Gluten free pizza!!!!

A few days ago while on vacation we went to this Establishment. Immediately we notified the server that we needed the manager due to food allergies. The server handled the situation perfectly. Unfortunately the manager did not, as we asked her for the allergen menu, she informed us " I know every ingredient in my kitchen". After going back and forth for a little bit, she let us know the only thing she felt comfortable with my child.Eating was the gluten free pizza. Even though we told her repeatedly we were not there for the pizza and we eat at the local Uno's all the time no issue. She finally let us know " To be honest with you I don't feel comfortable with her eating anything out of my kitchen due to cross contamination". At that point the only thing we could do was walk out. Even though I've spoken to her manager, I am still extremely disappointed. It is borderline discrimination. I'm never one for saying someone should be fired. I believe this woman should be fired for her behavior.

EAT HERE!! Christine is beyond amazing. I’m gluten free and felt very nervous coming here when my friend suggested it. Christine immediately started suggesting items on the menu to accommodate me, she even brought be gluten free bread! Claudia personally brought me my gluten free chicken grilled Caesar salad! Talk about top tier service! Thank you Vivo!!

This is an excellent place to eat at if you have dietary restrictions. Lexi and Savannah went above and beyond in ensuring that my pizza wasn't cross-contaminated with gluten, and am grateful for such exemplary workers.

Happy hour flatbread and glass of wine for $12.50, and it was so GOOD! I have to be gluten free, and the rest of the table never knew the flatbread was GF, went back 2 days later with more people, even better than, the regular dinners were clean plates!

Without a doubt the best dining experience we have had at a theme park and our new favorite restaurant at the parks. My wife had the roasted chicken which features a Moroccan inspired flavor profile. It is served on a potato cake with root vegetables. Each element was cooked perfectly. The menu did not indicate it was gluten free but the chef was kind enough to assure us that it was (so either the menu had not been updated with the new item or it was modified). I had the seared tuna noodle bowl. It is served cool and has a higher spiciness so maybe not for everyone. This was truly an elevated meal that we would have been happy with at any restaurant. We honestly felt that the meal was a bargain for its quality and portion. How often can you say that about a restaurant inside a theme park? Don't sleep on Confisco.

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

Tony and the team at Mod were great. Friendly and quick service. I ordered a gluten free pizza crust (which can be harder to fire) but the team member got it just right. Love their gluten and dairy free options. It was my friend’s first time having Mod Pizza, and he was impressed. Definitely recommend!

I visited Orlando with my family and after a full day at Disney we stopped at Giordano's for dinner. I got a gluten free pizza and it was the BEST gf pizza I have ever had. It didn't taste like cardboard and had so much flavor. Our server Carlos was exceptionally nice and attentive. I would 10 out of 10 recommend!!!

Our server Rachid really looked after us. He was super accommodating to our parties dietary requirements and very patient when we changed our minds on some stuff. The pizzas including the gluten free were incredible and the salad was great too. All round great experience!!

This is the BEST priced pizza that's also really delicious! Some places trade one for the other. Either good price and meh pizza or great pizza at a meh price. I had a half and half 13-inch pizza for 9.96 before tax that was super tasty. I also tried their Stromboli that was super cheesy with light pepperoni, and it was great! They also have gluten-free options as well. The only downside is that there are no 2 liters for drinks, but its not a deal breaker considering all the beverage options they do have. You watch them make your food right in front of you, and the toppings are almost endless and moderately priced. The location is great. It's right near the water and close to the library and publix. There's even outdoor seating. Bathrooms are clean, and the staff is super friendly! I would definitely recommend anyone who even likes pizza a little bit to come visit here. This may be my favorite spot in Orlando!

Great pizza place, pizza here is just amazing. That proper American, thick, stringy cheese... yummy! Staff were all lovely here, and very accommodating for gluten free requirements. They charge extra for a gluten free pizza base (which I don't mind), and was pretty tasty!

The advice we got as we ordered was to get a large pizza for three kids, and “personal pan” pizzas for the two of us who need gluten free. We had (and spent) WAY too much. It wouldn’t have been bad to have leftovers but the food was awful. Very little toppings on cardboard crusts.

So grateful of this restaurant. It was Christmas Eve and my wife who had celiac disease / gluten allergy was very hungry. I called and asked if they could do gluten free pizzas. They said yes and was so understanding when I explained the allergy saying they had a different area to prepare gluten free pizzas and were very nice about it. Pizza and salad were great and caused no allergic reaction at all. Thank you so much!

Great place! I went this weekend and they were testing out a new gluten free crust - it was incredible!! The waitress was lovely in helping us with what was gluten free. The pistachio panacatta dessert was also so good - creamy and delicious!

I wanted to try a cauliflower pizza but wasn't sure about it here because not everyone knows how to make them. I’ve tried their regular pizza and lasagna, and they’re delicious, but I can hardly consume gluten. Today, I gave the cauliflower pizza a shot, and it's the best cauliflower pizza I've ever had! The key to a good pizza is the sauce and cheese, and when it's cauliflower-based, it has to be well-toasted so it doesn't get soggy. Honestly, this one was incredible! The sauce is simply homemade; it feels so natural, and the cheese is amazing! I highly recommend it.

We had a great meal at Pizza Hut - in Oz there arent many dine in Pizza Huts, so this was a real treat. We has a traditional and a Gluten Free pizza (which was really delicious). The staff were really friendly and work well as a team. We used our Eat n Play Orlando app for the discount but then able to tip the benefit

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Seriously. The staff is so kind, and sincere – something that – as someone who had 15+ years in the service industry – I see fading away a lot in 2025. But not here! Everyone is super helpful, and just cool. When my godfather arrived, he was having a serious diabetic sugar crash. The manager moved quickly to get him something to drink and eat – her focus was him and his health – it touched our heart so much! Thank you Corrina!!! 🫶🏼🫶🏼 The food is delicious!! Even with the economic crisis in rising prices, everything is so reasonable — you’re basically getting an entire pizza in just one slice – because they’re gigantic! And it’s not because they’re skipping on quality – the ingredients are top tier and believe me, I would know if it they weren’t, because it never hurts my stomach. 😌 They offer gluten-free options – which are also so yummy!! They have a cute little bar where they make delicious, affordable (yes, I said affordable!!) craft cocktails. I mean, really? Does it get any better? Everything is clean, cute art on the walls, jams playing. We had my son’s little graduation get together here and it was the sweetest experience ever. I felt so comfortable. I’m really grateful that this awesome establishment exists! Don’t hesitate to make this your number one pizza spot. Because nowhere else is going to “cut it“ 😉 He he. GO TO LAZY MOON NOW!! 🍕
