others gave the impression of not being very friendly once I tried to chat with them inside. I went looking for a good quality/price ratio since they did gluten-free food. Now that I know what it's like, I would never go there again. €60 and we didn't even take any second courses but only two first courses, water, 1 wine, a dessert, not 2! A coffee and total €60.
We can assure you without any doubt that this is the place in question. One of the members of our group is celiac, which is why we chose where to go with extreme care; we would never dream of writing such a serious review without carefully checking that it was read by those directly involved.
Terrible place and absolutely not recommended, both for the quality of the service and for the total lack of friendliness. We firmly reiterate that we have been addressed with racist and discriminatory comments that are completely unacceptable: we have been called "sinti" in a derogatory tone.
And if you don't remember us, we invite you to consult the recordings of the cameras, given the threat against us after a complaint regarding the mixed fried food 😂😂😂😂
GF pizza was SO good, you have the choice of any of their regular pizzas (there’s like 50 to choose from). My partner enjoyed the regular crust :) and the staff were really nice!
A wonderful restaurant. The gluten-free focaccia and focaccia pizza were truly incredible. The waitress was very friendly and funny. Highly recommended.
Had lunch to celebrate my daughter's communion, 16 of us.
High quality food, excellent preparation and presentation, both for the 'sea' and the 'land'.
Quiet, well-set-up and "scenographic" environment.
Excellent service, great attention to customer needs (celiac person above all).
Exquisite owners, friendliness, availability and welcome well above the Ligurian average 😆
Adequate price and respectful of what has just been written: experience, professionalism and quality are certainly not free and you can't expect them to be.
We will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.
Environment without character but the food is very good, ok for food intolerances, gluten free both pasta and pizza. Generous servings. I advise the pizza chef to wear a clean t-shirt!!!!!!
Two evenings in a row. No problem with a baby. Gluten-free was no problem. The servers were very nice and friendly even though the place was completely packed. World-class pizza 😍

A beautiful little pizzeria in the mountains of Imperia city.
Extremely accommodating, and the pizzas were simply amazing.
The price/performance ratio was great.
Even though I hadn't pre-reserved a gluten-free option, they made one ready.
I'd be happy to come back!
English is spoken by the owner's (presumably) son. Otherwise, only Italian.
Local in the Porto Antico of Genoa with homemade pasta, also in the gluten-free version. The restaurant has some seats both in the internal rooms and at the tables outside. However, booking is recommended. I ate some excellent Trofie with octopus with Taggiasca olives and cherry tomatoes and a very good SG mixed fried food
Super as always, excellent Neapolitan-style pizza and top service, a guarantee in Chiavari!
Quality ingredients, variety of desserts and drinks. They have gluten free and lactose free. Advised

For celiacs, once informed by the restaurant staff, you will be guided, we recommend the homemade pasta made by the chef, everything was delicious, continue like this and develop your offer with Freeglutine by indicating it on the menu, the dishes with the small Freeglutine symbols , as found throughout Europe! Friendly and family atmosphere but a little noisy; long waiting times to eat when the restaurant is full, if you get a starter, count 2 hours for a meal.
What more could you want, a typical Genoese trattoria, on the sea, plentiful dishes, cheap price, and delicious food. They also do gluten-free. Friendly and kind staff.. everything was excellent.. from the starter to the dessert. A fantastic day.. we left there full and happy with the excellent food.. we will definitely be back..

