My friends and I picked Hatch because online it says they have gluten free options and two of the three of us cannot eat gluten without serious sickness and pain following. Our server was very accommodating and double checked with management before ringing in food to ensure it would be non contaminated. We ordered some gluten free pancakes. They were good, tasted like King Author brand which is nice and fluffy. They were less fancy than expected but still good. We had a delicious omelette that they made sure to cook in a different pan to prevent gluten contamination. We also had a burger. The bun looked delicious and both people who cannot have gluten consumed some of the burger. When we asked about the brand, post consumption, they realized that they gave us a normal gluten bun. Unfortunately those two people had autoimmune flare ups for the next two days. The manager came over and apologized and took care of a portion of our bill. They were super nice the whole time and we do understand that mistakes happen. It was nice to discount the meal which mostly afforded the emergency medicine we had to go to the store to purchase afterwards. Moral of the story: check and double it triple check that all your food is gluten free if you have an allergy or high intolerance. Otherwise the food was good, service was great, and the atmosphere was pretty nice for a busy Sunday.

Gluten allergy here: I am so impressed by their burgers! Perfectly cooked and very tasty. Their bun actually tasted good and they have a dedicated fryer for their GF fried sides which is awesome. The sweet potato fries were very good! And I love the general fun feel of the place.

My gluten free burger was good, but it'd be great if you fried your french fries in a separate fryer so people like me could enjoy them. Looking at them though, they're awfully small. The butterfinger milkshake was good, I have no complaints about that. The parking in that area could definitely be a headache at the wrong time. This was my first visit here, so I don't know how busy this location gets. With the room available inside, I'm sure they're glad to have outside seating.
