AIC certified restaurant and pizzeria with attentive staff.
All dishes are available gluten-free and there is a good quality-price ratio. No frozen bases are used, which shows the experience and care behind each dish.
You can dine in the shaded outdoor terrace or inside the building, cooled by fans and air conditioning.
Gluten-free pizza light and very very tasty, so much so that while eating it I asked myself several times if it was actually gluten-free!
4/5 stars for the service due to the 40 minute wait for the gluten-free pizza because the pizza chef was very busy (also due to take-out orders), which however was announced to us when ordering.
Really delicious and cheap pizzas (considering the usual prices for gluten-free)!
Very good and pleasant experience!

Pizzeria restaurant on the outskirts of Sirmione. Also gluten-free.. excellent cuisine and pizza.
Environment with limited seating so better to book to get a
Seat.
Very nice and friendly staff.
Absolutely recommended yes
Jede Pizza glutenfrei möglich. Eigener Pizzaofen für glutenfreie Pizzen. Geschmacklich merkt man keinen Unterschied. Beste glutenfreie Pizza die wir je hatten.
Paradise for those who are intolerant to gluten and lactose, but also excellent for those who, lucky for them, are "normal". Huge selection of pizzas and doughs, plenty of toppings and reasonable prices. A tip? La Gonzaga, also prepared with lactose-free mozzarella. Efficient and friendly staff. We will definitely be back.
Gluten-free dough could be improved but they were very knowledgeable on the subject. Excellent table service (it was a boy). The menu specifies that separate bills are not made but at the cash register (there was a girl) I asked if it was possible, for work reasons, to have a separate bill just for me not for each person and I was told, arrogantly, that I should have asked before because the receipt was already pre-set. I asked as soon as I arrived at the cash register so I don't understand how sooner I should have asked. He certainly didn't want to cancel at the cash register and reply because we hadn't paid yet
I won't go back
June 2025
A dream for people with celiac disease.
First of all, the service is simply fantastic, so many lovely people, they certainly don't skimp on friendliness here 🫶 you immediately feel welcome, even our sweet daughter was flirted with lovingly 😀
There was so much to choose from that we ordered everything from sweet to savory, lots of little treats to try as much as possible, everything was delicious 😋 and to finish off, we had a waffle with fruit ❤️
They have such great brands there, too. Even though the car is full, I managed to persuade my husband to buy some pasta and cookies 🫶
There's only one flaw here: why isn't there a shop like this in Ebersberg 😞 then I would definitely become a regular customer.
Good value for money, the horse steak was excellent. An important note: THIS IS NO LONGER A GLUTEN-FREE RESTAURANT.
It is right to specify this given that several reviews, until the beginning of 2023, suggest it as suitable for celiacs. (Unfortunately) the menu no longer has anything gluten-free, besides meat.
I can't help but give 5 stars
Unfortunately for health reasons I find myself having to follow a gluten-free diet
In this place I found first of all super kind and helpful staff and then, very importantly, I found many gluten-free products that were really very, very good
If you are celiac or have intolerances this place is for you....
We have been there several times for breakfast but I will definitely try it sooner or later for lunch too
Gluten-free pizza very heavy, I had the feeling it was fried, too high. I couldn't finish the last 4 slices (half pizza). My partner had a traditional round pizza ciclone 2.0 white, raw ham, pistachios and stracciatella... The flavors didn't match, the center of the dough was so thin it was absent while the edge was very high. Stringy dough (for €16).
★★★★★ – Great pizza & superb service!
The pizza was truly delicious – especially if you like the thicker, American style. My wife had a gluten-free pizza with homemade dough (or so it seemed) – it tasted amazing! The service was very friendly and attentive. We'll be back!
As far as I'm concerned, this place is the place where you can eat, without any exaggeration, the best pizza in the whole province of Brescia. Top dough, both normal and whole wheat (they also have gluten-free dough). Raw materials of the highest quality. Pizzas topped with care and abundantly. The cuisine is also good. The dining room staff is always attentive to the needs of the guests. The owners are kind but above all extremely humble: all three actively work inside the place between the cash register, dining room, pizzeria, oven and ice cream shop.
Location penalized by the presence of a service station in the immediate vicinity but the rooms, both internal and external, have been made comfortable to dine in complete tranquility.
In conclusion, a restaurant/pizzeria absolutely recommended.
A real gem for those with intolerances or following a specific diet: this ice cream shop only offers gluten-free and lactose-free products, but the taste is 10 out of 10! The ice cream is creamy, rich and really good, on par (if not better) than “traditional” ice cream shops.
Every flavor is taken care of down to the smallest details and you can feel the authentic passion they put into it. The attention to ingredients and food safety is very high, but without raising the prices: honest and accessible, which is rare in this type of proposal.