Pizza of the highest level for all types of palates and also gluten-free dough.
Restaurant with always fresh high-quality products of the Neapolitan tradition.
Everything very good even the service despite it being Saturday fast and professional.
Pizzeria restaurant that prepares pizzas, first courses, second courses and desserts. There are numerous alternatives among the white pizzas and you can ask for gluten-free dough. The drinks cost only 50 cents more than water.
There are some tables inside, set up in a bright and modern environment. Other tables are set up under the gazebos in the parking lots in front of the restaurant, close to the roadway.
The waiters are not very coordinated with each other: the first person who assigned the table did not tell his colleague to clean up and set the table; at the end of the meal, no one came to ask if we wanted a dessert, a coffee or a liqueur.
We were passing through and ordered 2 gluten-free takeaway pizzas. Delicious and highly appreciated as they are thin, well filled and tasty. Often you find gluten-free dough that is thick, heavy, undercooked and therefore indigestible. And unlike other gluten-free pizzas, they are also good the next day.
Very good and well-seasoned pizza.
The gluten-free pizza is excellent, it is not a ready-made base, but kneaded by them.
Try the farinata.
Fresh and friendly service.
Very pleasant to eat in the outdoor square, but the spaces between the tables are a bit narrow.
Booking directly from Google Maps is fast and functional.
Unfortunately disappointing experience in this tavern. Young waiters, okay, but inexperienced; they brought the first courses before the appetizers, the wine arrived a quarter of an hour after the glasses, with the meal almost over. The gluten free option is appreciated, however there is a lack of vegan options (as a lactose intolerant I found milk and derivatives in almost all the fish-based dishes). Pleasant environment, in a basement room inside a historic building, dominated by an imposing vault. Average prices, but decidedly high considering the service. Poor wine list, with a poor choice of Ligurian wines, of which only one red can be ordered by the glass and this was absolutely not worth the price.
In the charming little square of Finalborgo there is this little place, small but with many outdoor seats, you choose the type of pasta and then the sauce, the prices vary... but the constant is that the dish is always abundant!
There is the possibility of having gluten-free pasta for celiacs.
The "Dalla Padella alla Brace" is a well-kept restaurant without attitude, which is why guests can eat there without being afraid of the threshold. We visited on April 23, 2025; a telephone reservation is recommended.
The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Italian and English are spoken.
The service is experienced and attentive. The guest is then asked whether they want the mineral water chilled or at room temperature.
The food, with some Ligurian specialties and products from local and regional "Slow Food Presidios", is absolutely fresh and of the best quality. Gluten-free dishes are indicated on the menu.
The wine list includes numerous Ligurian and other Italian wines. The advice is unobtrusive and professional, the prices are hospitable.
Overall a successful evening.
Highly recommended. The pizza is delicious and the staff is super friendly. Gluten-free pizza is also available. However, reservations are recommended on weekends.
Small spot with good gluten free pasta. Loved their fantasia al mare- perfect for two people to share. They had a packaged sliced bread option which was nice to dip in the oil.
What a gem! We would return to Levanto for this place alone. Really wonderful experience. Tasty and fresh and so many gluten free options. Highly recommend the Moby Dick sandwich, the classical toastie and the bruschetta. And the coffee was delicious too. Many thanks!
We have known the Donne del Vino association for a few years and given the positive experience of the previous time we decided to repeat the evening in Recco. The reference winery of the evening was Tenuta Carretta of the Miroglio family.
We ate two starters: a very good sea bass tartare and the excellent focaccia from Recco, all paired with Alta Langa.
First, pansotti with walnut sauce, while second, "Ciupin" (typical Ligurian fish soup) with Canorei.
To finish we tasted an excellent dark chocolate dessert combined with Carretta's Moscato d'Asti.
Super organized for gluten. Very good and kind Paola (and obviously all her staff!)
We had dinner here with friends, a really pleasant evening.
The incredibly fast service, the very tasty pizzas (full of selected quality food) were a bit reminiscent of Neapolitan pizza. My gluten-free dough was thin and with a low edge, really excellent and light (even though I chose a white pizza with 3 cherry tomatoes) this place is suitable for celiacs! I also ate the gluten-free dessert!
In short, a great gluten-free pizza!
We were all very satisfied!
The staff is kind and helpful
Correct quality-price ratio
We loved this place, it has the best glutenfree pizza we ever tasted - our daughter has celiac and we felt very well taken care of. Very kind and good service and really good food even for someone who needs to eat glutenfree (which is not the norm). Look at the pictures, you can see that the pizza dough does not look like concrete like we often see elsewhere. Can fully recommend.
This place has gluten free pasta which is hard to find in a smaller town. Note the gluten free pasta is not listed on the menu but they have it! Went here two nights in a row because the pesto was delicious! Also had a stuffed pasta with walnut cream sauce that was delicious.

We had a great experience here after looking for a long time for gluten free food. The gluten free pasta was delicious and they even brought out gluten free bread before the main dishes. A little overpriced for the portions but was worth it to finally find some gluten free pasta.
IL Portico in Orco Feglino Finale Ligure Savona ..via San Rocco 34 ..we are in the heart of the Finale hills in this beautiful place where you eat Ligurian dishes by candlelight, with vaulted ceilings in a rustic room with stone walls, here you can also order gluten-free and lactose-free foods, specifying your allergies in the reservation. Here you will also find a nice free car park, returning to lunch or dinner..the menu consists of 2 first courses, 4 starters of your choice, 2 second courses and desserts. The menu includes bottled wine...directly from the barrel, 1 bottle of water, and coffee, and there is also an excellent children's menu. On Tuesdays you can take part in a wonderful medieval dinner with dressed characters with medieval clothes waiting for you at the entrance and which will open the evening, taking you to a wonderful place, going back in time and something that cannot be missed and will leave you with an excellent memory. And then to continue the evening there is always excellent music on their beautiful terrace with an enchanting view.
