Delicious burger! This quiet outdoor courtyard was just a pleasant bonus. They have such variety of gluten free options. They also have vegan and vegetarian options for those interested. Our server was attentive and offered lots of extras. We took her up on a few.

Definitely recommend. We (family of 4 with 9yr old coeliac) had lunch here and it was excellent. 100% GF with a good variety of dishes that catered for everyone. We had a great mixture of traditional Tuscan food and food that appealed to the children too. Great service and the best GF bread we've tasted too!! 5 mins walk from the Piazza dei Miracoli.

First, let me say the food was amazing. Lots of normal and particularly gluten-free options for my wife. The restaurant was a very good size with an outdoor space despite the small curbside footprint. One thing that really turned me off about the attitude of the waiter; when asked if my wife and I could side side by side, the waiter said it wouldn’t be possible as we would need a 4 person table. Normally I’d agree, but showed up right at opening and the restaurant was empty and remainder virtually empty the entire time we were there. Not impressed.

I started with the arancini with mortadella and pistachio cream and it was crazy good! Also I’ve never seen an arancini like this before. Instead of little deep fried rice balls, Mama Eat basically makes their arancini into one long, gigantic log. Next I had the eggplant parmigiana and at first glance I was a little disappointed it wasn’t breaded, but the flavor was so good I quickly forgave them.

Great gluten-free lunch! For those who are celiac I recommend this Aic certified restaurant. The entire menu is gluten-free! Even the pizzeria. We ate fish, both appetizers and first courses were really good. Prices are normal, highly recommended!

Really amazing glutenfree croissant I never had before within now more than 10 years with coeliac disease (Zöliakie): so fluffy (fluffig), freshly-baked and Even with different flavours (plain, pistaccio/chocolate creme and more). Beside there are a lot more tasty options like focaccia or you can also order pancakes for breakfast. Everything in the bakery is glutenfree with normal prices without extra charges and so a real dream became true!! :-))

A good menu of traditional Italian food but they were also very willing to accommodate our daughters request for a more simple pasta dish. Would def recommend visiting here and their bakery, Il Carrettino - a great selection of delicious freshly made 100% GF bread, pastries and lunch snacks.

Before I went to Italy, I thought it would be a shame not to be able to eat pizza or pasta due to my gluten intolerance. But I was pleasantly surprised many times. At San Domenico, I was able to enjoy pici. They served it with gluten-free bread and beer. I was so impressed, and so impressed by the friendly service, that I went back for lunch the next day. I'd love to go back!

We had dinner during a business trip. Helpful, kind and fast staff, pizza among the best ever eaten before. Different flours (cereals, wholemeal, gluten-free, ...), mozzarella also lactose-free and 3 different gluten-free beers, which are usually unobtainable. As soon as you sit down, an aperitif on the house arrives that makes you feel pampered. Large, clean, bright place. Excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!

Modern and refined environment, unique in its kind, familiar and attentive service. Refined and varied menu with availability of gluten-free dishes also very appreciated. Delicious pizzas, I personally recommend the "pizzutella" The only negative note, being in a central area, often crowded and chaotic with too many children who are left running around the place because of their parents, creating disturbances (for this reason 3 stars) For the rest, highly recommended. A fixed destination for a dinner with friends.

A restaurant less visible than the typical tourist traps on the main road, which already makes you understand that perhaps you are in the right place. There are many waiters, and each one personally follows you from start to finish with attention. We ordered drinks, the time to open the napkin, it arrived. We then ordered 2 pizzas, and for this reason a banal, but epic thing happened, that no one can do except here: they brought us the knife to cut the pizza. I ordered a gluten-free one. I want to underline the goodness and seriousness in making an excellent homemade base, not rubbery Neapolitan as they usually give you in pizzerias, but crunchy on the edge and soft in the center. The homemade gluten-free tiramisu is delicious They have a separate laboratory. In short, celiacs can eat peacefully and satisfied. The gluten-free dishes are indicated on the menu. I have eaten in other places, but I don't think they understand what celiac disease is, here they do. I will be back for a nice fish dinner. Bravissimi

My wife has been celiac for about two months and we wanted to try this restaurant-pizzeria with the whole family. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the offer, which is truly vast. Once you scan the QR code of the menu you access a very wide variety especially of pizzas, but also the other offers certainly do not leave you indifferent. Everything is delicious, from appetizers to desserts. The service is made up of young girls who are always available and smiling. Even the bill was a pleasant surprise. Absolutely recommended!!

