Love the patience and genuine friendliness of the staff, and the food was good! You can tell thought was put into texture and taste. Nice and casual spot for your omnis, vegetarians, vegans, and gluten abstaining besties.
Overall, the atmosphere is fairly nice with very kind and friendly wait staff. True Food Kitchen has a well rounded menu with accommodates for vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan with clearly labled dishes for such. Additionally, the flavor profile is fairly diverse so if you are vegan like me, you will not be restricted to a single option and have a few choices to make.
Delicious Korean fusion spot, with a great gluten free selection. Staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and guiding me to both gluten free and dairy free options (the latter not too hard in Asian cuisine).
The portions are large and an appetizer and main dish some could be shared amongst friends depending on how hungry you are.
Food was amazing as always! Cheesy Naan and cream cheese stuffed jalapeno Naan š± amazing š. Very delicious and has tons of gluten free and vegetarian options. Korma and Tikka were super yummy.
The cashier was forced to watch me be indecisive for 10 minutes about what I wanted to order. Did it with a smile. Now thatās service.
Probably gonna fill up my bathtub with that gluten free Mac and cheese.
I'm gluten free and the fact that the have gluten free dumplings?!?!!! Game over. The dumplings are so light and delicate and delicious. I've gotten I think all of the gluten free ones at different times? And they are all amazing. Big fan of their spicy chili oil and their bacon fried rice too! If you're feeling spicy, get the Le Hot - their spicy cocktail. Not too spicy and perfectly balanced!
Love this place! The owner is Italian and I love the food and ambiance of the place. They have really yummy gluten free pizza that I love!!
I've also had their pasta frequently and the cacio e pepe is amazing!
Everything was fantastic! Our server Aaron was super attentive and patient with us as we made our wine and meal selections. He also made sure to be mindful of my gluten allergy. The watermelon feta appetizer was refreshing with a mild chile kick which was an unexpected and delightful surprise. The grouper entree and lamb skewer were perfectly seasoned with delicious, nuanced flavors. Canāt recommend this restaurant enough!
Yndira was our server and our service was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with the menu. The burger was delicious and had a gluten free bun option which was also very good. Definitely recommend.

Our server, Robert, had a wonderful sense of humor and took wonderful care of us. He was very knowledgeable about gluten free options on the menu and was very timely to our request.
An excellent dining experience with exceptional food and cocktails. The service was outstanding, specifically from Key who I will always be dining with in the future. The restaurant was very allergy friendly and careful with my gluten free options. Would highly recommend.
Farm fresh good quality food! We had the
Chefās bbq beef bowl - 8 out of 10
Chefās curry salmon - 9 out of 10
Thai coconut chicken salad - 9 out of 10
Basil chicken sandwich- 8 out of 10
Best of all kids get free meal, with every adult meal.
They have gluten free cookies.
Highly recommend this place
I ordered two gluten free tacos both came out to be on flour tortillas but I didn't realize until after I had a bite and now I'm having a really bad reaction to it. I will not be going there again!
Our first time trying Venezuelan food, and it was a home run! We were drawn to Four Brothers for their great selection of gluten-free options and the convenient location right across from our hotel. Looking for a light lunch, we both went with the Chefās Choice Chicken Avocado Salad Arepasāabsolutely delicious! The spices were flavorful without being overly spicy, a perfect 10. I also had a refreshing mango juice that paired perfectly with the meal. Definitely a new favorite and a must-visit spot next time weāre in Austin!
In town for SXSWEDU and ate lunch at Austin Taco project for 3 of the 4 days I was in town! The food was great and despite it being ridiculously busy during the conference, the service was pretty good. They also have really good gluten free options.
False advertising, beware if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions. They have a menu item called "vegan sandwich," which is advertised as a beyond patty with condiments on a potato roll. There's the option to sub gluten free bread.
I am both lactose intolerant and vegan, and I know potato rolls typically have milk in them. I asked the employee about the potato rolls and if the sandwich was actually vegan, and he said yes it was. I requested to view the potato roll packaging to confirm, just to make myself feel better.
He brings out the rolls and they are Martin's potato rolls, which are NOT vegan/dairy free- they have milk in them. I told the employee this and he shrugged it off. I then asked to see the gluten free bread to see if I could eat that. He brings out the packaging and it also has milk product in it.
This is both false and dangerous advertising. If someone has a severe dairy allergy and ate this sandwich because it's advertised as dairy free, they would be in trouble. This is simply irresponsible and unethical of this food truck.
I love these burgers! Iām not vegan but I donāt eat beef or dairy so I eat vegan burgers a lot and these are some of the best ones Iāve had. I like the classic burger (with vegan cheese!!! š„°) and all the shakes Iāve tried so far. They can do gluten free, dairy free, nut free, soy free and everything is vegan. Some of the burgers do have almonds so make sure you ask questions and let them know your allergies but they were very helpful working with mine.
