Great for those with gluten intolerance/allergies! Very tasty options. You can also buy individual slices (with gluten). The spelt dough is also a great option. I'm only giving it 4 stars, though, because my pizza (spelt, buffalo) had EXTREMELY little cheese. For takeaway pizzas/slices, be prepared to wait in line.

Good variety of sweets. We had baguette with cheese, cheese pizza, then vegan sweets of scrolls (cinnamon and dark chocolate), and a berry scone. Berry scone contained oats so was unable to eat it as cannnot tolerate oats.

We first went there because of the gluten-free food... We had to wait 30 minutes after our drinks before we could order food... My daughter's gluten-free dish was okay, but the carbonara was more like scrambled eggs. I had spaghetti from a Parmesan cheese loaf. The first portion went back because it was cold. The server was very polite, but he gave me some praise. The second portion was warm... but completely flavorless.

Went to the vegan restaurant Vrohstoff for the first time and we were very satisfied. It is nicely decorated, the staff friendly and accommodating. There is a large and great selection of dishes - vegan and gluten-free. We really enjoyed our breakfast, there was something for everyone. The pancakes were a highlight.

The service was fast and friendly. The food wasn't bad, but the pasta was too oily and the fish overcooked for our taste. The side vegetables were excellent! The menu is varied and interesting, and dietary restrictions, including vegan and gluten-free options, are catered for.

I was told that if I eat the pinsa at Pinsa, I would give up pizza in the future 😂 Yes, the pinsa tasted great👍but pizza is still pizza😘🤗 So at this Italian restaurant you get a great dough, perfect for vegans or gluten-free eaters ✅ It is fermented for up to 70 hours, great, you feel like the dough professionals are at work here👏 The location is great, lots of parking, seating outside or inside, as you prefer. In the evening you should make a reservation in advance for outside seating. Right in front of the restaurant there is an ice cream van, with homemade Italian ice cream 🍦 So all in all a highly recommended local Italian restaurant

Rosa, her husband and daughters Grazia and Anna made the best of my week in Germany. I discovered that I am celiac but the trip had already been planned… After 4 days of endless searches to find at least for dinner (during the day I made do with corn crackers and snacks bought at the supermarket for celiacs) a place that guaranteed no cross-contamination, I decided to return to Italy because it was really difficult to find restaurateurs “on the ball”, even if they were GF certified. Trattoria Rose was my salvation. Rosa and her husband cook only and exclusively gluten free… so no risk of contamination!!! The choice of menu is very varied. The dishes are really good and cooked divinely. Rosa is also a fantastic pastry chef and her husband bakes exquisite bread and produces very good cheese… all strictly in a contamination-free environment. The last three days of our vacation we were regular guests of the trattoria and the hospitality of Rosa’s family was truly touching. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT!

Gluten-free pizza is actually quite tasty. But unfortunately, it always comes with a very thick crust (a bit doughy and dry). With a thin crust like regular pizza, it would taste much better :) Otherwise, very satisfied.

I went to eat here with my family since there is only a few places in town with gluten free options. I got a gf pizza and was very happy with it. It was huge and super yummy. I’m very sensitive to cross contamination and I didn’t get sick so I had a great experience. My family that eat gluten also loved everything they got!

Great, large selection of gluten-free dishes. Fries, pasta, burgers, pizza. The pizza and fries were delicious. Large portions. Good price. The rest of the food (burgers, fries, spaetzle) was also very tasty. We would definitely recommend it.

Super nettes Personal, das auch gut informiert ist und beraten kann :) Es gibt viele glutenfreie Optionen: Pizza, Pasta und Desserts (sogar Tiramisu)! Es gibt am Eingang einen kleinen Bereich mit Produkten zum Verkauf, darunter auch glutenfreie Produkte. Sehr empfehlenswert für Zöliakie-Betroffene.

Really good GF pizza, the crust was sturdy without being stodgy, the sauce made up for the crusts lack of innate flavor. The waiter didn’t speak much English, but as soon as I said “glutenfrie”, he knew exactly what I meant, and with my translated phrases he confirmed it’s made in a separate oven. I’m VERY sensitive (allergic to wheat and gluten actually), and had no issue. The pizza is a good size and was lunch the next day.

