We went to this restaurant, primarily, because it offers gluten-free options, given that I have celiac disease.
In addition to a very nice environment and kind and knowledgeable staff regarding the cuisine and service of gluten-free products, we were able to enjoy some truly excellent dishes.

Quiet place... silent, not chaotic.. light background music.. very kind staff, typical or refined dishes and almost everything strictly gluten-free, if desired, including excellent pizzas. Indoor and outdoor tables... I highly recommend.. for a quiet evening, event or other..
I am a lactose intolerant and celiac girl from Veneto. My boyfriend's family from Lecce took me to eat here knowing about my allergies. I absolutely loved this place starting from the kindness of the staff. Furthermore, the choice of foods suited to my requests was really excellent, including local dishes that I personally love but are usually not possible to eat due to gluten. Everything is really excellent, I recommend everyone (especially people with celiac disease) to go here to eat.

The place identified via the AIC app turned out to be a very pleasant surprise thanks to the hospitality of the managers and the competence of the service provided. The quality of the gluten-free pizza is excellent. The pizza dough with conventional flours is superb. Special mention also to the dessert: almond and fig spumone. Not to be missed.
Wow, I had an amazing gluten free pasta here! When I tasted it I didn’t believe it was gluten free ⭐️ we had this cheese starter for which they had gluten free bread, this was delicious and the ravioli was also great. We really enjoyed the food here and it was a nice atmosphere :)

The athmosphere of this place is truly amazing. The owner could not do more to make our dinner here more pleasant. Homemade straciatella was superb. I here never tested a better one. Adding it to pasta made it really delicious. On top the offer is very flexible since my friend is gluten free the variety of choices, including gluten-free pasta and home made deserts with thiramisu. What can I say. Great place, unique fluids, and interesting food.

Restaurant focused on typical Salento cuisine that I frequented during my adolescence and that I try to try again every time I return to Salento.
Externally it may look like a building like the others, but internally it is a great restaurant, well looked after and rustic, with the possibility of, in the summer, also having a place in the garden, a great garden.
The staff is very kind and smiling and offers/suggests typical or seasonal dishes, especially to those who are trying this cuisine for the first time. Their mixed starter is fabulous and plentiful, a normal person would be full with that alone.
The other dishes are also all well made and plentiful and also have gluten free options.
The quality of the products is very good and the quality/price ratio is excellent.
So what can I say, absolutely worth trying.

We arrive late, without a reservation, they welcome us with a smile (the owner or manager) and say we'll seat you within 40 minutes if that's OK... they kept their word! TOP SERVICE... to be praised by Alessio, the ultra-correct waiter in communicating that he had to ask for gluten-free potatoes in the kitchen given that the stoves were all occupied by many orders and it would have taken a long time to wait. Excellent food, right portions and everything well cooked, from pasta to meat, ending with the exceptional pizzas!! They no longer had GLUTEN FREE pizza dough, they do this too! Let me start by saying that our table was a "complicated" one with a vegan, a vegetarian and a celiac. As a vegan I always start out disheartened and expect the classic pasta and grilled vegetables. Of course we can always do better, but I was pleasantly surprised. I appreciated the effort and I give 5 stars for the estimate.
Gluten-free option. The staff is extremely professional and demanding, constantly monitoring the wishes of the guests. The third time they already recognized and brought the gluten-free bread without asking. I have never once been sick from the food, even though I have celiac disease.
What was even nicer was that the chef came out to us every time to inquire about the quality of the food. It is also outstanding in terms of value for money, because you can eat high-quality food, accompanied by excellent service, at an affordable price. I can only recommend it, a sensational experience with sensational food.
What can I say, for being in Minervino, a small place where unfortunately there is not much capacity, it is one of the best trattorias in Puglia. Exceptional local food, all homemade. Abundant and multiple courses that leave you satisfied. Staff who make you feel like you are family, and they also have proposals for celiacs in case of allergies and intolerances. Indeed, it also has the Michelin guide seal for its gastronomic specialities. The price is really affordable for what they offer. The only flaw and bad luck I would say is that if you don't book at least two weeks in advance, maybe even three, you will always find it full. In 10 calls I made, I only managed to eat 1 time. A shame, but I fully understand how much this place is worth. I hope I can come next time. I highly recommend it.
I have now been a customer for over thirty years and I still remember when, as a child, the owner let me put the chair sideways to the wall of the wood-fired oven in winter to fall asleep in that warmth. Now the room has become much larger and has a vintage and creative decor that captures attention every time: historical photos, old peasant tools revisited, an ancient fireplace and a stove, plows and pitchforks (transformed into coats). Il piazzaiolo is an institution and makes delicious gluten-free pizza, fresh bread and traditional pucci. The meat is something unique and there is no shortage of homemade pittula and meatballs. The self-produced sausage is good, light and healthy. The house wine is always soft on the palate. Ancient atmosphere and dishes between traditional and modern, low prices compared to the quality of the products, always very clean environments and excellent service. If I've been going there for 30 years there must be a reason!
Fantastic experience. I ate one of the best first courses ever. Being gluten intolerant, they immediately satisfied my needs without sacrificing taste. I had excellent raw fish as a starter and as a first course I had spaghetti with lime with stracciatella, chopped pistachios and fresh raw prawns. The staff is very friendly and professional.
