I am not vegan or vegetarian. I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked zest. I got the mushroom alfredo pasta and it was so good. We also got nachos to share - which if you don’t think about it as nachos and more just a chip and dip dish then it’s delicious. The roll was also pretty good and the dessert was amazing
I haven't been gluten free for long but this was probably my favorite gluten free pizza crust, I've ever had.
So fun to feel like you're in Italy! And pizza was fast!!
Don't forget to get some gelato or sorbetto from next door!
The food was excessively delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed the well-portioned cachapas, and the table cream was the perfect contrast to the sweet cheesiness. Best of all, its gluten free!
Cupla Coffee is literally a hidden gem. It's in the basement of a building, but it has a lot of light coming in from the windowed roof. There's a nice variety of food for vegans, keto, and gluten free.

Maggie was our server and she was incredible!! The menu was a little intimidating and she walked us through step by step. We had a gluten free person in our party and they were about to accomdate us which was awesome. We went to celebrate a friend and it's an experience I won't soon forget. Meat cuts were great quality the flavors were on point. Highly recommend!
We love Caffe Molise! It's our go-to date night spot in SLC! We have enjoyed many dishes on the menu and have loved every one. My favorite have been their salmon specials (especially the lemon curry salmon), my husband loves the pasta. The cheesecake is incredible.
Our most recent visit we brought friends who needed accommodations for celiac (gluten-free) and the restaurant was amazing! Very gluten-free friendly!

It is inspired by the Italian Mediterranean style of cooking, with dishes that use fresh ingredients. It includes steaks, chops, seafood, pastas and breads prepared in an authentic Italian wood-fired oven.
They offer a vegetarian menu and also for people with gluten intolerance.
Exquisite chicken pizzaiolo.
Baked chicken and portobello mushrooms with melted provolone. Served with spaghetti with butter and herbs on the side.
Good attention. Recommended!!
I saw this place online probably a month ago. We finally went tonight. This is literally the best gluten and dairy free ice cream I’ve had. I will be back and will get some scoops for the drive home and a pint for the week or maybe two. I tried Budderfinger and Milk Chocolate Frostee they were both super good but the Budderfinger is probably the best butterfinger flavored ice cream I’ve ever had. I highly recommend coming here. They have plenty of options if you’re in my shoes. It made my whole night.

Jwong’s is one of the few Chinese restaurants that is gluten free friendly. If you have a real allergy then this is the place to go. Also, the GF options are delicious and it’s not like bland potatoes for people who are sensitive. It’s even better if you can handle the full octane of soy sauce etc. Highly recommended. Get the Kung Pao, wonton soup, honey walnut shrimp, lo mein, etc. Basically that’s my usual order. 😀
Why hadn’t I heard of this place before?!?! New York in the middle of SLC! Huge menu, gluten free bread, Jersey-accented guy giving suggestions for additions to the sandwich you chose at checkout. I’ll be back!!!
I have some food restrictions.
(No soy, dairy, corn, tomatoes, or gluten)
There was nothing on the menu I could eat.
The rest of the family, were thrilled with the spices, variety and unique dishes.

