Highly recommend!! We went here while on vacation and it was a great experience! I have a gluten allergy and our waitress, Jessica, was incredibly knowledgeable and kind whenever I had questions and was super accommodating! The menu was also labeled with which items were GF as well which was very helpful. Everything tasted great!!
I gave 4 stars because although they have a lovely selection of Gluten Free pastries (muffins, cinnamon rolls, and cookies), the soy latte I ordered came out burnt and sour! The muffin I got was good though and nice location!
Honestly, I was pretty disappointed, we picked Hatch because we saw that they had an allergy aware menu as our family has some gluten and dairy allergies.
The automatic 20% gratuity means that everyone checked out and couldn't care about doing their job, or trying their best.
We waited a long time for any service, even though we were some of the only people in the restaurant, we eventually ordered everything all at once, once the server introduced herself.
Thankfully, our server understood the allergies, and we didn't have any allergy issues (which is the reason for the second star)
Everything else was terrible, and not worth the effort or the price.
The food was lackluster, the rice was overcooked and under seasoned, the meat was under seasoned, chewy, and super greasy. The service was terrible and I would have 100% considered not tipping at all I was so disappointed, and then to find out that I automatically tipped 20% was a pretty frustrating.
Won't be returning.
This was a really sweet find. Gluten free turkey sandwich was over the top. The vegan burger, just yum. The GF pumpkin and blueberry muffins, just super good.
Wish I ordered the pizza 🍕 but my food was still great. Service was great and felt like we had the whole restaurant staff taking care of us. It's definitely a cool spot between Public Market and the Bay, so you get a great view with your meal.
I wasn't too hungry and only had oysters and a salad. Others had a salmon sandwich, a burger, and pretzel bites. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their plates. They had some decent gluten-free choices, including a gf bun for any sandwich you might want.
All thay said, I saw many people getting these amazing pizzas delivered to their tables and still regret not ordering one and giving it a try. They all looked awesome and everyone with one had giant smiles. Don't be like me and order the pizza! Cant go wrong with anything here, though... highly recommend!

We went to Rocco‘s and had gluten-free pizza and cocktails. They were absolutely delicious and the vibe was stellar. also, the Greek salad was amazing.
I was in Seattle for a conference and came to Tidal twice because it was so good.
The oysters, fish and chips, cocktails, and even desserts were phenomenal. Clearly, because I had to come back for their weekend breakfast (not pictured because I ate it so quickly).
A special thank you to Veasita, George, and Manty (I apologize if I misspelled names). They were so helpful, personable, and charming. Next time I am in Seattle I will be back for happy hour! I only wish I didn’t leave before the shuck and sip class, I would have been the first to sign up.
Note: AMAZING gluten free options here!
Of all the places I ate on my 10 day vacation, this was, by far and wide, the best food and atmosphere experience. The server was very knowledgeable about allergies and made sure my Celiac self did not get glutened. I will gladly go back the next time I'm in Seattle.
If you have Celiac and have to order GF, avoid the manhattan chowder. It’s essentially tomato soup with almost no clams with very little flavor. My family enjoyed the NE clam chowder.
Very clean! Our server is very kind and helped me navigate the food due to my gluten allergy! I forgot he name but she's super cool. My food is delicious breakfast sandwich with GF bread. My husband had breakfast burrito!
Great place to eat after going out at Capitol Hill! I liked their waffles and hot chocolate. I have a gluten allergy so the fact that they had a waffle option had me stoked! I couldn't even tell it was gluten friendly
This is my 4th time here, they just rotated their menu. All the food we had was delicious. I especially loved the mussels! I normally don’t eat mussels but their mussels are fresh and flavorful. Our group had people that are vegan, gluten free, and dairy free, they were able to accommodate all of us.
Lovely restaurant. We waited a while for our server, but eventually got some drinks from the hostess. They DO NOT have gluten free bread contrary to another review. The mimosa was good. I loved the breakfast potatoes, extra crispy.