Excellent! I am gluten free and ate the Aloha Burger on a GF bun. It was the best burger Iāve had in recent memory. The mock tails are yum too! If you are GF the staff is knowledgeable about the food, especially the tall bearded server (who went to culinary school - wish I remembered his name). Best music playlist and comfortable seating. I wanted to go back the next day!
An INSTANT go to -- great price to quality ratio, amazing taste, broad menu, and extensive gluten free options. Food and service were both quick and excellent. Easiest 5 star in awhile.
Really enjoyed our experience here! Booked a reservation online and were seated on time. Atmosphere was lively and the restaurant is gorgeous. Our server was extremely kind and helpful, I have a gluten allergy and the menu has GF markers (love!!) but she was also very knowledgeable on gluten free options. I had the salmon, the components of the meal seem simple but it was done perfectly and I loved every bite. We also had amazing espresso martinis as a night cap and watched the sunset through the buildings. Dinner was pricey and drinks $20 each but worth it as a fun date night. Would highly recommend!
This place is awesome! We are in town from KC and had a great experience. Iām gluten free and dairy free and Brian was so helpful in finding me a really awesome, delicious meal. SOOO good! Great service and food.
This is one of my favorite pizza places in Austin. It tastes amazing and feels like eating true Italian-style pizza. I recommend getting the dop margherita pizza and adding prosciutto on top. The meatballs are also a must-get, along with some pistachio cannolis for dessert. Each 12ā pie can be catered to be gluten free if you need it.
I went to Arlo Grey while I was in Austin on a work trip. We stayed at The Line where the restaurant is located. The food, the accommodations for dietary restrictions, the drinks and staff were all top-tier. Our waiter, Brandon, was fantastic. We appreciated that we had a waiter who thoughtfully recommended items that vegans and gluten-free guests could enjoy with the group. And there's a lazy Susan in the middle of some of the tables. The precision and care that our food was laid out and spinned to the correct person 10/10 times. It was clear the chef and owners put a lot of thought into the concept but also into their team on the front side of the house.
I would definitely go back the next time I'm in Austin. Cheers, Bran! You rock!
Their gluten free empanadas are so yummy! I've also ordered their plantains and arepas and they were delicious as well. Love that they have so many gluten free options!
Zack was PHENOMENAL! We had a team dinner for work and Zack was super attentive and knowledgeable about celiac disease. He asked about food allergies immediately and made sure to tell me what I could eat, he even brought our dishes made specifically for me š¤ Amazing experience.
A good locally owned sandwich shop that offers good gluten free buns. They offer several vegetarian options along with a daily changing soup and salads. Also offers Topo Chico.
The most authentic and delicious Italian food in North America.
Gianfranco and his team have become beloved figures in the Austin community, making this restaurant a must-visit for anyone in Texas. Every detail of the food is meticulously crafted, and the dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients shines through in every dish, delivering unparalleled taste. Quattro Gatti is not just a restaurant; it's a gateway to the world of Italy. If you're in Austin, don't miss the opportunity to be delighted by the flavors, ambiance, and hospitality of this gem. Quattro Gatti is a true culinary treasure in the heart of Texas.
Every dish is superb.
Lastly, even if you follow a gluten-free diet, Quattro Gatti ensures an abundance of options - including pasta.
Do not pass up a visit to this place!! We had the most delicious crepes brunch here. My (gluten free) boyfriend had the gf turkey pesto savory crepe, and I the croque madame crepe and they were both perfection!! Tons of flavor and high quality, fresh ingredients. I also had their delicious peach tea and my boyfriend enjoyed his americano. This is definitely a gem of Austin (the kind chef, original art deco lobby, outdoor seating availability and the fact they also serve cocktails was a bonus!).
Dined in for lunch early on a Friday. I am
Gluten free. Wonderful selection of gluten sensitive items. Food was fresh and flavorful. Service was good. Highly recommend. Will be back soon.
Great Thursday lunch spot in downtown Austin. They provide a buffet style meal with a menu that changes weekly. Thereās always vegetarian and gluten free options in addition to great choices for omnivores. Chef Ray Trono oversees the entire operation and the food is really tasty. Definitely worth a walk over to 8th and San Jac. Oh yeah, free parking in their garage.
Loved the beef ribs. Hubs has brisket and loved it too. Gluten free which is really nice. Corn, beans, coleslaw, all great. Hubs had the regular mac and cheese and liked it. Will come back next time I'm in town.
My favorite place to indulge in satisfying aƧaĆ bowls and post workout smoothies! Ingredients and toppings are fresh and I love all the options Juiced Up provides! If I lived next door I would definitely come at least once or twice a day. Healthy, delicious, refreshing and the staff is super knowledgeable of every ingredient and even adjust their menu for me to meet my nutritional goals! Itās like Juiced Up provides you with a personal nutritionist lol. They also have some vegan and gluten free options! 10/10 customer service all the time I always leave with a smile and feeling JUICED UP! šŖš½
Food was great, especially for being gluten free, but the worker at the window was rude for no reason. Also, they wouldnāt let us sit in the bar area to eat because someone obviously over 21 didnāt have their ID⦠at 9pm.
