I'll start by saying that we're not from the area, we looked for this place on the internet reading the reviews that fully reflect what they say. We were welcomed and served with extreme kindness, attention to serving gluten-free dishes and recommending the dishes. We couldn't read the menu in dialect but the owner translated and explained all the dishes to us! I recommend the courgette flowers and the very tender horse meat...not to mention the potatoes and mussels....linguine with sea urchins, a scent.... A place to return and recommend for celiacs and non-celiacs!

Came here because we saw some previous reviews said they offered gluten free pizzas. We arrived and they no longer do any pizzas but they do offer all the pasta dishes as gluten free. I ordered the seafood pasta and it was so good. Would recommend for gluten free and seafood!

The food was good here. My mother has coeliac disease and not only do they have gluten-free pasta and bread, but the chef prepared everything separately for her. A lovely surprise in a touristic area!

Dinner in the historic center. Super service, the Manager was competent, kind and helpful. We took two main courses, gluten free orecchiette with gluten free sandwich (no supplement). Two glasses of wine and booking with The Fork there was a 20% discount.

The waiter made a mistake ordering gluten-free pasta. Catastrophic for our child who has celiac disease (poor knowledge of the subject, I think). And we were told that the pasta contains 1% gluten. We left without eating (and fortunately without paying) with our child having eaten his pasta after numerous warnings about our child's illness. I still thank the waiter for his honesty about the communication error with the kitchen; it could have been worse if my daughter had finished her plate. The restaurant seems very good, however.

In this restaurant EVERYTHING is truly GOOD, from the "all good" starter which includes pieces of horse meat to GALACTICI sauce as well as the chef's original proposals. The light and well-leavened pizza allows alternative options with kamut or multi-grain dough and with particular attention to food intolerances. Options for celiacs are also available. If you are in Crispiano you absolutely must go to this restaurant. Super recommended!

We arrive late, without a reservation, they welcome us with a smile (the owner or manager) and say we'll seat you within 40 minutes if that's OK... they kept their word! TOP SERVICE... to be praised by Alessio, the ultra-correct waiter in communicating that he had to ask for gluten-free potatoes in the kitchen given that the stoves were all occupied by many orders and it would have taken a long time to wait. Excellent food, right portions and everything well cooked, from pasta to meat, ending with the exceptional pizzas!! They no longer had GLUTEN FREE pizza dough, they do this too! A stone's throw from home, having the possibility to choose between fish, meat or pizza, first or second courses and (essential for me having a celiac wife and daughter) delicious gluten-free options, accompanied by generous portions and impeccable and "honest" service is something more unique than rare. My only photos speak! They talk about a territory, they talk about wonderful people, they talk about an excellent raw material. We got purple prawns in salt, divine! Then from the catch of the day trolley a sea bream with crazy water accompanied in the sauce with mussels and clams, equally divine. People come here for those who love fresh, very fresh fish and I would also add for very smart young guys who are able to take you on a carousel of flavors from which you would never want to get off. I would add that they are also prepared for gluten-free. Chapau.

The best hands down. Refined dishes and with top quality ingredients. Abundant and tasty. Despite this, the best is the service. All the staff is super attentive to every need of the customers. There were 11 of us but they were able to customize the menu for all needs (lactose intolerant, no cheese, gluten intolerant etc..) Kind and knowledgeable about the product and the story. The only flaw is the gluten-free: it is listed among the restaurants where you can eat gluten-free, but in the end they only prepare pasta (two sizes). No appetizers and main courses. And those who go to dinner would like to be able to taste something more!

Last night we celebrated a graduation in this restaurant. Therefore, the appetizers were full of onion and garlic and were not appreciated by our guests; if it had been specified that the appetizers would contain a myriad of onion and garlic we could have agreed on something better and certainly more appreciated. Furthermore, we told the waiter during the estimate that we were afraid that a type of pasta would be too heavy in taste for the guests, he reassured us that the flavor would be delicate, which our guests also didn't like. From the estimate we had agreed that they would go through the baking dishes for a second round and that didn't happen. The second round of pasta would have been appreciated because, as I said before, one type of pasta was not liked so our guests would have appreciated receiving perhaps a second course of the first pasta which was very good. Nothing to take away from the second course, even if the chicken was perhaps a little too tough. When we arrived between the first and second courses, they removed the plate from which one of our friends was eating, this action was not appreciated at all. Furthermore, a girl with celiac disease and lactose intolerant received the sorbet with lactose, initially told it was lactose-free. Luckily the girl insisted because it seemed strange to her that there was no milk in the sorbet. All in all, the location was very appreciated and fresh. Too bad about the food because if it had been good it would have been perfect. EDIT to the owner's response: since I only received a response regarding the dishes I didn't like, do we want to talk about the fact that you delivered a dish with lactose? To err is human, but not at this level because people can feel bad about these mistakes. Too bad, that as you say, a diner must be able to explain the dishes and the ingredients that make up the dish. Even just for politeness, plates are not removed in front of people when they are still eating. However, the guests thank everyone for the compliment.

A place highly recommended by a family member of mine, we ate quite well, the dishes were very tasty and well seasoned I absolutely did not like the behavior of the owner who seemed to be doing us a favor, nor the fact that during the booking phase he had indicated to me that my celiac wife could easily eat a first course, which however did not happen, as the only first course the dish available for her was a seafood risotto which unfortunately could only be served if 2 people liked it. He had to eat a second course and a side dish Paid too much for what was eaten (60 euros total for a first course, a second course, a side dish and 2 glasses of wine) There's better

There were 4 of us at the end of August, we ate the chef's mixed starters, fish first courses and second courses, including fried fish and grilled fish. I must say everything was good, even for gluten-free we ate without any problems. The favorite dish was the spaghetti with fermented lemon. You pay the right amount considering that you are in the center of Polignano. Excellent service and clean restrooms.