Great vegan and gluten-free options, lively and authentic Seattle atmosphere, with excellent customer service.
Will definitely be coming back; especially with family or friends requiring different dietary options but still wanting delicious food.
Love this little spot near work. They have gluten free options (including oatmeal and scrambles) as well as awesome coffee. My coworkers and I enjoy walking over here to grab some coffee, fresh air, and a quick bite during the work day. Great food and drinks!
The food and service was fine. However, the staff arguing and yelling behind the counter was a big turn off. The music was also too loud.
I had the chicken skewers and curry. None of the happy hour menu items were gluten free, otherwise they had many gluten free options on the menu. The amount of wine they gave for the happy hour drinks wasn't a lot.
The prices were fine and I would only order takeout here in the future.
Great pho on a windy day. I had the satay beef and my wife had the chicken. Both were loaded with meat, very tasty.
More than a few gluten free options just a short walk from the Space Needle. Well worth the trip. Fast service great food.
Best pizza in Belltown! Initially started ordering here because they have a gluten-free crust option, but we keep ordering here because both the GF crust and regular crust are the best delivery pizza we can get in Belltown and the price isn’t exorbitant like some other places in the neighborhood. (Note: I’m not celiac, so those with celiac would need to verify with the restaurant regarding cross-contamination)
The gluten free crust is excellent - no soggy bottom and holds up well even with multiple toppings - and is about the best GF pizza I’ve had in Seattle in general, and I’ve tried many. And my partner likes their regular crust better than other pizza joints in the neighborhood. We have only ever done pickup or delivery, so don’t have comments on the establishment itself, but the folks are always nice and the pizza is always delicious!
I have a gluten allergy and there were two options available. I got the Manhattan clam chowder. Flavor was great, came out piping hot and I didn’t get sick afterwards.
If you’re looking for an INCREDIBLE seafood spot near Pikes, look no further. Growing up in New England I know my crab and lobster so at first I was skeptical this was a tourist trap. How wrong I was!! Everything from the ambiance, to the sevice, to the food is exceptional. The clam chowder was top notch in a fresh bread bowl and the crab roll is to die for! Filled with crab, lightly seasoned, and hefty portions. This meal knocked it out of the park for both my husband and I. And the entire staff was so friendly and attentive and it was overall a 10/10 experience and will definitely come again! Ooh and gluten free options avail too!! Huzzah!
I found this place while visiting. I have a sensitivity to wheat, I was disappointed to see only two dishes that are gluten-free. Despite the fact that there are only two options on the menu, they were quite good: the sweet and sour cucumbers and the hot and sour glass noodles. LOVED them.
A very unique place. Despite of the small narrow space due to its location, this restaurant has a clean, cozy, warm, relaxing with a romantic vibe. For me, it is such cute place with all the flowers everywhere and big pink teddy bears i am not sure if they decorated this place in time for Valentine's Day or if they change the decors depending on what holiday it is. Staffs are friendly and nice. We ordered different dishes on the menu so we can share and try how each one taste like. This place is a fusion of Asian food. They have vegan and gluten free options in their menu too. They have a nice bar to order drinks and they make it really good. Love the food presentation that seemed like a lot of artistic effort was well thought of to make the food very inviting and delectable. Most of all, love the taste of every dish we ordered. It was really delicious! One thing if you plan to come here, book a reservation to dine in. Spoke to the bartender and she said it gets packed and really busy on the weekends and holidays. I highly recommmend Di Fiora.
Visited last week on a trip to visit family. The food was delicious- don’t sleep on the shakshuka or pastas - and the cocktails were unbelievable. Lots of gluten-free options, including house-made chocolate molten lava cake. It was too rainy and cold for the patio, but Sicily took good care of us inside, and we had a really lovely time.
Ask for some honey butter if you have any kind of bread product. I could take a bath in that.
The for is solid and flavorful, and a decent selection on the menu. They even added a convention special.
Gluten free pasta now available.
A good choice if you want to stay in the summit building.
