Meh my experience was mid. When Arrived the sign said to seat yourself so my boyfriend and his grandparents and I chose a table near the patio door. A server passed by and pretty rudely asked if we talked to the host I was about to tell her about the sign but she quickly and loudly said we have to see a host and stormed outside. Then another gentleman came over right after and gave us menus and I told him what the sign said. The day who spoke to us first became our server and realized we were handed gluten free menus, which we are not. The rest of the service was a lot better I think they felt bad. Overall its very loud im there, not really a place to get to talk to family. And the food was okay nothing exciting

Amazing food, live music and the owner and staff were all great people. would highly recommend this place. Came with a bachelor party, the groom wanted good Mexican food and this place exceeded expectations. The owner let us stay after hours to finish up and offered up some free drinks for our party of 7. Anyone looking for good Mexican that’s gluten free go here!
As a celiac I was thrilled to come. They were very accommodating to my special dietary needs. The food was great. I had a blackened salmon salad. They prepared a gluten free crust with garlic sauce so I could have a bread appetizer as well. I also ordered their chocolate cake, gluten free as well. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.
Picked up a delivery here and they went out of their way to make sure my customer got her gluten free soy sauce, small detail during a rush but it makes a big difference, thanks!
this place is fantastic ! the waiter was very knowledgeable and the menu clearly states what is gluten free. they have so many options!
all waffles are gluten free and delicious. I will be back for sure!
I've been coming here for over a month and I have yet to try anything I didn't like. I never expected a coffee shop to have much to offer for breakfast beyond a decent pastry or two, however I was pleasantly suprised with their breakfast burritos. The fillings are seasoned so well! Their gluten items are delicious, especially thier pumpkin breakfast bars. I always show up right when they open and the staff is wide awake and friendly every time. Such a wonderful experiance!
An absolute must for paleo and gluten free folks. If you eat clean this is a wonderful place with so many options, even nice cream and shakes! The ambiance is soothing and welcoming.
Very tasty gluten-free Alfredo pepperoni pizza but outer edge of crust was burnt to black all the way around and wasted. Takeout was ready right on time. Staff friendly.
Food was good but order was messed up with a gluten allergy but they brought the bacon out with toast on the same plate. Smoothies were not that great. Rest of our party said their food was great.
Always consistently great! Patio seating is great when my dog is with me. They offer a complete gluten free and vegan menu. Tasty food and great service!
So many Gluten Free options! It was a delight to be able to dine without worrying about what I could eat. There was even a delicious cheese bread option! The variety of meats was astounding and the food just kept on coming! A great spot for date night!
I went to Broken Yolk in California because it has good gluten free options for my sister. Then I saw a mailer advertising it here in Mesa. Anyway, I decided to take friends of mine that were visiting from out of town, and boy was I proud of my selection. The wait staff was sweet, went out of their way to be helpful, and the food was spectacular! There were 4 of us, so 4 different meals, and each of our dishes was so great, that we all shared bites of eachothers meals. I love Monte Cristo's, but i've struggled to find one done well outside of Disneyland. Now my search is over, the Broken Yolk has succeeded! As I said though, each of our meals was wonderful. I plan on making them one of my staple restaurants to go out to with friends and family!
Disappointed in my last dine in experience...
Ordered a mushroom and asparagus pasta.. asked for zucchini noodles instead of pasta with a piece of salmon.
My food came out with pasta, I have a gluten allergy otherwise I would have just eat it.
My food came out after my family was done eating.
Than got charged for 2 separate meals that they put all together.
Waiter said he removed a charge but couldn't see a difference on the bill.
Sorry to say I will not being returning.
Atmosphere was decent beautiful clean bathroom, manager was nice when I mentioned the unappealing food I had. Gave me a courtesy discount, and free meal. Veal was a nasty Gray color, gluten free noodles were bland. Kind server did not like that other staff kept asking if we were done with playes while eating made us feel rushed and we didn't come during closing. Won't be back.
We have been to this Carrabba's numerous times and always enjoy it. The food and service are great. We enjoy that they do a great job with allergies and gluten-free. My wife has celiac and can feel safe from cross-contamination. This is a great place for those with celiac.
Fried chicken is moist, well cooked and seasoned. French fries were mushy. Bacon Chicken Ranch sandwich “in a bowl” is translated as salad and my bacon was translated into bacon bits. Huge disappointment. Hard to be gluten free here. Side of buffalo sauce cost $1.50.
What a wonderful experience! We came with a group of 9 including all ages and gluten allergies. When they heard we had celiac disease they cleaned and wiped down the area and made our food separately. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and also have gluten free buns. Most of the burgers and sandwiches can be prepared gluten free. Everyone that was working there was kind and happy and didn’t act like they were put out at all for the extra work for our food allergy. It was just a really good time. The food was also really good! Thank you for a great meal!
Great coffee and teas. Gluten free cinnamon rolls are the best you can get in the area. Sandwiches are simple and good. Day oats and over night oats both are excellent and my choice.
