I don't think I've ever had my food served faster.
It's not a 10-star place, but a 100-star place; everything was delicious. Plus, being able to go with our celiac friend and the vegetarian is a plus, because we always go a little crazy trying to find somewhere. This was a real discovery.
A very good experience. The food was incredible, especially if you're looking for healthier options, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or vegetarian options. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend the experience!
PS: Everything was very good, but we especially recommend the eggplant lasagna, the lemon fresh drink, and the Vengán Queen dessert (if you really like chocolate).
I've literally been here for seven years, or so, filling the entire tap at different times. It hasn't changed a bit since the first day I discovered it. It's good, quality craft beer, and excellent service.
They have gluten-free beer of the highest quality.
It's such a pleasure. Thank you so much!
Absolutely delicious!!!! El Oreo con chocolate blanco was super delicious. The menu is set up that you order options, with 8 croquetas and a drink included. Free wifi. Very, very good!
Amazing place, in the heart of Madrid. The waiter (I think Javier) was extraordinarily kind and professional. We ate tapas with vermouth and sangria, as well as some excellent meatballs. Really honest prices. Absolutely recommended, even for celiacs.
We have a child with celiac disease, and eating there caught our attention. For the children there was not a great variety, we could expect some gluten-free pasta, we ordered some chicken fingers, which were honestly very good. We ordered the eggplant with honey, spectacular!, some croquettes, very crunchy and explosive, some chicken and cheese dumplings, very tasty and a good dough. And two hamburgers, 4 cheeses and a double ball, the hamburgers were the only thing that disappointed me, simple and synaesthetic to the meat. For dessert, an artisan cheesecake, which, as the waiter said, was spectacular and I didn't need to add the raspberry jam.
Recommended, for everyone and especially for the intolerable. But I would recommend giving a touch to the meat of the hamburgers. All the best.
It's a luxury to be able to eat everything gluten-free and many things lactose-free. A place with a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.
The atmosphere is family-friendly, with a bustling staff, always attentive and professional. The food, which we ordered from the menu, was good and correct. The best thing is being able to choose what you're craving without having to worry about gluten. A relief in that sense.
I'm celiac and lactose intolerant, and I discovered Kaktus through an online post. It didn't take long for us to visit, and I was disappointed.
To start, the restaurant is beautiful. We were served immediately. The menu is 100% gluten-free and 60% lactose-free. This means you don't have to worry about cross-contamination and can enjoy the experience. The food is completely homemade. The portions are quite generous, and the prices are completely affordable. The desserts are also homemade, and even the bread is delicious! The treatment we received from the staff was unbeatable. They were very attentive at all times and made sure we didn't lack anything. The owner was also very pleasant and friendly.
They provided us with food, atmosphere, service, music... You can't ask for anything more from service. Kaktus has definitely become one of my favorite restaurants. 🖤
Of the 30 pizzas on their menu, we chose two that were truly delicious. For starters, we had nachos and chicken salad. We loved that it's a place that offers gluten-free, dairy-free, and summer products. And the attention and care taken in the dishes are top-notch. We'll definitely be back! 💜

We really enjoyed the gluten-free food (you can't even tell it's gluten-free at all). Typical Italian, very delicious. Five of us spent €30 per person for three pizzas, two pasta dishes, and a drink. The service was excellent, and the waiter, Ana (Rizzo), was very kind and attentive to everything. Excellent for both celiac and non-celiac patients. Highly recommended, and right next to the Puerta de Alcalá. Everything was excellent.

