This is a great little spot!! I went with some co-workers and shared a mega flight, so we got to try all the ciders on tap. Flavor-wise, I think they had a little bit of something for everyone! I’ve had to go gluten-free as an adult and so I’ve missed going to breweries since there’s typically not a ton of GF options - and I’m not usually a big fan of ciders since they tend to run a little too sweet for my tastes. But the ciders here are beer-inspired, flavors are really good and fun, and I’m stoked to know about this place now. I definitely recommend checking it out - I plan to be back soon!
Very caring and understanding of food allergies ! Our waiter was so kind and knowledgeable of celiac and food intolerances. I was able to get the Tikki Masala, it was beyond amazing! And the dairy and gluten free vegan pumpkin cheesecake. Was my first time here and will visit again for sure !
We went today for lunch and Andy H. took such good care of us. We’re gluten free so eating out can still be a challenge. He was informed, helpful, efficient, kind, and asked good questions to make sure we were getting our needs met. We really enjoyed having him as a server. You can tell he takes pride in his work!
I ordered a gluten free cali burger. Best gluten free bun I have ever had (allergy). My fiance got the classic cheeseburger with crinkle fries (so good) and an ice cream sunday. Phenomenal, best burger I have ever had hands down. Could not recommend this place to enough. I ate outside with my fiance and the views were beautiful. The garden outside with the hill and the kids playing was nostalgic and calming. Will come here again. Would recommend to everyone I know.
FRIDA is one of the only places in Oklahoma where I feel COMPLETELY safe dining. I have been diagnosed with celiac for 3 1/2 years and it is so nice to dine somewhere and not feel completely restricted! The staff is extremely accommodating and the food is AMAZING. Couldn’t recommend more!
The Mule: A Hit with the Whole Family!
We recently took our parents and in-laws to The Mule, and it turned out to be a great choice for a family meal. Everyone loved it!
The sandwiches were delicious – they have a great gluten-free bread for my wife, which is a big plus. All the sandwiches are good, you can't go wrong. I upgraded my fries to the large size, and it was HUGE! So many fries, but they were delicious. Just a heads-up that they're breaded, so not gluten-free. Their sweet potato fries are gluten-free, but they're fried in the same fryer as the regular fries. My mother-in-law really enjoyed the chef salad.
Overall, we had a great experience at The Mule. It's a casual spot with good food and friendly service. If you're looking for a place to take the whole family, I'd definitely recommend it.

Kalina was great! She helped me navigate the menu with 4 allergies! If you have any allergies I would suggest coming here! They have gluten free noodles for ramen and it’s delicious!
Best gluten free burgers we’ve had so far! They have separate fryers and I didn’t get sick afterwards. The restaurant was very clean and the service was incredibly friendly. This has become a new favorite for my husband and I!
Love me some waffle fries and a grilled chicken club on a GLUTEN FREE BUN!!! The service was fast and a great staff as usual.
Now the anxious awaiting of the oh so yummy peach shake for summer.
Incredible meal. Great wine list and cocktail menu! Menu changes seasonally. Tonight we had the cacio y pepe wings, deviled eggs, and the scallops. All quite delectable. Also, plenty of gluten free options including the availability of GF pizza, bread and buns. Servers and staff knowledgeable about food allergies and sensitivities. They also have a kids menu. Our 7yo loved the fried chicken bites. Amazing atmosphere. Great service.

Apparently, Republicans don't like avocados or corn tortillas. I didn't know that ordering avocados and corn tortillas could be such a political statement. At Torchy's you can order a Republican or Democrat taco. The Republican comes with jalapeno sausage on a flour tortilla and the Democrat comes with barbacoa and avocado on a corn tortilla. What if you're a Republican, but you're also gluten intolerant? Do you put yourself through the pain of ordering a Republican taco even though the Democrat might be better for you? Or can you ask for democratic substitutions on your Republican taco? At that point, would you just be an independent? Anyways, I ended up getting the Mr. Orange taco and the Fried Avocado taco. They were delicious.
An OKC burger staple (though I think there are better options for burgers), however I find they are one of the most accommodating. Gluten-free buns available, as well as a separate fryer for fries. Staff is well-versed in preparing for allergies. Avoid the Caesar and theta sauces as both contain gluten.