They accommodate those with gluten free diets nicely. Awesome sandwiches, great desserts. Staff is wonderful and helpful. We went with someone elderly and they were also very patient. :-)
We where close by and wanted some pizza. So the location and decided to order one to go. Ended up only ordering one and then after picking them up, we realized wasn't enough, they are personal pizzas. We start eating the pizza and loved it, so we went back for more. The have one specialty pizza, that you ad any topping. They have many options in topping. It was delicious, we where very happy. Oh they also have gluten free options.
I have lived near here forever and never tried it because im gluten sensitive and turns out they have great gluten-free options! I love ❤️ this restaurant. It's my favorite!
Dining area is very loud, if you're want to have a decent conversation, opt for bar seating. We had 2 people with food allergies, dairy and gluten. Neither were able to eat much on the menu, other than meat and a pared down salad. Even some of the meat entrees weren't able to be cooked without butter. Our waitress was very attentive before our food got there, probably to cover the fact that it took so long. Once we were served, we never saw her again. We didn't get some of our sides, and actually had to hunt someone down to get our bill. This was on a Wednesday night at 7, not a particularly busy time.
Delicious and careful about gluten. They were really quick too! They are pretty busy, so I would suggest having another place, like a park, to eat at if you go with a large group at a busy time.
Had a great time at Pacino’s tonight! Had the gluten free pasta which was delicious and even got to sing a few songs at karaoke. Great crowd and very friendly bartender Chrissi. Owner was great and checked on me and my order too.
Hailey was absolutely amazing in the to go area. The kitchen messed up my order. I have to get the GF pita for my celiac and they used a regular pita. I went back in to ask and she was all over it. Apologized went straight to the kitchen and they got it out to me within minutes. Grabbed me a drink while I was waiting and was very kind. Probably the only location I’ll order to go from.
The best way I can describe the service here is rude. The shop itself looks nice, but the service is bad and I'm not sure if the owner was just having a bad day. I don't believe she should have taken it out on the customers .Today I went in there on the 2025 Mesa Days. She completely ignored me, but said hello to the people in front of me and the people behind me which I could tell were regulars. I walked up to the counter to look at the trinkets on the counter while waiting for my coffee. She looked at me and said "Can I help you??" when she knew I was just there waiting for the coffee. I believe it was her way of saying "go sit down and get away from my counter until I call you*. I couldn't believe her demeanor. It was almost embarrassing. While I was in there, a gentleman came in and said he is a performer, and could he use the bathroom. She immediately said "no it's not a public bathroom* which I can completely understand. What I didn't understand was how she kept telling all the customers around, including myself, that she doesn't care who he is, and she couldn't believe how "entitled" he was. He was not rude at all. It was the complaining to customers when he had already left that made me realize how mean she was. I understand not having people come in to use the restrooms that are not for customers, but the comments she made afterwards were terrible. It made the atmosphere awkward and negative in there because she continued complaining about the gentleman that came in. He was very polite and he had already left nicely. That should have been the end of it. Again I understand she doesn't want people outside of customers in there, but the continuous complaining, and explaining why she was complaining, was quite unnecessary as we had nothing to do with that. I got a coffee and a muffin and it cost me $16. I only go to gluten-free places, or places for celiacs, so I expected it to be a little pricey, but that was quite higher priced than other places. It cost me and my sister $32 to walk out of there with two coffees and two muffins. We paid and we tipped. Having to face the awkwardness after the gentleman left and the fairly decent items were definitely not worth the money. I will definitely go a little bit further out of my way rather than return here. There are other places that make a customer feel welcome, but this definitely was not one. Rude, awkward, and too expensive for that behavior.
Gluten friendly/gluten free menu available. Lettuce wrap option only for sandwiches and burgers. Several entree options available with meat: chicken, pork, ribs, steak, etc.
I chose the ribs with baked beans and spaghetti squash and it was all OK. Ribs came cold and seemed to have more BBQ suace than meat. Spaghetti squash comes with Marinara that tastes like sugar, would have liked a different option I wanted a vegetable not a make shift pasta side. Baked beans were the best part.
Husband got the pork and liked his dish, and enjoyed his baked potato and sugar snap peas.
Reservation recommended for popular times and days.
Just ordered 2 hummus wraps, gluten free. One tortilla was hard, couldn't chew it. One had hummus only on one side, and neither had any veggies other than lettuce and tomatoes. We ordered avacado on them, and there was a TINY sliver on each. Won't be returning.
We were in Athens 2 months ago and this was way better! These guys make homemade style Med style food. Slow cooked chicken, my gluten intolerant wife could eat there. Family owned, super kind. Clean fast casual.
One of the best Mexican food serving restaurant. Chips, salsa, potato tacos, and smoked chicken enchiladas were outstanding. Overall, a well maintained restaurant with great customer service. I would certainly stop here for a meal if visiting the area in future. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.
The vegan gluten free olive oil cake was excellent. I would have preferred my dirty chai latte a little stronger, but that's probably my fault for ordering a large with only one shot. The batista was very nice, answered questions, and helped me make decisions when ordering. I didn't have much time to look around, but from whar I did see, the items they had on display were cool and gave the place a cozy, homey feel.