A Japanese gem in Madrid. From the first bite, Waraku took us back to the streets of Tokyo. The food is simply excellent: authentic, flavorful, and 100% gluten-free, something deeply appreciated. The service and atmosphere reflect a level of professionalism and courtesy rarely found. Every detail is carefully curated, creating an immersive and memorable dining experience. Definitely a place to return to again and again.
Food was good and 100% gluten free for celiacs. The website wasn’t showing any reservations so we called. No one spoke English, so we just showed up and there was plenty of seating. Good variety.
Light food, cooked to order, and gluten-free. Excellent service, very friendly. Rich dishes. Tasty hummus with a special flavor. The eggplants are tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside....
The best pizza I've ever had! 100% gluten-free, excellent service from the waiter Leonardo, very attentive, friendly, and fast. I'll be a regular customer, a pleasant experience.
Very good food with an excellent gluten-free menu, but the service could be better.
The waitress got upset when I asked for a pitcher or glass of water, which is something they should provide in Madrid. Then they just serve, not serve the customer.
It's the only 100% gluten-free pizzeria we found in the area thanks to the Celinews website, so we made a reservation and came for lunch.
We tried the Hellboy (€18.90) and the Zozzona (€16.90), and both were very good.
We were left wanting tiramisu, but since we were out of stock, we opted for the Nutella ice cream, and well... if you have the chance, get the tiramisu.
They also have gluten-free beer; Daura (from Estrella Damm) is €3.50.
Everything is gluten-free, delicious, and the portions are generous! (They offer gluten-free bread that they make themselves, and while it's not cheap, it's not that different from the breads they offer elsewhere, and the quality of their own bread is much better.)
Found Casa San Juan on our last night in Madrid. My search for the best Paella had continued around Spain and I found it here on our last night. It was well flavoured and cooked to perfection. I was also able to try croquettes for the first time in Spain. And everything gluten free, I was in heaven. Service was great and the place had a great feel about it. Thanks Casa San Juan.
A wonderful restaurant for celiacs with many gluten-free options, and two separate kitchens to avoid cross-contamination.
The pizza and crepe were amazing.
It's incredible that they serve such a large quantity, such good quality, and such a good price.
The place is quiet and cozy.
The staff are lovely.
Congratulations and thank you to the establishment.
I had NEVER had a McDonald's hamburger in my life before coming to this location. I have Celiac disease and even the fry oil in the US contains wheat for flavor, so I haven't had actual McDonald's fries in 4 years.
This location is steps away from the Opera Metro and the Teatro Real theater.
Ordering is a breeze at the kiosks in multiple languages. I ordered a gluten-free burger with a gluten-free bun at no extra cost! I also ordered a gluten-free beer and fries with a seasoning packet.
While even before my celiac diagnosis I had never had a McDonald's hamburger, it was totally not an option after my diagnosis until I came here. My burger came with a Schar bun, 2 beef patties, 2 slices of white cheese and bacon. It wasn't horrible but I definitely wasn't missing out.
The fries were okay. The gluten-free beer tasted like real lager and came with a paper cup.
Service was fast and delivered to your table rather than you waiting for your order to be called. Tables were bussed quickly and we were able to find a seat both times my husband and I came here despite the fact it was incredibly busy.
Service was great and the fact there are multiple celiac options in every category is what made this a 4 rather than a 3 star for me.
April 2025.
A place I always return to. A healthy and varied menu, with vegan and gluten-free options. The burger I ordered was a 10/10. The waiter was very friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing.
Everything was very good! The extensive gluten-free menu is a welcome addition, allowing me to eat with complete peace of mind. The meats and the Milanese are particularly noteworthy. Excellent service.

A very high-quality Thai restaurant with a wide selection of gluten-free dishes. The food was excellent. We went without a reservation, as the website listed available time slots. However, upon arriving, we were informed that there were no more tables available and that we should try booking online. Despite the availability listed on the website within 30 minutes, we weren't offered the option to wait inside for a drink, so we had to leave and return later.
They made us wait a bit, but it was worth it. We have to say it's one of the best burgers we've tried in Madrid. The meat was cooked to perfection, the combinations were original and tasty, and the fries were really crispy. They even have gluten-free options! Thanks for considering celiacs.
The place has an American vibe; you can tell that Beefcious takes care of every detail. We'll definitely be back!

A very spacious place, with beautiful decoration. It has an extensive breakfast menu, including gluten-free breakfasts. The coffee is very good and we tried the acai bowl and bluberry chia-pudding and both were very good. And the price is also very good. You order at the entrance, where they give you the coffee and a sign and the rest is brought to your table.