If i could give this negative stars, i would. PERIOD. And let me tell you why— Customer service was not there. We walked in before a concert at the Criterion and i have celiac disease and a good burger and fries was on my list especially since we were drinking! Instead, we walked in, they weren’t crazy busy and they ignored us straight up. The bartenders looked at us and continued on their more important conversation. We left, decided to come back later and they acknowledged us but they stopped serving food after 10pm (which is no where to be seen on their website) We got there at 10:03. Super disappointing and would’ve loved to support a local business but will stick with my big chicken corporation who blesses with the best customer service regardless of how busy they are. #NotComingBack
My wife and I have come here before and used to love it. But we went last night and it was so bad I don’t want to go back. The ramen was cold. The wait staff thinks that soy sauce is gluten. We were recommended a ramen by the waitress and it was very lukewarm. We asked about adding eggs to our ramen and they hyped it up saying it was great because they let them soak in a special sauce. When we got the eggs they were like near ice cold and slimy. My wife and I were starving so we forced the food down and at that point I just wanted to leave. Definitely not worth nearly 50 bucks for 2 ramen bowls, adding one egg each, and also substituting pork belly into our ramen. My server told me an incorrect price on the pork belly and decided to tell me right as I was paying that the pork belly price was higher. That’s just unprofessional. I have no desire to go back to Gorō, which is really sad because I used to love going.
My friends and I picked Hatch because online it says they have gluten free options and two of the three of us cannot eat gluten without serious sickness and pain following. Our server was very accommodating and double checked with management before ringing in food to ensure it would be non contaminated.
We ordered some gluten free pancakes. They were good, tasted like King Author brand which is nice and fluffy. They were less fancy than expected but still good.
We had a delicious omelette that they made sure to cook in a different pan to prevent gluten contamination.
We also had a burger. The bun looked delicious and both people who cannot have gluten consumed some of the burger. When we asked about the brand, post consumption, they realized that they gave us a normal gluten bun. Unfortunately those two people had autoimmune flare ups for the next two days.
The manager came over and apologized and took care of a portion of our bill. They were super nice the whole time and we do understand that mistakes happen. It was nice to discount the meal which mostly afforded the emergency medicine we had to go to the store to purchase afterwards.
Moral of the story: check and double it triple check that all your food is gluten free if you have an allergy or high intolerance. Otherwise the food was good, service was great, and the atmosphere was pretty nice for a busy Sunday.
Holy. Guacamole. They do not offer guacamole here (at least I don’t think), but let me tell you - the tiramisu martini was *literally the best drink I’ve ever had in my life!!* 17 outta 5 stars!! 🌟🌟 The food, drinks, and service here were just incredible! My new favourite place to go, and their gluten free crust doesn’t taste like saw dust or silly putty , so that is a huge plus as well! Their charcuterie happy hour is stunning, and I really would like to just live here for every meal. And have one too many tiramisu martinis… Highly recommend! 🍸
Great food!!! The service was wonderful. Great gluten free (friendly) options. Owner works behind counter. Great people skills and leadership.
Will definitely return. The Baklava is the best I've ever eaten.
This dinner and the hospitality definitely made our evening.
Great customer service, healthy options for the Gluten-free Flyer! Traveling and being gluten free had a happy lunch at Bee Healthy Cafe. Go here…Order gluten free, give them money. Support good gluten free options. #glutenfreeflyer
Everything was outstanding, as always! The Garage is always a good burger. The Gluten Free options are great. The bun - especially toasted (on a clean griddle) - and a side salad (because the fries are cooked in a shared fryer) - are wonderful!!
Really tasty food, it's nice that they have gluten-free and dairy-free options. Just make sure you check all the ingredients yourself for things like the aioli and the special sauces. I overlooked some ingredients and paid for it later. But it was delicious none the less. I don't have high expectations of fast food places paying attention to every ingredient in my behalf, that falls on me to check. $20 + tip for a sandwich soup and drink.
Bar food that is magically delicious! Loaded fries and freaking scrumptious burgers.... Yes please! They even have a gluten free menu! LARGE selection of all types of beers(tap and bottles), the bartenders can make great mixed drinks(heavy handed), and a slight selection of wines(that were less than palatable).
My favorite lunch spot, always work around my allergy of gluten. Kids quesadilla on corn add extra pico add extra cheese, 😍 let’s add grilled mushrooms to the mix and I would be thrilled 😃 also can you add tamales into the specials (best tamales 🥰ever)
I’m severely gluten intolerant and I have eaten here multiple times and have never gotten sick! They have great gluten free options. Most things you can request to be gluten free.
The Garage has fantastic burgers. The quality is good, the burgers are always cooked well, and the prices are great. They also have a gluten-free (GF) hamburger bun. My GF family members say the bun quality is actually very good compared to other brands they have tried.
The only reason I docked a star was that the fries could be a lot better. They are always soggy. I would love it if they improved how they prepare their fries so be crispier/fresher.
Love this place. The staff is so friendly and made me feel welcome immediately. The coffee is the best I’ve had in Oklahoma City by far and the specials are always interesting. Their food is great, too, and they have gluten free and vegan options. I’m always happy at Elemental Coffee!
Hideaway pizza has absolutely wonderful gluten-free pizza, the best I have ever eaten in over 4 years. They do share that they try to keep everything separate, but I did suffer a few light symptoms afterwards. I would not recommend it for celiac or severe wheat allergies, but if you are just intolerant and need a night of comfort food, THIS IS THE PLACE! ❤️