The pizza tastes incredibly delicious; the crust is super fluffy and the base is slightly crispy. The gluten-free pinsa (corn flour), which is more yellowish in color, also tastes great. It's not as good as the regular pizza (crust and crispy), but it's not dry or falling apart. The only thing that's difficult to eat in is when it's busy, as it gets too hot very quickly. So, I highly recommend it 👍🏻

We were very happy that there is a gluten-free option in the Hemer/Menden area. And the fact that the pizza was so delicious was also great. The delivery time was a bit long, but it was worth it. We especially recommend the arancinis; they taste like Naples. :) 5 stars.

I tried contacting the pizzeria twice (once by email, once via Facebook), unfortunately without success. Here's my experience: I visited the pizzeria on Saturday, May 3rd, at noon for my birthday with my family (3 adults, 2 children). Since I have celiac disease myself, I called that morning to inquire about the issue of gluten. The manager made me feel comfortable and reassured, so I ordered a gluten-free Hawaiian pizza on the spot. Before ordering, we emphasized the need for gluten-free pizza. The pizza was very tasty. However, in the evening and throughout the night, I experienced severe nausea and vomiting. Overall, I had severe nausea and vomiting for a week and symptoms of the gluten accident for over 1.5 weeks. Something like this has never happened to me before, and I've never felt so bad. Not at other restaurants in/around Hanover, nor abroad, nor on our various trips. I have officially been affected by celiac disease for exactly 10 years now. My birthday party went accordingly. I would like to use this opportunity to point out the problem so that I can review your gluten-free offerings and go through the individual steps in more detail. This will prevent future guests with celiac disease/an intolerance from having to experience the same suffering. I personally cannot recommend the restaurant, at least not for people with an intolerance or even celiac disease. POSTSCRIPT: As mentioned, I tried to contact you in writing in advance via two different channels (via email and via Facebook) to share my negative experiences and inform you about them, so that I could review the procedures again! I find it questionable that this had to be done by phone. My attempts to contact you were unsuccessful! We were all in good health. All four other guests had no problems after eating (no other celiacs). So it couldn't have been the food itself. It was definitely a severe gluten incident. It is very questionable that this is not being treated this way or is being played down here now!

As an Italian I can assure you that the pizza is excellent. Of course, some combinations here would not even come to mind after a troubled night (pizza with chicken or avocado.. my god) However, by choosing a classic base and adding one or two ingredients, you will have a pizza that has nothing to envy of those at home. Delicious, but not a place to go to if you have a complicated order on a Friday night. I have a gluten AND a dairy allergy, so I am always excited when I can find a place that is serving gluten free pizza when we travel. After a long day at Legoland, we just wanted to-go pizza back in our hotel room here in IUlm. I had a small glass of wine while we waited (which I wasn’t actually charged for… but I honestly think she forgot) and watched the happenings while I waited. I definitely noticed the woman making pizza and noticed that she didn’t use a different crust before they said my order was ready. I asked if one was gluten free and of course it wasn’t, though my kid’s ‘bambina’ pizza was ready. She made a new pizza, and when it was done, I was too hungry to remind them that I’d ordered three toppings but it only came out with one. A pizza without cheese is not a lot of fun to begin with, but a pizza with just sauce and spicy salami isn’t exactly what I was looking for. However, the crust, sauce and salami were all delicious and my daughter ate her kid’s margarita up. Just a word of caution: this place gets busy, so if you’re ordering something complicated (gluten free without cheese but with three toppings) and the server doesn’t write it down… well, just be ready to follow up.

Pizzeria in Augsburg near the city walls. It has a spacious interior and a large terrace area. I had a gluten-free Quattro Stationi pizza. The gluten-free dough is from an external supplier, but it's still very good. Lactose-free would also work. All in all, highly recommended if you have to avoid certain allergens.

I'd rather not give it any stars. I was there last Friday evening because I have celiac disease, and the waiter sent me to the manager because he had no idea about the gluten-free dishes. We sat down, and when the menu came out, it said they couldn't rule out the possibility of traces. We then asked the waiter, and he just cheekily said he didn't know anything and that it would be enough to speak to the manager. The waiter wouldn't listen to us and wouldn't get the manager again. He insisted that we order now and not argue any further. Then he turned around and left. He ignored us and didn't care that we left. The waiter was very unfriendly, and you really don't get good advice here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