Very kind staff, always ready to explain and advise with a smile. A place where you gladly return, not only for the ice cream, but for the positive energy it transmits.
Highly recommended even for those without intolerances: the taste speaks for itself! Not to mention the cakes... WONDERFUL.
Bravi, Bravi and bravo again!!
Entering the Bracere is like being at home, the staff is helpful, kind and very attentive to the customer's needs. The environment is very beautiful, elegant, refined and with attention to the smallest detail. The menu is complete with everything, celiac, vegan, meat and fish, all very good. Highly recommended to everyone.
I visited this place with my husband... his first fish dish was exquisite... but my pizza was nothing special... sober interior; exterior with lake view; a second exterior at the back of the restaurant; cleanliness and order. A tip: be able to include desserts/foods without lactose/gluten, given the influx of tourists and the continuous increase in intolerances among the population
Excellent AIC certified restaurant... Family run creating a very comfortable environment with super friendly and very attentive staff... As soon as you arrive (Sunday lunch), you are served a small glass of non-alcoholic house aperitif (free). While we read the very extensive menu with and without gluten, we order some chips which arrive IMMEDIATELY.... As per the photo, super gluten-free pizza, penne with salmon and "homemade" Sorrento-style gnocchi, both really good first courses accompanied with delicious bruschetta offered by the house. Tiramisu and lemon sorbet are also excellent. VERY GOOD food with ok prices.... We will be back soon...👍👍
The best pizza in Brescia by far, for the gluten-free part I would say exceptional, tasty, it remains very light and remains very soft, compliments to the whole team, very welcoming staff and environment, easy to reach both by car and on foot for those who live in the city.
Highly recommended!!!
Exceptional gluten-free and well-filled pizza, exquisite and kind staff. I was a little down about my own business and eating your delicious pizza cheered me up! Thank you
A must stop when passing through the area! Gluten free pizza really differs a lot, it's simply special; even the Nutella one. Very good and attentive, lots of Gluten free desserts made by them.
Excellent. Local in Montichiari.
We have dined several times and the pizzas and meals are very good and at fair prices.
They also pay attention to celiacs with a dedicated menu.
Clean and welcoming place.
The only flaw in my opinion is the staff, who are very attentive and kind, should leave a wider margin to customers: as soon as you put down your fork they take away the dishes even when the place is not too crowded.
Dinner can and should be a moment of relaxation.
For the rest everything is perfect.

Today, our family had a great spot right by the water for lunch. They had gluten-free pasta, which tasted delicious. The portion size was more than enough for us. The quality of the meat and the dessert were also excellent. The service was friendly; we would go again.
A very nice place to eat. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the online reservation, but we still managed to get a nice spot by the water for the two of us. The service was friendly, but everything was a bit hectic, and we felt like we were being asked to vacate the table quickly after the meal. The food was delicious, and there were even options for people with gluten intolerances.
Good place in the city centre for a quick bite. Gluten free lavash available. The waiter was knowledgeable and offered a variety of gluten free options. Also warned for contamination. Gluten free lavash was a few euros extra.
This is not a review of the cuisine (as we did not have dinner here) but of the customer management method. They don't take telephone reservations after 7.30pm and when we arrive on site they tell us that the waiting list is full with availability from 10pm. Being in the Italian Celiac Association circuit they should know about the difficulties for a celiac to find a gluten-free meal . Instead we received a very dismissive response from the owner who takes care of reservations... too bad, I don't think I will be encouraged to return on other occasions
Unfortunately, bad experience with gluten-free pizza, the dough was completely raw and therefore inedible. I also advise against it because you could already see it from the edge, a pizza like this shouldn't have been delivered!
Pizza dough with coal, cereals, whole wheat, gluten free, with a high edge, gourmet pizza and much more. It is a pizzeria that I recommend to everyone.
One of the best restaurants I've ever eaten at, the atmosphere is fantastic, the music, the air, the smell... They also have a celiac menu, and they pay great attention to details. As for the pizzas, nothing to say, excellent. As soon as you see the menu you understand everything. I'll be back.
Great bruschetteria for a tasty meal. We ate some great bruschetta with red shrimp and carbonara. Fair prices. Friendly staff and fast service. They also have vegan and gluten-free options. Also pet-friendly.
A few steps from the Vittoriale, this delightful place offers typical Roman dishes also available in a gluten-free version. Excellent and refined environment, very friendly manager but above all very very interesting dishes. The cacio e pepe I ordered was among the best I've ever tried, even directly in its Roman homeland. Wide selection of wines and exquisite dessert list. I would say that this Roman culinary proposal in Gardone Riviera is of absolute interest! We'll be back!
