This is a great little spot!! I went with some co-workers and shared a mega flight, so we got to try all the ciders on tap. Flavor-wise, I think they had a little bit of something for everyone! I’ve had to go gluten-free as an adult and so I’ve missed going to breweries since there’s typically not a ton of GF options - and I’m not usually a big fan of ciders since they tend to run a little too sweet for my tastes. But the ciders here are beer-inspired, flavors are really good and fun, and I’m stoked to know about this place now. I definitely recommend checking it out - I plan to be back soon!

As someone with celiac disease and a wheat allergy, it’s disheartening to hear that there is no longer a dedicated gluten free fryer. They claim items on the menu are gluten free, but when “gluten-free” items share a fryer with gluten-containing items, said “gluten free” items are no longer safe. Also, the manager didn’t seem very informed about gluten free practices, nor was he willing to ensure the food would be made in a separate, safe space. The waiter even balked when I asked him to bring the food out separately, so the plates wouldn’t touch. I was an almost weekly regular customer here, but too much has changed and it’s no longer safe. Plus, friendliness and going the extra mile must not be a thing here anymore.

Hats off to the manager Brent for going out of his way to accommodate dietary restrictions. The guy came back to the table several times after checking ingredients and potential for cost contamination in order to allow us to be able to eat. Living with dietary restrictions is super difficult, but this guy absolutely went above and beyond. So, in addition to the gluten-free menu, they have a very receptive staff. Vast is no exception! This New American fine dining & cocktail restaurant is located on the 49th floor of the Devon Tower and provides crazy good skyline views. The food was just as good as the panoramic view and everything came out perfectly. You know how you receive complimentary bread? I told them I was gluten free and they baked a fresh batch and brought it out still warm from the oven. The service could have been improved. We got there at the beginning of dinner and it took 27 minutes for us to receive our drinks after placing the order. The entree took a while as well.
Overall, I’ve definitely saved this spot as a must visit anytime I’m in Oklahoma City!
