Visiting and saw it had good reviews. Would never go again. Waited around 15 min for a table, not bad at all, but the alarm was going off the whole time and was an annoying high pitched sound. Husband figured out it needed batteries and told someone one who just said “ahh ya ok” The salad with their house Italian dressing was OVER dressed, big clumps of shredded mozzarella, one pepperoni slice (not sure why). Flavor was just oily. My pasta, had to get gluten free, was poorly cooked. Noodles clumped together and hard couldn’t eat. Also order what was labeled spicy on the menu and no spice as all. Also claimed light tomato sauce.. not by a long shot. The waiter seemed to be overwhelmed with the tables he had and wasn’t bad but not the best we have had. Their deep fried ravioli was liked by my family, no complaints there. The atmosphere visually was cute but in the background they had explicit music playing. I was glad to have a louder family next to us so our kids didn’t hear it. Their pizza, from family point of view, had good sauce but so much cheese you might as well just eat a mozzarella ball. Basically could have choked on the amount. Others had fettuccine Alfredo, didn’t complain but wasn’t over the moon about it. Paid 103 for our family. Felt like a waste.

I rarely sit down and take the time to write a review, but I just had to stop and tell everyone about Red Bench Pizza. I’ve been a “Benchie” now for over 20 years, and I haven’t found a better pizza place! If you’re ready to upgrade your palate but still not break the bank, look no further! There is something for everyone here, whether it be pasta, salad, pizza, or dessert (you’ve GOTTA try the cannolis and the ricotta donut bites!) Red bench has unique options that can’t be found anywhere else. They have a great kids menu, to DIE for appetizers (can't go wrong with the Italian nachos!), and they even have gluten-free and cauliflower crust for those that have flour sensitivities. The cheeky menu sports one-of-a-kind pizzas with names like “ En Fuego”, a (spicy chicken favorite that you won’t want to miss), “No Meat, No Cry”, (not your typical veggie pie), and “Magic Kingdom”, (my personal fave) with exclusive toppings like parmesan roasted mushrooms, truffle oil, and garlic oil sauce. I like to pair their specialty pizzas with a nice glass of their Marciano Red house wine. The authentic Italian-style food is consistently good, and you can tell they use fresh ingredients. The open dining area allows you to see the employees prepare your food, and the lively atmosphere is perfect for a lunch date, date night, or a family outing. The customer service is above par for most Boise restaurants. This local gem is a must-stop for locals and tourists alike. A unique twist is the large mural of chef Jose Andres on the Kootenai side of the building, and the “Big Red Bench” out front for photo ops! Close to downtown, Boise State University, the airport, and sitting at the heart of Boise’s iconic Bench neighborhood, Red Bench Pizza is a win-win for all you hungry Boise Benchers!

Went for lunch on a friday, there were a few other people there but plenty of open tables. The server was very polite, the food was delicious and the server offered boxes to everyone as there was too much food. I was a bit surprised at the size of the surcharge for gluten free thin crust ($6.50!) but it was delicious.

I have been to Radicci's once. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The staff was gluten aware. The food was delicious. I had a half wedge salad which was a good size and just the right amount of toppings. I ordered the gluten free pasta shrimp scampi. It was delicious and I enjoyed the hint of lemon in the dish. If you're not a fan of lemon, I'm not sure if this dish is for you, since the lemon accent is there, but I didn't find it overpowering. I thought it was a nice refreshing touch. I appreciated that there is a note of caution on their menu that states possible cross contamination as gluten free items are cooked in the same kitchen as gluten items. So for those more sensitive to cross contamination, FYI. I did not have any issues. If I lived in Couer d'Alene I would go back. Atmosphere was nice but the acoustics made conversation difficult for larger parties. I added pictures of the wedge salad and shrimp scampi I ordered along with the flatbread and calamari that others in my party ordered. The brown sauce for the calamari is worth trying. Lastly, the gluten free pasta was still good the next day!

I came to Luciano’s for my mom’s birthday dinner. We were there about 1 hour before they close which I was worried about but they treated us so good! First? Arturo was our waiter and he was quick, kind, so personable and super happy. He didn’t skip a beat. I might even put him on top 5 best servers I have ever had. The food was 10/10. The cannolis are absolutely insane and they are gluten free!! My fav Italian restaurant in Idaho.

It was decent pizza but not for the cost of it. Me and my girlfriend and I have tried many gluten-free pizzas, and this one is far from being great. It isn't dry like many gluten-free free crusts are, would not go back.

We started with the Artichoke Heart Francaise, which was a revelation of flavor. The burrata was an extra treat next to the tender artichoke, which was perfectly prepared. Each bite melted in our mouths, leaving us craving more. For our main course’s, we indulged in a variety of dishes. My in-laws both had the Cioppino, which was a seafood lover’s dream. It was bursting with fresh flavors from the ocean, featuring a very generous mix of mussels, scallops, shrimp, clams and calamari in a fragrant, tomato-based broth. It is a generous serving - hearty yet refined, with just the right balance of spice and acidity. My husband couldn’t stop raving about The Penne alla Panna with Sausage. The creamy, velvety sauce clung to the perfectly cooked pasta, and the sausage added a savory depth that elevated the dish to pure comfort-food bliss. The dish was a very generous portion. My husband is thrilled he gets to eat his leftovers today! Being gluten intolerant with an onion allergy is usually a challenge. However, what set the evening apart was the personal touch from the incredibly talented chef, who curated a special gluten-free scallops dish just for me. The seared scallops were absolute perfection - caramelized on the outside, tender and buttery on the inside - paired with a medley of mushrooms that added an earthy, umami richness. It was a dish crafted with thoughtfulness and care, showcasing the chef’s dedication to accommodating all guests without compromising on flavor or presentation. Beyond the food, the service was impeccable. The chef himself checked in throughout the evening, ensuring every detail was just right and making us feel like honored guests in his kitchen. This level of hospitality made the evening all the more special. Arlo’s Restaurante isn’t just a place to eat, it’s a place to experience. Absolute best restaurant for food allergies…especially the fact that they specialize in pasta and cheese. I can no longer have gluten or dairy items and these guys all go above and beyond to make sure nothing is cross-contaminated. Having food allergies makes social life so difficult but I have been here twice with my family and both times was treated so well. Most restaurants don’t care and will just use cross-contamination as an excuse instead of actually caring about their customers lives. Thank you Olive Garden!♥️👏🏻

Must be under new management. Ordered chicken parm for 19 dollars. And got a piece of chicken with grated paremesean on it. Never had a chicken parm like that before. It was put over spaghetti which wasn't to special and made the chicken soggy. Food took over 30 minutes to get in a not packed dining room. I use to love going to gambinos but I won't be going anymore. They make sure to let you know there's a 4% card fee with the signs on every table. You don't need to tell people almost every place does it. The only upside to gambinos is the gluten free (celiac friendly) options that my girlfriend could have. I use to praise gambinos for being the best place for dinner in town. Not anymore. Disappointed.

Tried the salad bar today, enjoyed the options, very hard to serve yourself over that glass, its a very awkward reach. Was disappointed by the bland breadsticks. Ordered the chicken bacon wrap and it had great flavor and was juicy. Would really like to see pizza buy the slice and more gluten free options for people with Celiac Disease. The one thing that has ALWAYS been an issue is the service. It takes eons to get any food, apps, to-go orders etc.....

The Gluten Free Carbonara was exceptional! The GF spaghetti was delicious, probably some of the best GF noodles I’ve ever had. We also tried the burrata and prosciutto appy. Did not disappoint. Will go again for a romantic date night, or a Wednesday night, whichever comes first!
