Top notch food. Quick and friendly service, Corey was attentive and helpful with modifications. Especially great spot for those with restrictions, options for vegan AND gluten free needs. New favorite: hibiscus green iced tea đ”đ§

First time coming to âEl fiveâ, my partner and I were first sat in a very awkward table on the edge of the restaurant- thankfully they were accommodating to moving us out to the patio. We were initially asked if we had any allergies (my partner has a gluten allergy and another allergy as well- any consumption of either causes severe debilitating migraines, blacking out, and loss of appetite for at least a week) we were made aware of which options were gluten free- the server was more than knowledgeable about the ingredients and advised us of the fact that they use the same fryer for both gluten and gluten free options. If you have celiac, I would avoid getting food here.
We initially were looking to get the eggplant fries which say theyâre âgluten freeâ but yet are not guaranteed. Our server gave us a recommendation based on allergy preference. When the food came out we werenât sure what we had ordered since we had to switch our initial pick so we were not dealing with any cross contamination. They ended up bringing out the wrong dish to the wrong table and unfortunately my partner consumed a good majority before we were made aware the mistake happened.
If you are gluten free or have any sort of allergy definitely be weary of ordering and double check before consuming. They ended up not charging us for our meals thankfully- unfortunately that doesnât change the mistake made but the gesture was appreciated.
On the bright side, the drinks were good and the people working at there were very nice- just be cautious and ask twice.
** Update- definitely a major concern for anyone with celiac, not worth it for the price or the possibility of being served food containing an allergen without them triple checking that theyâre doing everything right. Our bill totaled $160 for two people. The only reason we went here was for the abundance of gluten free menu items advertised, which they clearly cannot truly provide. You would think they could afford to have a separate fryer to actually accommodate the allergies that are LABELED MENU ITEMS LISTED AS GF.
I hope someone within management/ownership realizes the detrimental effect that this caused and will make changes to the way they prepare/serve food. I have been to restaurants with no gluten free options that were able to accommodate us no problems and no worries after the fact.
Donât waste your time or money.
This was such a cute place. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Loved the vibe inside. Absolutely loved the food. Lots of gluten free options including freshly made gluten free pita. Which was so so good!

My husband and I both agreed this is one of our favorite restaurants weâve ever been to. The food, atmosphere, and service were all fantastic. They were great about accommodating gluten and dairy allergies and could modify a lot of the dishes.
We started with the Moroccan carrots, falafel, and mushroom hummus - all AMAZING and so fresh. My husband got the duck, which he loved, but the showstopper was the braised lamb shank, which was tender, flavorful, and unique. All really generous portions. Canât wait to come back!

Are you looking for a flavorful food experience surrounded by beautiful art and pictures all served with love and care? Yes, you will find it here! The seasonings perfectly complement the healthy foods. The service from the owner is genuine care and concern for you and your meal. Most of the foods are also gluten free! Try this hidden gem!
My top favorite restaurant in the Springs! The staff is always so friendly & helpful when ordering, and making sure everything is good!
I have celiacs and unable to eat gluten and I love that I am able to still enjoy their food, they also have the most delicious Sage tea and coffee âș
Super good, give them a try! Also located by lots of local attractions
Warm and welcoming team. Great food. Very dilly Avgolemono (Lemon Chicken Soup) Greek soup. Gluten free options are available. My partner (not gluten-free) crushed the Lamb Gyro. Great venue, great food and service. A must try.
Not very gluten friendly, at all. Nothing I asked about was gluten free, no bread options, sauces had gluten in them. So we had wine & shared a garden salad.
Really delicious burger meet. My hubby got the smothered burger and he loved it. The atmosphere is so cute. I loved the whole vibe of the restaurant. They had a gluten free bun for the burgers, gluten free pizza dough, and a gluten free peanut butter cookie.
Oh man these folks know how to prepare chicken. Both the kabob and schwarma are out of this world. And they have gluten-free pitas, so everyone can join in on the full gyro experience.
Love cava! Love this location! Finn was awesome! The staff is warm and kind, the place is clean and organized, all the food looks and tastes amazing. Great if you are gluten free and dairy free and vegetarian/vegan options with clear labels on each ingredient. Thanks for a yummy dinner.
