Went in tonight for our anniversary! Have always done takeout never actually dined in but tonight we were going to do it! They seemed short-staffed but no big deal. We had plenty of time. I didn't know they had gluten-free options and I was super excited! No one told me they're the only way gluten-free comes out is burnt. So we went up to the counter and let him know. Hey, this doesn't taste very good. Everything's burned on it and we proceeded to get yelled at and told us the only way to get it gluten-free is burnt. My recommendation is if you don't want a burnt pizza, don't order gluten free. And if you want to get your issue resolved, don't talk to the gal in the back making the pizza with the curly red hair cuz she's just going to yell at you and tell you the only way to get it is burnt. I was super upset. It was supposed to be a special night. I was super excited about the special of the month pizza because it sounded yummy. The whole experience was horrible. Ruined our whole special date night anniversary. And I'm just floored that she continued to yell at me and all's I wanted was the opportunity to get a pizza that wasn't burnt. And at that point I just asked a refund. Super disappointed with the customer service at this point. I love their Pizza but you better believe I'll never be back. I don't care how good their pizza normally is. Just don't order the gluten-free option!
Had a couple of pizzas delivered including a gluten free/dairy free pizza and it was all so good! Very impressed with the quality of food and the kindness of the driver as well.

Out of all the local ice cream joints in the area, we’ve found Stella’s to be the best. They have Gluten and Dairy free options which accommodate most groups and allergies. Reward systems also make brand loyalty an easy choice.
Ok this sounds weird but the Veggie pizza I had was awesome. It was filling and the veggies were fresh. 4 stars because the Hawaiian pizza was just meh. I expected it to be like the veggie with fresh pineapple, not canned. But the other pizza was really good and my friend had gluten free white cloud gave it 5 stars. Bring that Hawaiian up to par with the rest please 🙏
It was great!! Only problem I had was that their fries were batter dipped and not gluten free and tater tots had a shared fryer so I couldn't eat either. The food tasted so great!!!
Very polite and thoughtful. The gluten free menu is plentiful and the buns were delicious. Immediately asked if I was in the service and gave me the military discount. I greatly appreciated the service.
Very knowledgeable staff about gluten-free and celiac. The food is a little on the expensive side, but it tastes excellent. The building a repurposed location. The bar area has a lot of windows to see over the area. Give this place a chance, especially if you want to treat someone to a fine meal.
Would totally eat here again. The cheesy fries are amazing, my husband had a baked potato soup, the steak and chicken combo was good, the shrimp was awesome and they have a GLUTEN FREE BROWNIE SUNDAE that I dream about. Flavors of everything were great and we will be dining in again.
This place is amazing! Has very tasty food! My daughter and I had to go gluten free and they offer yummy gluten free options! The gluten free bread is very tasty (which is hard to find good gluten free bread). We will definitely eat here more often!

That pizza was gr-r-reat as tony tiger once said. For pizza options their is meat lovers, cheese, veggie pizza, and even a gluten free pride pizza. You can order it as a 7 inch, 9 inch and 16 inch pizza's. Not only is their pizza great their salad is also pretty good. You can customize youre salad at the salad bar. Plus, they have a really good sandwiches.
Definitely best breakfast we have ever had. The gluten free protein waffle was delicious as well as the crispy bacon and hash browns. Latte, French toast, and chicken fried steak was amazing. Can’t wait to return. Great service too.
This place is amazing. Yes, it is like Grandma's house. I absolutely loved my grandma's house and enjoyed every bit of feeling like I'd stepped back in time.
The food was fabulous. I had the French Dip. My table mate and friend had the quiche, and yes, I had a bite. The soup was tried. The crunchy chicken on a crossiant was ordered and devoured. The lemon cake was had a tried, oh yum. I got a cinnamon roll to go, which, by the way, 6 of us had a taste, and of course, I need another 1. We had 14 ladies with no complaints.
With 14 ladies, this place was amazingly efficient. We had 1 waitress, and I'm so sorry I didn't ask her name to say thank you for such incredible service. We will definitely be going back!!!
Update 11/2/2024
Fabulous as always. 4 of us this time tried 3 different teas all, so good. Ginger Peach, Huckleberry, and another. I had the potato soup and Asian salad, my friend had the chicken salad on a bed of lettuce, another friend had the Ceasar wrap, and my daughter had a gluten-free sandwich and salad. My friend also got the scoop of gelato with a shot of espresso. Wow. Amazing. The service is always wonderful. We will be back again.
If you think you are ordering gluten free, be careful. They threw gluten free pasta into the gluten pot and cooked it together in the same water. We saw a gluten pasta inside the gluten free one, thankfully we noticed in time, my daughter can get very sick if she gets any gluten.
We’ve ordered from this location a number of times. The food is always good, the delivery is always prompt, and the drivers are always kind. They also have really good gluten free pizza. :)
When Longboards first opened, they were amazing. I have a gluten allergy, and appreciated their attention to it. We visited in October at lunch. All my co-workers received their pizzas, and I never got mine. The servers ended up giving mine to another table. I got a refund as our lunch hour was just about over. My husband and I decided to visit last month. My crust was black. We went back this past Friday, and the young gal brought me my pizza and said sorry, its a little crispy. It was black. I paid $42.40 for 2 pizzas. That pizza should never have left the kitchen. After receiving 2 burned pizzas, we won't be back.
