I was so happy to hear I could have gluten-free options, and that they were happy to explain the process of ordering. Definitely will be back, delicious 😋 and excellent service 😋 😀

Came in today and ordered the following:
Kids Mac & Cheese $6.35
came with two sides:
Kids Broccoli and Kids Rice Crispy treat
Apple Juice
Small Pasta Fresca ($6.50) with Feta and used Rice Noodles for gluten free option
Total with tax came out to $13.62
Overall the food was great nothing to complain about it was to be expected since they are a noodle company.
My only concern is when a consumer comes in and is not welcomed and it takes multiple staff staring at me to finally say someone will be with you.
I came in on June 2, and stood waiting at least 3 minutes before anyone said a word to me. There was plenty of staff for anyone to say hello.
OVerall the food was great the service was more of the concern.
Remember when someone walks in your first impression is made within the first 5-10 seconds.
Nice burger place, clean and fast. They even have a gluten-free bun…
However the staff wouldn’t toast or assemble it upon request. I told them it wasn’t an allergy concern but they still refused so the burger was quite dry and gritty :(
Discovered this gem of a sandwich shop yesterday and wow we can’t wait to return! My wife had the Hulk Hoagie with gluten free bread and loved it. My son and I had their burgers (bacon and BBQ). Everything was spot on. Even had live music! Looking forward to trying new items when we return to Twin.
This was our favorite place to eat during our 4th of July trip to Twin Falls. The gluten free food was great. The live music made the brunch even better than it was.
They can’t get gluten free orders right and I am upset three times now I have ordered a gluten free burrito and it was not gluten free and today I get one and they say changed it
Beautiful building and location, pleasant staff, however, sad execution of poor quality food.
Visited Friday 7:30 with an online reservation. Totally packed parking lot, yet strangely quiet and almost empty restaurant. We asked the hostess and were told they have a large banquet hall attached and there was an event.
We were taking a friend out for dinner who moved to Twin Falls recently for work. All of our party are from the east coast, and are first time visitors to this beautiful state.
Lovely interior, spacious with a lofty beamed ceiling, glass walls overlooking the spectacular canyon. Friendly, pleasant staff.
The menu was varied and interesting, and we each found many dishes tempting. We started with drinks, a cocktail and 2 different beers. One beer was presented in the bottle, we had to ask for a glass.
For an appetizer, we ordered the:
“CRISPY BRUSSEL SPROUTS $14
Flash-fried brussel sprouts and bacon bits, tossed in a maple bacon vinaigrette and topped with shaved Romano cheese.”
They were almost inedible. So greasy, drowning in grease and vinaigrette and almost cold. The bacon was too salty, too smokey and overpowering, not a good choice. Our guest had never eaten Brussel sprouts before, so we told him to give them another try elsewhere, not to judge them all by this terrible concoction.
For entrees, our guest chose:
AHI TUNA $28
Eight-ounce Ahi Tuna, rolled in a savory sesame seed crust, pan-seared to rare, and laid over a bed of white rice. Served with wasabi, ginger soy, and pickled sushi ginger.
He didn’t say much about his meal, but he liked it ok. He gave us each a slice of ahi, and we both agree that it tasted bad. Not fresh, and seasoned strangely.
My spouse had a ribeye:
RIBEYE STEAK $38
Grilled 14oz Prime Ribeye steak topped with beef demi-glace sauce.
since the prime-rib had sold out. It was not hot and not very tasty or tender, even though it wad ordered medium rare. I ordered the kale salad, but swapped out the kale for arugula.
*CRUNCHY KALE SALAD
A vibrant mix of fresh kale, sweet-tart pickled cranberries, Granny Smith apples, roasted pistachios, and crunchy toasted quinoa. All hand-tossed in a Citrus Honey Sage vinaigrette and topped with shaved Parmesan cheese.
The arugula was fresh, but the rest was unpleasant. Sour dressing and pickled cranberries are not s good idea. The pistachios were small and whole and stayed on the bottom. Difficult to eat with the other ingredients. Overall, sour cranberries, sour dressing, and sour apples - just why?
I had the poke bowl.
AHI POKÉ BOWL $18
Four-ounce Ahi Tuna cubed, marinated in a gluten-free soy-sesame sauce, and laid over a bed of seaweed salad. Topped with fresh green onions and spicy mayo.
It’s tough to make a bad poke bowl, but Redhawk succeeded. Similar to the Brussel sprouts, the chef struck again with the swimming in sauces treatment. The tuna MAY have been okay, but the soy sauce tasted bad, so I couldn’t tell. To make it even worse, they squirt-slathered so much mayonnaise ALL over it, I could not eat it. Even the spicy mayo tasted bad. I had my others taste my food, and everyone agreed it was bad.
Luckily, I had ordered a baked potato with butter only, which was superb. It was my first Idaho spud and it was tender and creamy inside. I took the butter off of it, ax there was way too much. It was unsalted butter, btw - an odd choice, too. I wanted to taste the potato as I had been looking forward to trying the famous item. It was the first and only thing at Redhawk that did not disappoint me!
Maybe the kitchen was slammed due to the large event? That shouldn’t be the customer’s problem.
To summarize, nice looking place, okay atmosphere, pleasant staff, but crummy food. And let’s face it, that should be job one.
I have celiacs and let them know I needed gluten free. They brought a manager to my table to explain my options. This is highly unlikely for any restaurant I’ve been to and I can’t say enough how appreciative I am to the attention to detail they provided.