Kyle was so helpful. It was my first time, and he helped with food suggestions. He was super friendly. I was also really excited about the GF pita! Yum! Great for gluten free people. Plenty of options, and everything was very obviously labeled as GF or not.
Me and my husband ate here last week. We got our food and we had to wait along time to get our gluten-free pita bread. Once they gave it to us it had mildew all over it. That means that the employee knew it had mildew on it and still cooked it with the mildew and served it to us. The manager gave us coupons for buy one free! We are never eating here again! I threw those coupons in the trash!
Super menu with vegetarian as well as gluten and dairy free options. Great service and atmosphere. I enjoyed my plata while watching our party sharing a wide variety of delicious tapas. Wonderful experience.
One of the best places in manitou springs. Customer service is beyond compare, 10/10. The staff working here are so nice, compassionate and very accommodating to allergies like gluten sensitivity. I would recommend this place to anybody wanting to eat in manitou. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was.
This place is great! Especially if you have Celiac Disease or are gluten-free. The food was delicious, probably the best hummus I have ever had and the falafel was incredible. The serving sizes were plentiful - I am eating the rest of mine for lunch today. Our server was so sweet and attentive. This place truly provided a wonderful experience. I will have to come back before leaving CO!
Ordered online tonight and drove through the snow to get dinner from Garbanzo. We went back inside to ask for fries and check on the pita. We were told the pita was in our plates when in fact it was not. Paid extra for gluten free pita even. Not in the bag or in our plates. I ordered tahini sauce on mine because I am allergic to dairy and cannot have other sauces. I got home and found dairy-riddled cilantro sauce glazing my dinner. Normally, I wouldn't be very upset but this is not my first poor experience with this company or with ordering online with them.
Cute spot on Main Street Louisville with a huge patio and lovely ambiance with unique lighting, winery style decor. We arrived an hour and a half before closing and were seated at the smallest table by the entrance while two lovely booths sat empty. I ordered the margarita and calamari both were good not great and was super excited to see the menu includes a reference point for dairy, gluten, nut, vegan and vegetarian. Huge bonus points from me.
I was in last week and Coty provided outstanding customer service! Iâm gluten and dairy free. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and offered samples etc. Most places seem annoyed by me or are just not very helpful and itâs very trying to eat out at times. I felt safe eating there and was so pleased to receive such incredible service!
This is one of my favorite places to grab a bite and have a delicious cocktail in Frisco! From the food, to the staff - this place is top notch.
The HH is awesome! One of my fave combos is the Kobe burger for $13 and truffle tots for $9. I can say without a doubt, this place has truly mastered the burger and tot game. You bite into this baby and it is so juicy and flavorful, I think it may be the best burger Iâve ever had. Iâm gluten free, so that is why the burger is pictured here deconstructed in a lettuce wrap. Still perfection. Many of the items on the menu are gluten free and they are very good about subbing out sides to accommodate dietary restrictions.
Other go-tos, the carrots and the wedge salad.
From the entree list, a couple favorites are the chicken and Tri tips steak. You may say chicken, but this is a simple dish packing a lot of flavor!
One final thought - During high season, it is typically best to grab a reservation if you want a guaranteed seat during standard dinner times.
Fantastic food and friendly owner. Gluten friendly and knows a lot about allergies and how the food is prepared. Hidden gem- never had a bad meal here.
We have consistently been ordering delivery from Babajoon's for the last few years. It really saved us during COVID and kept the team well fed! The food is fabulous (with lots of gluten free options)and thanks again for your great service and support.
Last evening we went to Athenian's for dinner with a friend. When we walked in they asked if we had a reservation. "No" we replied, thinking we had a long wait ahead. Two other parties came in with no reservations. Amazingly, the staff quickly opened up another room and we were seated within about 5 minutes! The food was amazing and for me the gluten free meal was awesome. Unfortunately, I did not get our incredible
server's name.
. Give them a try, truly a wonderful, welcoming restaurant.
As someone with celiac disease, finding a truly gluten-free restaurant where I can eat without worry is rare â but this place absolutely blew me away! Everything on the menu is gluten-free, and the crepes are incredible. Light, flavorful, and perfectly done â honestly some of the best Iâve ever had.
What a fun experience! The decor inside is fun, light, and trendy. That is where the amazing experience begins. The service was phenomenal, and the food was bursting with fresh flavor. They also have gluten free options, and they are also packed with flavor.