Awesome service! I brought a large group and they handled everything great. The food was also great. Most everyone enjoyed their food. They have a lot of gluten and vegan options which was good for my group. I’ll definitely go back.
Cool atmosphere, different than your average Cafe. Food was great with nice finishing touches, wraps were pressed like a pannini. Zough sauce is a must have.
Their menu states gluten free, but some of their items are made on shared surfaces. Warning for celiac should be made.
My husband made reservations here for my birthday dinner. We are both gluten free and he called to ask about options beforehand and was told that “most everything can be made GF”.
We arrived on time and they had personalized “Happy Birthday” menus at the table waiting for us. That was a nice touch! The mocktail was amazing. One of our starters was lacking flavor but I believe it was due to lack of bread it would normally be served with. The harissa carrots were delicious. Our entrees were bison and pork tenderloin. The bison was ordered medium well but came out very very cooked. The mole sauce saved the dish. The pork tenderloin was very dry and lacked flavor, the accompanying vegetables were delicious. I ended up sending the pork back and ordered the sea bass instead. The plating and textures were incredible but the entire dish just lacked flavor for me. The combination of items on the plate just didn’t complement each other. The yucca was very bland. All of our proteins lacked salt, I don’t know if it was an oversight or how the chef prefers the proteins to be cooked. Dessert was a flourless chocolate torte that was incredible.
Overall plating and service were excellent. They didn’t question replacing the pork entree and always checked on us to make sure everything was ok. My partner was let down that only a few dessert options were gluten free and some entrees were entirely out of consideration which was in opposition to what he had understood previously when calling to ask about GF options.
I have to wonder if we had an off day because the google reviews are mostly amazing. They did a fantastic job of making it a memorable birthday experience. I just found the flavors and proteins very much lacking overall.
Food was incredible and Stacey and Anna made the experience, they were great meat hosts! I have a severe gluten allergy and they did a great job accommodating that!
Great marinara sauce on the pizza, the crust was wonderful too! Our daughter enjoyed the gluten-free chicken wings, they were HUGE! Only bummer is that our brownie was stale and the servers seemed a little annoyed when they were helping us and couldn't figure out exact change, maybe it was just a long night for them :0/ Glad it was open late!
Damian was super nice! My wife ordered a gluten free item (due to celiac) and he changed out his gloves, and was just very happy and nice. Great experience with him.
The server was friendly. But my husband and I ordered all you can eat sushi, and it took quite a long time for the first helping. In fact, I had to ask at the front desk where our food was. The sushi itself was good, though it seemed room temperature, neither cold nor hot (for the "seared" pieces).
My daughter and her friends thoroughly enjoyed their hot pot meals. But it continued to take quite long for our sushi orders to appear, and there was a 2-hour limit on sushi orders. Is it on purpose that it takes forever to be served sushi orders, so that one cannot eat much sushi in that time frame? Also, our drink refills tended to take a long time as well.
I want to give this place a good rating...it's hot pot feature seems very well run, but the sushi side needs work. Also, offering more gluten-free and dairy-free options would be nice.
Awesome environment and staff, however their Pho is not good. The chicken tasted like it was from a can, they don’t have any veggies to add on or gluten free sauces. Overall probably fine but a bit or a let down. The broth was excellent tho. Also you order and pay your self.
They came and checked on me and made it right and said they are working on improving. Very impressed
Asked the server about gluten free options and was told that everything could be made gluten free, so I ordered my preferred dish. When the chef came out he was clearly not informed of this until I spoke up, he was clearly shocked at what I had been told. He informed me I couldn’t have any of the sauces, the fried rice, the sauce that actually came with my dish, the soup, or the salad dressing.
I was told I’d get steamed rice instead of the fried rice, which never actually came. And I was told I’d get two salads without dressing, since I couldn’t have the soup, but I only got one. I was still charged for all of the courses even though I could only eat two of them, with no sauce or dressing.
I paid $50 for a bland piece of tofu and raw undressed vegetables. And I still got sick, and I had to leave early. Very embarrassing experience while out to dinner with co-workers.
Do not eat here if you have dietary restrictions. The servers are clearly uninformed, and they did not care about providing substitutions and still charged me full price anyway.
I had take out, and the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because when I got back to my hotel room I saw that my burger didn't have the gluten free bun I asked and paid extra for. This is not just a dietary thing for me, I become very sick when I eat gluten.
Their smoothie bowls are good, but they don't have any protein options for their grain bowls or wraps, apart from meat. They really need some tofu, tempé or gluten as options.

Portion sizes are obviously ridiculous, but the food is good. All gluten free options are marked up on the giant menu. We sat outside in the shade, but on a hot day the air conditioning inside can be very welcome. One of the few restaurants open within the mall on a Sunday.
These tacos were amazing. I ordered the Carne Asada and the Pastor. Both meats were flavored so well. The corn tortillas knocked it out of the park. I could taste that they were freshly made. I wish they were a couple of bites bigger each but so does everyone who enjoys tacos. I also ordered a side of rice. The flavor was outstanding and again the freshness was evident.
I went there because I knew they could do gluten free options. This is critical for me as someone with celiac. Before ordering I asked the manager about both gluten free ingredients and cross contamination. Everything checked out with me and I didn’t get sick. I will definitely work this place into my rotation when I am downtown for work.
Excellent burger. No gluten-free buns available but they were able to serve my burger up on some lettuce. They use grass fed beef which tasted great. The music inside was way WAY too loud but it was really nice weather outside and they had a nice place to sit out on the street side patio. Enjoyed my food and my visit.
I’d wanted to try this place fora while, after driving by one night. I was seated pretty quickly, but at a precarious bar stool in a short dress, balancing my purse. After that, I felt ignored. After some time I asked if I could move to an table. I had to wait about 5 minutes for them to wipe it, but finally got seated, and after a while I finally ordered.
My cocktail was okay, but I had ordered their steak sandwich on gluten free bread which was a serious let down. The bread texture was like an old bagel bite, I could find no indication of chimichurri sauce, pickled shallots, or tomato jam. It was mediocre meat, arugula, and mayonnaise. The size was more like a slider, (see pic for size reference against fork tines ). The fries were decent skin on fries, but couldn’t compensate for the sandwich or the unbelievably slow service. I don’t know what was going on because the cooks appeared bored half the time, but the servers were unable to manage.
To their credit they did respond to the survey i completed from the QR code while I waited. They said they’re getting new bar stools and appreciate the bum feedback and invited me to try them again. Still, I don’t plan to.
Oh skinny fats how I love you! Let me count the ways.
Our loves goes back to 2012 when I first tried your amazing eats in Las Vegas. I wasn’t gluten free at the time but someone in my party was, so they had picked this place.
It’s been a while and I know the menu has changed but I remember LOVING their vegan root beer floats. A vegans dream to be able to have milkshakes or floats again! Vanilla soy ice cream. Yum.
We tried lunch here today after searching for gluten free sandwiches in Salt Lake and I am quite impressed. The sandwich had great flavor, was a good size, and was perfectly toasted. I know we will be going back for lunch again soon
Delicious!!!! Servings were generous, and were very careful about our gluten allergies. We enjoyed the spring rolls, massaman curry, and fried rice! Highly recommend this independent Thai restaurant!