They are a pricy burger joint. They do have plant based and gluten free options. Keep note to check ingredients of spices for those of you who are gluten intolerant.
This has become my favorite restaurant of all Twin! The food has ALWAYS been delicious! They are GREAT at catering to gluten free needs and are happy to answer any and all questions, and ask the chefs when they aren’t sure. Everyone that works there are very kind!
I recommend Jasmine to everyone!
Keep it up, you guys are amazing!
I have had two terrible experiences with this place. I will give a place a second chance, but not a third. Last time we went, they got our order to us, by my son’s gluten free pizza wasn’t ready yet. So my 6 year old had to wait. When I finally went to ask about his pizza, the guy at the front didn’t know what I was talking about. A lady from the back then came and asked me what I needed. She said, “oh, I know where it’s at.” She went and grabbed a box from a back shelf and said it’s this one. So it was done, just sitting in a box in the back.
Today, my husband ordered a pizza. We waited 45 minutes. When it was finally done, it was a Supreme and not just Sausage like he had ordered. They said he would make him another one. We waited another 45 minutes before he went and asked about his pizza. They hadn’t even made it yet, and he could see someone cleaning the oven in the back instead of making pizzas. They gave us a refund. There were several people around us either complaining about the hour wait, or asking for their money back.
We enjoyed a delicious meal but what made it extra special is the service we got from Makaela. She was so accommodating for my gluten sensitivity and gave us just the right amount of attention. Exceptional!
Lovely girl helped me out and fixed me up with the What-a-nut crepe but the best part is they had a GLUTEN FREE OPTION! Thank you for offering GF crepes. You don’t see that very often! It was delicious.
We absolutely love Hong Kong of Twin Falls! They have a specific menu for Gluten Free and Keto! The food is excellent and the owners and staff are very nice and accommodating! Love Hong Kong of Twin Falls!!!

There are a lot of options for food, but if you have celiac disease beware! The food is all fried in one fryer, so the fries are not gluten free. There may be other options but make sure to check with your server. No options for vegan and gluten free diets combined.
We had an awesome experience here. I'm not sure what the mangers name was but she was so sweet to our little girl. Our daughter was recently diagnosed with celiac disease so it's difficult to eat out. The manager went above any beyond to take care of our little one.
This place is amazing. We are from out of town but come to Nampa all the time. We always stop here because it’s legendary. Also their gluten free pizza is the best you can get!
The employees were very nice, and made my pizza promptly. However I took it home and had it cooked, and barely stopped in time before eating it to realize it was not the gluten free pizza I ordered, but regular crust. I could not return at that point since it has been cooked. I am a severe celiac and eating this would have had ER level consequences. Please try to check allergen details, they are serious! Thank you.
Clean, cute place, lovely waitress. They were able to make the pad Thai gluten free. They have no spice ratings on their menu so it was not as flavorful. Noodles and chicken, no veggies. I would give more stars for some spice and veggies ❤️
I have celiac disease and the female manager with dark hair knew exactly what to do! She had her employee wash hands, change gloves, and got me fresh ingredients and changed spoons when serving me. It was a great experience and they really took my allergy seriously!
I got the vitality bowl and the pure protein avocado toast with gluten free bread and also got the on the green smoothie and IT WAS THE BEST FOOD EVER!!! The vitality bowl was the best açaí bowl I have ever had!! Definitely recommend, if I lived closer I would go all the time!
Get sick from cross contamination. I have gluten issues and every time I order the same meal at every Dennys we eat at. The one here in Twin Falls is the only I seem to get sick at.
Driving through Twin Falls and craving sushi led us to this gem of restaurant. The exterior doesn’t do justice to the clean and bright dining area. The fact that they had a specific gluten free menu was a relief, and the server making sure I had gluten free soy sauce made my day. I’ll be back for the Hula roll!
This place says it offers gluten free options.. that's why we chose it since my daughter in law has celiac disease. Yes they had salads but the chicken on them was marinated in a gluten product... the salad dressing had gluten in it.. she asked to have the food preparers change their gloves.. they didn't like it but did. The food was mediocre at best..but kudos to the sweet lady who cleared the tables.. she was a sweetheart and very kind.
Amazing! This food truck is SO delicious, SO friendly. They offer samples of different things they're cooking like their delicious chorizo and strawberry drink. The food was so good! Wish we lived Close by. Good prices. Gluten free options. Outdoor covered seating. They cater!!!
Went on my early valentines date so it wouldn’t be a crazy madhouse to get in. Got a server named Jesse. He was great. Gluten free menu is really big honestly and they have a gluten free desert. I cannot even describe how delicious it was. I haven’t been to an outback in like 15 years after a bad experience in another town. But I’m glad my date chose Outback.
ATMOSPHERE: Chill and relaxed food hall originating from the early 1900's, now a modern day place to drop in with friends or family!
FOOD: Poke bowls are delicious, Pho is amazing, BBQ to drool 🤤 over, PIZZA is for real and they have gluten free crust! Full Steam espresso offers variety and a great Cherry Bomb Latte (1/2 sweet please) the Crepery is a new surprise with gluten free delicious options! I haven't tried the beer or experienced the occassionsl live music as of yet🎶
I 💕 love to drop in for a quick, and delightful meal! Restaurant worthy food and everyone gets what they want within little time! Thank you for creating a great place in downtown Twin for all to enjoy.
I was beyond amazed with the food!! Being a person with food/ gluten sensitivities they sure killed it!! I can't wait to go back and celebrate yet another anniversary there 😍