The Chicken Gyro was so amazing that I finished mine and went back and purchased another.
The whole staff were great, and Alyssa, who brought our food to us, was absolutely the best!
Predictably addictive faux-Italian American fare (fried, glutenous, salty, cheesy...) however, not much in the way of healthy Mediterranean style entrees. The free breadsticks are the gimmick that keeps most people coming back. I wonder how much they would save by doing away with the chocolate mints at the end and offering a wider variety of reasonably priced desserts? I feel this restaurant is WAY overpriced per dish, in general. If you choose a very basic entree, the price isn't bad. If one orders spaghetti with a protein, that protein adds about $5 to the dish, making it nearly a $20 item. This is wrong and deceptive.
Good for kids. In fact, I would call this the Red Robin of chain Italian restaurants. Sadly, gone are the days where a family gets dressed up and employs good manners at a restaurant such as this. But that's a societal issue.
Service is either amazing or very amiss depending on location.
High quality, healthy, filling food with lots of gluten free options. I love their falafel, grilled chicken, and the diced up vegetables. It's completely bonkers that there will be 400 people in the line at Chick-fil-A when this awesome place is totally dead!
Upon walking into this establishment I've noticed the Mediterranean Blue are walls. Now I have never eaten at a Greek restaurant so at first I was apprehensive. But our waitress Zelda, oh fantastic. UC articulated the off menu special and it was enticing. Unfortunately I could not eat it as I have a dairy allergy. But with that being said I ordered the French dip and the portion is amazing. Friendship was perfect and the alcoholic beverage was mixed to perfection. Definitely will be coming back. But the shining star of this visit was the gluten-free brownie. Very dense very flavorful but not overly sweet. Dense? I faked homemade brownies before that the whole sheet didn't weigh as much as this slice.
I had a great experience with the manager! I have celiac, he gave me updates as the kitchen cleaned before preparing my meal to help prevent cross contamination and checked in frequently! The server we had was also great as well!
My husband and I ate here after a long day of hiking and walking around. We were starving! The owner was trying to close up for the day, but there was still a line, and she took all of our orders anyway. So nice of her. I have many food allergies and this menu was so friendly to restricted diets! I got lamb skewers with falafel and salad, all gluten free, and the portions were very large. The salad dressing and tahini sauce were vegan and to die for. We also got a vegan smoothie that was incredible. Everything was just so good, some of the best mountain town food I've had, and the seating area is so serene and beautiful, and right downtown Telluride.
We decided to try a new place. This came up as having gluten-free options. Best decision! It was so good. We got the ham and cheese arapa and beef empanadas to share (both already made gluten free) and a gyro (not gluten free). George brought out some sauce with green chili's in it (he called it palooza sauce). It was soooo dang good! I ended up putting that sauce on everything! Even some fries! I can't say enough good things about this place. The service was amazing even though it's an order at the counter kind of place. We also got the guava cheesecake (gluten free). New favorite dessert!!! We will definitely be coming back many times!!!
Excellent meal! I am gluten-free & love that I can get delicious pasta again. đ I do wish they had more gluten-free options , but what they have is delicious. I can even get the bottomless & have extra meals. It is a little pricey for 1 meal, but when you can get 3 meals our of it, it's a no-brainer. Our server was fantastic & the Chef came to speak with me to assure me my food would be handled properly. The manager stopped by to check that everything was to our satisfaction. The atmosphere was lovely. I definitely recommend.
Hello to all my Celiac friends and gluten free,
This is a message from the owner Saj fresh grill, it's women owned Palestinian to be specific. I asked her about the gluten-free items they have and this is what she said. ( Everything on the menu is gluten free but the bread, tabouli, gyros, and baklava. If you are allegeric to soy you canât have the sesame dressing but the tahini you can. Our sharwama is made in house with our own marinade and it is gluten free. Please ask the workers to change their gloves and said the owner instructed you to do that.
Also we have a gluten free chocolate Bundt cake that is amazing! )
So if you go please enjoy.
I will update my review once I try it :)
Great place! We celebrated my husband's birthday there. The food and the menu amazing - simple, but yet exquisite! There are gluten free and vegetarian options! The staff was super friendly and knowledgable! Strongly recommend!