The Spicy feta salad bowl was delicious and the small side serving of felafel was a very generous portion. Always enjoy eating at Honest Greens and for an early 7pm dinner the service was super quick.
Always a great choice if you need to eat Gluten Free.
Saturday night. After a short wait, it's our turn to order. The first thing I order is the gluten-free children's burger, to which the waiter automatically asks me, "How gluten-intolerant is your child?" Just from that question, I know things aren't going well. After his explanation, we would have definitely left without ordering, but we'd managed to get a free table and we weren't alone; we were with other friends. I tell him I don't understand the question, that the child is celiac and, logically, gluten-intolerant. He tells me the fries could be cross-contaminated since they're fried in the same fryer as the rest of the breaded items on the menu. He says it's his obligation to tell me. I explain that this isn't cross-contamination, that it's pure and simple contamination. He says he's sorry, that the only thing he can do is swap the fries for some nachos. In the end, I was even grateful that I got the honest waiter. Bottom line: celiacs, don't go to this place. They don't give a damn about your health. You can't ask people how gluten intolerant they are. Celiac disease isn't a fad, it's a disease.
Mikaela. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in Europe. Gluten free was excellent as well!! Very accommodating and understanding. If you’re here for a night head to this place.
Gluten-free restaurant or bar in Torrejón!! Everything was very delicious and it is homemade food. The waitress is very attentive and the head chef conveys passion for his work. The tripe are very delicious, the croquettes and the tacos too. We will return when we are in Torrejón!

Calm and cozy atmosphere, abundant dishes, homemade food with original flavors. All the food very delicious and pleasant personal treatment. All gluten-free food, and even the bread is good, I'll leave it there. The skewer highly recommended. Ohh, and the delicious desserts.
Delicious tacos with very original flavors. It is evident that they use good raw materials and know how to combine flavors.
The governor, pancetta and wagyu tacos are highly recommended. The passion fruit cake with lime is delicious! Additionally, the tacos have a gluten-free option.
They were very kind ☺️ we will return!
It's nice to be able to eat a gluten-free burger in Alcorcón! I came with a friend, she ordered a normal one that had ear and she loved it, I ordered a gluten-free one that had egg, although the bread would be tastier if it were baked, since gluten-free bread falls apart very easily, the meat was impressive but it is very small for the bread (as a tip, you could flatten the meat a little so that it covers more, or have the waiter notify you so you can order more meat), I find a small slice of bacon scarce, but it is crispy. Anyway, it's nice to be able to eat one without gluten!

This place is a gem!! Manuel was the first person we interacted with and set the tone for a phenomenal experience! The coffee was amazing (lavender latter) and my food was delicious and beautiful too! They have so many gluten free items and were so accommodating to my allergies. I will absolutely come back here on this trip and every trip back to Madrid! The place is so cute and precious, such a charming ambiance, wonderful service and not only was everything delicious but it was so pretty too! Muchisimas gracias Manuel!!
Nice and welcoming place. Very relaxing and full of young people.
Good food, friendly staff.
The gluten-free ones were good even if they didn't have any type of beer.

It turns out they used to serve gluten-free pancakes, but now they're telling me they won't serve them because they don't want to sand the pancakes. A total disappointment, even though I've been coming to this place for years.
Everything great! The food was delicious, the service spectacular and very nice. My husband is celiac, he had several great gf options. Quality - perfect price. We will return for sure!! :)

Recently, taking advantage of a discount on the El Tenedor app and living near the restaurant, I had dinner with friends at this pizzeria, and the experience was good.
Before talking about the food, it's worth noting that it's one of the few pizzerias that lets you choose your pizza crust, not only in terms of size or thickness, but also in terms of toppings (for the medium size, in addition to the classic crust, you can choose between whole wheat, 5-grain, or gluten-free). You also have the option to create your own pizza with any toppings you want, and there's a wide variety to choose from.
For lunch, we were served a small slice of pizza as an appetizer, which was very good. For a starter, we shared mozzarella sticks. They were delicious and came with a small jar of barbecue sauce. For the main course, we each ordered a medium pizza. In my case, I opted for the queen pizza with whole wheat crust (it comes with tomato sauce, mozzarella, ham, and fresh mushrooms). It was very good; you can tell they use high-quality ingredients.
The service was fast, and it took them a short time to serve us and prepare our food. However, they didn't get a 5-star rating, as it was very hot in the dining room (probably due to the heat generated by the kitchen oven), but it's something they should keep an eye on.
Apart from this aspect of the air conditioning, everything else was fine.