The gluten-free pizza is completely pre-cooked, it is topped on the spot but it stays in the oven for a very short time, just to heat up the toppings such as the tomato remains raw. I don't think that even if it is the only pizzeria in the area it should serve such a terrible quality of pizza. Then to praise Neapolitan pizza seems really a bit excessive to me. Neapolitan pizza is something else

A real gem in Porto Azzurro! Welcoming and very simple but well-kept place, the owners are two people made for this job, they make you feel at home! Very good dishes, the menu varies every day based on their availability (they also offer a gluten free option). We went there twice for dinner during our week of vacation. It should be a must-see!!

We were two people for dinner. The menu has a wide range of excellent quality offerings, mostly fish-based (but not only). The place is very attentive to celiac people and those who are celiac can feel safe and satisfied. We had fried fish and the Caprese cake. Everything was delicious! Also worthy of note is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I would gladly return here :-)

We were there last night for a dinner for two. The reservation from the site, which lets you choose the table and also the time to go, is very simple and convenient. The confirmation of the reservation arrived quickly. As soon as we arrived in the room the waitress was kind and friendly. We had already said in the reservation that one person was celiac and as soon as we arrived they brought some warm gluten-free bread of excellent quality. We ate an appetizer with cold cuts, cheeses and tomato bruschetta (the bread was also warm and gluten-free). After that we had some tordelli, a Lucca specialty (also available GF), delicious! Having said that I would gladly go back as the food was fantastic and they are very attentive to the needs of the customer, both in the room and for dietary regimes. Congratulations!

Dinner at 6p. The food was wonderful. I had the PICI AL RAGÙ BIANCO DI CHIANINA and it was excellent. They were also great with the gluten free member of our party who loved their pasta and separate bread. Amazing view over the countryside from a garden terrace. Sun was behind the city when we were there so our table was not in the June sun. I imagine it could be hot. We were early without reservations but i wouldn’t count on getting that lucky. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Nice place, apart from the room with the stage and the music at full volume, luckily they didn't put us there but in another nicer and quieter room😅all in all the food was good, the pici all'aglione and the pizza were good, even the gluten-free one, but the service was really too slow. Waiting 1 hour to be served (with the excuse that they also do takeaway) is really excessive.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 We went to this restaurant with three small children and we were really satisfied. The staff was exceptional: very kind, attentive and always available. A special mention goes to the gluten-free fried fish, extraordinary for its crunchiness and flavor, it is difficult to find better! All the food was excellent, with fresh and well-cooked raw materials. The only small flaw was a bit of slowness in the kitchen, but it was largely compensated by the quality of the dishes and the courtesy of the service. Congratulations to all the staff!

Informal Tuscan cuisine setting. Finally, since I have celiac disease, I was able to eat delicious hand-pulled pici. The Florentine steak is super as is the roast chicken. Everything really excellent. We will definitely be back when we return to these parts.

An unbeatable experience! Yesterday we had the 7-course tasting menu for dinner and loved it. Almost the entire menu is gluten-free, and if not, they make small adjustments to make the dishes gluten-free. The staff is also clearly qualified. The staff is very pleasant and friendly. One of the waiters who served us spoke Spanish very well, which allowed us to better understand the dishes. Plus, they serve three delicious house appetizers. Without a doubt, the experience is well worth it.

We chose this restaurant because it is certified for gluten-free cooking and it was a very pleasant surprise for everyone. The dishes are well cooked, with high quality raw materials. The service is courteous and not intrusive. The desserts are also excellent. We will return as soon as possible to try other dishes, but the pici with pistachio pesto with tuna and lemon tartare and the tortelli filled with cod with pachino and burrata that we ate (both in the traditional and gluten-free versions) definitely won us over!