It's like In and Out...but tastier. I have recently come down with celiac (wheat allergy), dary allergy and intolerant to preserves ... Freddie's is one of very few places that I can eat out that doesn't bother my extremely sensitive gut... Thanks 👍
Cool place! Very friendly staff my first time in. Taking food to go! Can’t wait to try it! Love that they call out of celiac orders and take precautions for that!
I didn’t try any of the pastries, but I was thrilled to see that there was a gluten free cookie option! The coffee was smooth and rich, delicious and I was happy that they also have oat milk! The atmosphere was very peaceful. I look forward to meeting friends here and enjoying another cup soon.
I love their food. My only problem is due to lack space for customers, which they can't change so I can't blame them. If you come in at a busy time, it doesn't take long to get seated, but the wait for food was a little annoying. But the employees were working hard to get the food made, and get people seated, and they were always very well mannered and had a smile on their faces. I definitely recommend coming here, it has a good environment, great service and great food! Also they have really food Gluten free options which is a huge plus!👍
Super bummed to find out they discriminate against those with gluten issues. Tuesday special will discount large and family size for $12 and $15 respectively but said that I must pay $20 for the medium gluten free and that they could Not sell me the smaller gluten free pizza for the cost of the Tuesday large or family sized pizza when I asked. What a bummer.
This place is wonderful. Staff is fantastic. We have been here when we had to wait. Today we didn't. But it is worth the wait. We are gluten free and serve the Best French toast.
The amount of times I drive all the way to any location and they are all out of gluten free bread is wild. Like .. are the employees not ordering properly or ? Can you fix this issue ? I will have to start calling first now everytime.
I would not recommend to go here with children, they are not accommodating and are rude. Food was great and the barista was friendly. Management is rude and won't take accountability for it.
On 2.11.25, we had made reservations with another local mom/pop shop that had forgotten we were going to arrive during normally closed business hours. This was going to be a tea/valentine's day celebration. She ended up calling to re-arrange, but at the time we had already gone to Flying M around 11:30 AM. A group member suggested Flying M because she had been a customer previously. When we arrived at Flying M, we had each ordered food/drinks for our group (4 adults + 5 children). We also had a tray of gluten free muffins that we had brought with us inside. Then, we all headed upstairs to have our snacks. At one point, a woman came partly up the stairs and glared at our children then, walked back down the stairs. The adults in our group noticed the glare and we discussed how we didn't know why she would do that. We wondered if she was a customer or an employee. About 10 minutes later a gentleman came up letting us know that our footsteps and voices were echoing loudly in the building asking us to have the kids be quieter. While we were in the middle of getting things wrapped up, approx. 2 minutes after the gentleman came up, the same lady that glared at us came back upstairs. She told us that we need to be mindful of the customers below and that they are studying. She requested to have our children stay seated. She also said that there is no outside food allowed (referring to our gluten free muffins). We said we would try our hardest to keep our toddlers seated, but that it is difficult. Essentially the conversation ended and we left shortly afterwards at 12 PM. Before leaving, we asked one of the baristas at the counter if there was a complaint about us. He said no and he also identified the woman who glared and talked to us as Liz.
This is my second time with this restaurant. The first time was takeout, and this evening was in restaurant.
They have really good prices, and good vegan/vegetarian/ and some gluten free options.
I like the vegetable roll, and my husband likes the crispy chicken and fried rice.
The staff was very friendly, & the place was clean!
Each time I've visited this place I've gotten the most friendly service. Smiles and polite service. I am wheat sensitive and was quite pleased to learn that they offer a gluten free bun for any burger you order. They're burgers are made to order and cooked perfectly. The fries are crispy and rather tasty. They are a bit salty but still very good. I've also tried a couple of their shakes. Very yummy and those can be custom made as well since they offer a wide variety of flavors and mix ins. I hope this burger place stays busy for as long as possible because I do feel they are one of the best in the Nampa area.
UPDATE: I did delivery a few days ago and it’s not the same gluten free crust at all. It tastes like the same pre-made crust you’d get at Dominos, but 3x more expensive.
I did delivery tonight as I recently learned they have gluten free crust. It is amazing and does not have the borderline cardboard taste most gluten free crusts have and actually tastes like it’s made in house. Further, the delivery was very prompt and well within the allotted hour wait time. The young lady who delivered (Christy? I didn’t get a clear look at her shirt) was very friendly and bubbly.
But that gluten free crust, ya’ll😋
¡Me encanta Calle! The owner and her team are kind and friendly. The food is delicious, the ceviche con mango is my go-to...so flavorful! I also appreciate the transparency with ingredients on their menu (vegan & gluten-free options!). Bilingual karaoke on Thursday nights is a fun, low-pressure blast. Calle is a super chill vibe to hang out with friends & family. Definitely worth the drive from Boise each time.
I was at the at the Caldwell Blvd Nampa Papa Murphy's today and got excellent service by a gal named Lily Forrest. I ordered a Gluten Free Mediterranean Herb Chicken pizza. Her customer service skills were excellent. I asked her to change gloves because of my gluten issues. She not only changed her gloves, she consciously made every effort to not cross contaminate my gluten free pizza. She was friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to make my gluten pizza!
A message to her manager: You don't find many good workers like her anymore. Do whatever you have too to keep her as a employee of yours! If I owned a business I would hire her in a heart beat!
The food is wonderful and fresh, the atmosphere is relaxing, the staff are authentic and it's my favorite place to eat. I easily eat gluten free simply by substituting the noodles with bean sprouts.
